THE BLUE LIGHT (430-450 nm
Wavelength)
The blue light penetrating about 0.5mm
has the function of calming against skin
rashes; suitable for the skin which is
sensitive, oily and with skin rashes. It can
adjust skin sebum secretion, effectively
get rid of acne and whelk to reach the aim
of beautification. Besides, the blue light
can astringent and tighten loosened skin.
THE RED LIGHT (620-730 nm
Wavelength)
The red light penetrating 8-10mm is
suitable for any type of skin; it can reach
derma to stimulate fiber cells. Heating
can improve blood circulation and
collagen albumen hyperplasia to reduce
wrinkles and make skin more elastic and
smooth. The mild wave length is suitable
for surrounding eyes and forehead.

1 Recommendation of Use
Please read the complete instruction manual before
you use the 2 Face / Face Evolution (Model: 2 Face /
Face Evolution). It will give you a better understanding
of how the product works, and you’ll be able to enjoy
the best results.
1.1 Warnings
1) DO NOT use over swollen, infected, or inflamed
areas or skin eruptions, e.g. phlebitis,
thrombophlebitis, broken capillaries, varicose veins,
etc.
2) DO NOT use in the eye area (circular muscles
within the orbital rim), on the temples, on the mid-line
of the neck (bone of neck), or in the breast or groin
area.
3) DO NOT apply stimulation across your chest as the
introduction of electrical current into the chest may
cause rhythmic disturbances to your heart, which
could be lethal.
4) DO NOT use while driving, operating machinery or
during any activity in which involuntary muscle
contractions may put the user at undue risk of injury.
5) Never operate this device if it is not working
properly, if it has been dropped or damaged, or
submerged in water.
6) Never drop or insert any object into any openings
on the device. Return the device to Heat In a Click for
examination and repair if you believe that the device is
not working properly.
7) DO NOT use the device when it is charging.
8) Use of controls or adjustments, or the performance
of procedures other than those specified herein, may
result in injury.
9) Keep all electrical appliances (including the device)

away from water (including baths, showers, and sinks).
10) If the device begins to overheat, turn off
immediately.
11) Stop using the device immediately if you suspect
the device to be malfunctioning, or not operating
properly.
12) DO NOT disassemble the device as this may
cause damage, malfunction, electrical shock, fire or
injury. There are no user-serviceable parts inside.
Note: Disassembly voids the warranty.
13) Use of accessories, DC Charging Adapter and
cables other than those specified, with the exception of
DC Charging Adapter and cables sold by the
manufacturer of the device as replacement parts for
internal components, may result in increased
emissions or decreased immunity of the system.
1.2 Precautions
The device is designed for cosmetic use only and for
individuals in good health. If this is not the case for
you, please consult your doctor before use.
1) If using the device causes any discomfort,
discontinue use immediately.
2) If you suspect that you have had a negative reaction
from using the device, consult your doctor
immediately.
3) If you have suspected or diagnosed heart disease,
you should follow precautions recommended by your
doctor.
4) Caution should be used in the following situations:
--for patients with suspected or diagnosed heart
problems
--for patients with suspected or diagnosed epilepsy
--when there is a tendency to hemorrhage following
acute trauma or fracture
--over areas of the skin which lack normal sensation
5) The long-term effects of stimulation are unknown.
The safety of the mini device for use during
pregnancy has not been established.
6) A slight tingling sensation may occur while using
the device. Lowering the intensity may reduce or
eliminate this sensation.
7) The device is intended for cosmetic use on the
face. Any harmful consequence resulting from
misuse, application to other body areas, connection to
improper voltage sources, dirty conductive solution or
any other improper applications is neither the
responsibility of Palm NRG Gel Prime nor its affiliates.
8) Electronic monitoring equipment, such as ECG
monitors and ECG alarms, may not operate properly
when the device is in use.
9) Do not store the device in the sun or on a hot
surface. High temperatures may be damaging. The
device should be operated, transported and stored in
the manner specified in this manual. Failure to use
and maintain the device in according with the
instructions outlined in this manual will void the
warranty.
10) Only use the power adapter provided with the
mini device.
11) Do not scratch or damage the device.
12) The device needs special precautions regarding
EMC. Do not use near known sources of EMI such as
CT scanners, RFID, security systems (e.g. Metal
detector, EAS), shortwave radios or microwave
equipment. Note: Some sources of Radio Frequency
emitters may not be visible to the user. If you
experience unexpected behavior of the product then it
is possible some external electromagnetic
interference is responsible. You should remove this
source and restart the product to restore full

