Viewing Camera:
You have a couple ways to view the ZUUM IP camera.
1) FAST WAY and most convenient way when using our IP camera Model: D4MP-IP-3.6-IR20-WH is to connect to our Hybrid
TVR’s by built in switch. Basically plug the IP cameras into the network or POE switch attached to the network so IP
cameras receive power. Then go to your compatible TVR (DVR) and go to the Mode Switch section. This is where you can
determine how many analog cameras and IP cameras can connect to the TVR. So for example on a 4 channel TVR you can
only have 4 cameras total but they can be any mix of analog, HD analog or IP camera. If you will have just one IP camera
connect to the TVR then select which channel that will be in the Mode Switch. After that has been completed then go to
the NET Channel Mgt. section where you will see a list of items on your network. Open UPnP. Once you do that you can
select the IP camera from the list and it will automatically add it to the TVR. In this example DHCP does not have to be on
or any configuration on the IP camera. It is designed to be plug n play using UPnP.
2) The camera is set up as DHCP by default. So if you plug IP camera into your network or router then you can see if it is in
the list when you log onto your router. You can also use other tools to scan your network for device detection like Mobile
apps. (Fing for example). The name of our network interface card (NIC) is Hangzhou Zenointel. This should be the name
you see for our DVR’s and IP cameras. You can also use our ZUUM IPC Update tool to search for cameras on the network
and make firmware updates using this tool like assigning static IP addresses. You can find this tool on our website when
you select Model: D4MP-IP-3.6-IR20-WH under the RESOURCES tab.
Once you have IP address that was assigned via DHCP please enter into your browser. You will then see a log on screen as shown
below. (Default username: admin) case sensitive (Default Password:123456)
The following interface should pop up a link. (Please download the plug-in by clicking here) when you log in. Please click it and
install plug-in then restart your browser to log in.

Options/Security/Custom Level, then check “Enabled” or Pop Up” under “ActiveX Control and plug-in” and set the security level
lower.
IMPORTANT: When connecting IP cameras to the TVR its best to assign them a static IP. This way if router address changes you
do not have to worry about IP cameras and TVR reconnecting.
