Step 1 : Preparation
1. Prepare the camera NUD360-F.
2. Prepare a LAN cable of required length.
3. Connect the LAN cable to the camera using the cable gland supplied with the camera.
The LAN cable should be out from the side.
Please refer to the Installation Manual of
the camera.
4. Wear work gloves, not to damage hands and
fingers at the edges of metal parts such as
Pole Mount Adapter and Stainless Belt.
Step 2 : Install Pole Mount Adapter
1. Pull-in Stainless Belt through the slot on the side
of Pole Mount Adapter.
Note: Pay attention to the direction of the belt.
2. Wind Stainless Belt around the pole, pass the belt
end through the metal fittings, and wind up
Stainless Belt by the adequate torque.
3. Cut Stainless Belt leaving 3~4 cm. 4. Fold the end of Stainless Belt by pliers.

WARNING:
Pay attention to the adequate torque. Not too tight and Not too loose. Too much
torque may damage Stainless Belt and thus breaks it.

5. Wind up Stainless Belt by moving the cover
right and left. See ③in the right figure.
6. Put the cover to the metal fitting base and lock.
7. Take the same process 1~6 to install Stainless Belt
to the other slot.
Step 3 : Install Camera to Housing Unit
1. Put the LAN cable from the camera into Housing
Unit. (in direction of the red arrow in the right
Figure)
2. Place the camera on Camera Mount Base and
align the screw holes (x4).

CAUTION:
Please wear work gloves, not to damage
hands and fingers at the edges of metal parts
such as Pole Mount Adapter and Stainless
Belt.

3. Fix the camera to Camera Mount Base with 4
screws (M4 x10).
Note: To avoid scratches or leaving fingerprints on
the lens cover, it is recommended to retain the
plastic thin film covering the lens cover until
the camera is completely installed and
connections are completed.
Step 4 : Install Housing Unit to the pole
< Example of using a fall prevention wire >
1. Holding the pre-assembled camera and
Hosing Unit, put the LAN cable from the
camera into a hole of Pole Mount Adapter.
WARNING:
Since the camera and Housing Unit are heavy, it is recommended to use a fall
prevention wire so that the product will not fall during work.
Put a fall prevention
wire in this hole.
Wind the fall
prevention wire
around the pole.
2. Holding the pre-assembled camera
and Hosing Unit, fix it to Pole Mount
Adapter with Mounting Screws
(M10x25, x4).
Note:
The fall prevention
wire is not enclosed.

Note: About waterproof processing of LAN cable
When it is necessary to waterproof the cable and cable pulled out portion, please
decide the waterproofing method in advance.
The camera comes with two (2) glands used for waterproof installation:
Cable Gland: For use with an Exterior-grade Ethernet cable. Exterior-grade
Ethernet cables are already waterproof.
Conduit Gland: For use with a flexible conduit. This solution is recommended
when an exterior-grade Ethernet cable is not available or other cables, such as
power adapter, DI/DO devices, etc. will be connected with the camera.
Determine the type of waterproof solution that is applicable to your installation
requirements and prepare the necessary accessories or purchase extra materials.