1.3 Adverse Reactions
1) You should stop using the device and should consult
with your physician if you experience adverse reactions
from the device.
1.4 Travel Tips
The device’s lightweight, compact design makes it an
easy travel companion. There are some travel tips for
you:
1) If traveling outside the U.S., do not use the device if
the electrical outlet is without AC100-240V 50Hz/60Hz.
2) Check with the carrier to confirm that the device can
be carried and/or used on the airplane.

2 Face / Face Evolution (Model: 2 Face / Face
Evolution) is a multifunctional comprehensive beauty
instrument. It’s combined with the most effective two
kinds of techniques of internationally recognized skin
care: the EMS Mode is intended for facial stimulation
for toning and the Photon Infrared Mode is intended to
be placed directly on the skin to get a nice feeling.

3.2 Function Introduction
2Face is a hand-held device for over-the-counter
cosmetic use.
1) EMS Mode
The EMS Mode is intended for facial stimulation for
toning.
2) Photon Heating Mode
The Photon heating Mode is intended to be placed
directly on the skin to get a nice feeling and heating
therapy and provide topical heating with the
temperature 41 ℃±2℃.

3.3 Main Device
3.3.1 Buttons

1) EMS button
When you choose EMS Mode:
--Turn unit ON by pressing the EMS button on the
front of your device.
--Adjust the intensity level to your comfort by
progressively pressing the EMS button to increase or
decrease the microcurrent output. As you toggle
between the 3 intensity levels, the number of
illuminated blue lights will change. At the 0 level no
light will be illuminated, and there are no microcurrent
output. At 1 level, all one blue lights will be
illuminated. At the 2 level two blue light will be
illuminated. At the 3 level three blue light will be
illuminated.
--Turn off the 2Face/Face Evolution Device by
pressing the EMS button after every treatment. The
device will emit a beep when device is turning off.
The 2 Face / Face Evolution Device will automatically
turn off after approximately 5 minutes of use.
2) PHOTON button
It provides continuous heat therapy through the use of
PHOTON function. SuS304 treatment probe is
intended to be placed directly on the skin to provide
topical heating. (41℃±2℃）
When you choose PHOTON Mode:
--Turn the unit ON by pressing the PHOTON button.
The first light is Green Light, to show the Photon
function is turned on. It has low power testing function,
when the power is lower than 3.0Volts, the green
indicate light will be twinkling.
--The Second light is RGB Light, which shows the
Photon therapy mode is working. Adjust the Light
mode to your aimed function by pressing the
PHOTON button repeatedly. Place the treatment
surface (massage head) on your skin, the RGB Light
Indicator will automatically activate.
Apply light pressure while slowing moving the device
in small circular motions, the treatment surface
temperature will slowly increase.
Perform the treatment for 5-7 minutes on each area.
Press one time, the Red light works and the RGB
Light Indicator turns Red;
Press second time, the Green light works and the
RGB Light Indicator turns Green;
Press third time, the Blue light works and the RGB
Light Indicator turns Blue;
Press forth time, the White light works and the RGB
Light Indicator turns white。It means all the Red,
Green and Blue lights work simultaneously.
-- The Third light is Red-Green double color light,
when charging, the light turns red and it will turn to
Green when full charged.
--Turn the unit OFF by pressing the PHOTON button.
There is 1 minutes for the device to detect the human
body induction. The device will turn off automatically if
no human body were detected in 1 minutes.
3.3.2 Indicator
1) EMS Mode intensity Indicator
As you toggle between the 4 intensity levels, an
audible beep is emitted and the number of illuminated
blue lights will change. At maximum level, all 3 blue
lights will be illuminated. At the minimum level no blue
light will be illuminated.
2) PHOTON Mode Working Indicator
Turn the unit ON by pressing the PHOTON button, the
Working indicator (green light) will light up. It has low

4 Using Instructions
4.1 First Use And Preparation
1) Remove your 2 Face / Face Evolution Device, DC
Charging Adaptor from the box.
2) Insert the DC plug of adaptor into DC hold of the
device.
3) Connect the Power plug into an electrical outlet
(AC100-240V 50Hz/60Hz 0.2A). When charging, the
Red-Green double color light turns red and it will turn
to Green when full charged.
Note:
a) Charge your 2 Face / Face Evolution Device for 12
hours before the first use. When charging, the
Red-Green double color light turns red and it will turn
to Green when full charged.
b) We recommend a full charge cycle of 12 hours if
the battery power is drained completely. A fully
charged 2 Face / Face Evolution should last for
approximately 30 minutes.
c) We recommend charge the device every three
months if you do not use your 2 Face / Face Evolution
Device.
4.2 Usage Instructions For EMS Facial Toning
Indications For Use
1) PERSONAL PREPARATION Start by cleaning your
face with an oil-free cleanser. Men should shave
before treatment, as hair can interfere with the
conductivity of the treat parts.
Note:
a) The facial area under a beard or mustache cannot
be treated. When you use the 2 Face / Face Evolution
Device, make sure you are positioned in front of a
mirror in a well-lit room.
b) Any make-up and/or oil-based products left on the
skin can block the penetration of microcurrent.
Treatment
1) Ensure that you have no allergic reaction to the 2
Face / Face Evolution gel primer before proceeding.
2) Apply the 2 Face / Face Evolution gel primer section
by section as you treat to prevent it from drying.
Note:
a) To ensure microcurrent penetration, use enough
primer to create a mask-like layer (do not rub in).
3) Turn unit ON by pressing the EMS button on the
front of your device. An audible beep will indicate the
unit is on.
4) Adjust the intensity level to your comfort by
progressively pressing the EMS button to increase or
decrease the microcurrent output. As you toggle
between the 4 intensity levels, an audible beep is
emitted and the number of illuminated blue lights will
change. At the 0 level no light will be illuminated, and
there are no microcurrent output. At 1 level, all one
blue lights will be illuminated. At the 2 level two blue
light will be illuminated. At the 3 level three blue light
will be illuminated.
5) The 2 Face / Face Evolution Device will not
contract the muscles and when used correctly, the
current is soft, very soothing and mild.
6) Remember to turn off the 2 Face / Face Evolution
Device after every treatment. The device will emit a
beep when device is turning off.
7) The 2 Face / Face Evolution Device will
automatically turn off after approximately 5 minutes of
use.
Note:
a) Treatment Frequency:
• Use for 5 minutes per day
• Use at least 5 days per week
• Allow 24 hours between treatment sessions
Skin Health Tip: Exfoliate 1-2 times a week for
enhanced results.
4.3 Usage Instructions For PHOTON
Indications For Use
There are 25 Photon lights in 4 different colors modes
with SUS304 treatment probe. SUS304 treatment
probe is intended to be placed directly on the skin to
get a nice feeling and provide topical heating with the
temperature 41 ℃±2℃
1) Red RGB Light (620 - 730 nm Wavelength)
Red light is proven to stimulate the production of
collagen. Collagen is essential for repairing damaged
skin tissue and improving skin texture. This leads to
reduction of fine lines, wrinkles, scars, large pores
and hyperpigmentation. You will enjoy young, healthy
and vibrant complexion with continued use.
2) Green RGB Light (525 - 550 nm Wavelength)
Green light reduces hyperpigmentation, discoloration,
freckles, sun damage, and age spots. It lightens and
reduces existing pigmentation, improves overall skin
tone, and protects skin from premature discolorations
without the use of harmful skin lightening
3) Blue RGB Light (430 - 450 nm Wavelength)
Blue light reduces inflammation and drastically boosts
skin recovery while decreasing skin oiliness by
lowering excess sebum production.
4) White RGB Light (All the Red, Blue and Green
lights work together)
Compound the benefits of red light, blue light and

Treatment

The first light is Green Light, to show the Photon
function is turned on. It has low power testing
function, when the power is lower than 3.0Volts, the

mode to your aimed function by pressing the
PHOTON button repeatedly. Place the treatment

the device work. There is 1 minutes for the device to
detect the human body induction. The device will turn
off automatically if no human body were detected in 1
minutes.
b) The White light works and the Function indicator
turns white, that means all the Red, Green and Blue
lights work simultaneously.
3) Perform the treatment for 5~7 minutes on each
area.
4) It is recommended to apply a small amount of
Moisturizing cream on the treated skin areas after
each session and to massage it gently in circular
motions.
5 Maintenance
After each session, it is recommended to clean the
device.
1) Turn the device OFF by pressing the EMS and
PHOTON button.
2) Unplug the device from the electrical outlet.
3) This device is designed for household use and is
virtually maintenance free. To clean the head and
body of this device, use a cloth only. Do not use
strong chemical cleaners.
4) If the cord or device is damaged or does not
operate properly, contact the distributor.
Never allow the power supply cord to be excessively
pul RGB or twisted. Inspect the cord frequently for
damage. Stop use immediately if damage is visible, or
if device stops or operates intermittently. Do no wrap
the cord around the appliance.
5.1Cleaning
1) Make sure device is off and unplugged from the
A/C outlet.
2) Clean the outside of the unit with a damp cloth or
paper towel. Be careful not to allow any moisture to
penetrate the seams of the unit. Allow sufficient time
to dry by standing the unit in a vertical position
against a corner.
Note:
-DO NOT immerse the device unit in water or a
dishwasher.
-DO NOT open or dismantle the housing of the unit,
as there are no user serviceable parts inside.
-DO NOT drop or apply pressure to the outside of the
unit since this may damage or weaken the bulb and
other components.
-DO NOT use alcohol, benzine or other types of
solvents to clean the unit, as such substances will
weaken and/or permanently damage the components
and materials used in the manufacturing of the unit. If
necessary, use only mild dish washing soap with a
damp cloth.

4 Using Instructions
4.1 First Use And Preparation
1) Remove your 2 Face / Face Evolution Device, DC
Charging Adaptor from the box.
2) Insert the DC plug of adaptor into DC hold of the
device.
3) Connect the Power plug into an electrical outlet
(AC100-240V 50Hz/60Hz 0.2A). When charging, the
Red-Green double color light turns red and it will turn
to Green when full charged.
Note:
a) Charge your 2 Face / Face Evolution Device for 12
hours before the first use. When charging, the
Red-Green double color light turns red and it will turn
to Green when full charged.
b) We recommend a full charge cycle of 12 hours if
the battery power is drained completely. A fully
charged 2 Face / Face Evolution should last for
approximately 30 minutes.
c) We recommend charge the device every three
months if you do not use your 2 Face / Face Evolution
Device.
4.2 Usage Instructions For EMS Facial Toning
Indications For Use

4 Using Instructions
4.1 First Use And Preparation
1) Remove your 2 Face / Face Evolution Device, DC
Charging Adaptor from the box.
2) Insert the DC plug of adaptor into DC hold of the
device.
3) Connect the Power plug into an electrical outlet
(AC100-240V 50Hz/60Hz 0.2A). When charging, the
Red-Green double color light turns red and it will turn
to Green when full charged.
Note:
a) Charge your 2 Face / Face Evolution Device for 12
hours before the first use. When charging, the
Red-Green double color light turns red and it will turn
to Green when full charged.
b) We recommend a full charge cycle of 12 hours if
the battery power is drained completely. A fully
charged 2 Face / Face Evolution should last for
approximately 30 minutes.
c) We recommend charge the device every three
months if you do not use your 2 Face / Face Evolution
Device.
4.2 Usage Instructions For EMS Facial Toning
Indications For Use
1) PERSONAL PREPARATION Start by cleaning your
