wiredAC powerline with protective ground.Transientvoltageora“PowerDisruption”
itsoption,willpaythepresent fairmarketvalue forthereplacementorrepair ofthe

This is aLimited Warrantyandissubjecttothe conditionsand provisionscontained
inthe following articles.This warrantyisnullandvoidifanyof thefollowing
conditions exist: (a)theequipment isnotproperlyconnected to the SurgeProtector,
(b)thePowerDisruptiondamages your equipmentthroughphone,networkor
coaxial lines, (c)theSurge Protectorhas been improperlyopened orinstalledor
has been tampered with,(d) thedamagewasnota result ofaPowerDisruption
or aPower Disruption nevertookplace,(e) or the Surge Protector was notused
under normaloperating conditions inaccordance withtheuser instructions orthe
originalpurchaserdoes not makeaclaim within15days fromthe date ofthePower
Disruptionwiththepurchase receiptforthe Surge Protector andequipmentfor
which the claimis made.This Warranty doesnotprotect against acts of God
from use, depletion,obsolescence,abuse,damagefrom brownouts or sagsor
equipment alteration.
This Warrantyisnulland void if anypersonorfacility notauthorizedby360 Electrical
notprotect against, and360Electrical, LLC isfreefrom liability,the incidental, indirect,
direct orconsequentialmonetarydamages occurringfrom thesaleoruseoftheSurge
This Warrantyislimited to thelossesnotcoveredby theoriginalpurchaser’s home
owner’s insuranceor renter’s insuranceandthe original purchasercannotseek
duplicate coverage under this Warranty.360 reservesthe right,atitssolediscretion,to
reviewand investigateall oftheconditionsand provisionslistedaboveanddetermine
whether any or all conditionsexistmakingtheclaimnullandvoid.

6) Provideacopy of theoriginalpurchasereceiptfor the Surge Protector and
damaged equipment
7) Statewhenandwhere the purchases weremade(ifnotclearly marked
onthereceipt)
8) Provideevidence ofdamage to connected equipment(pictures,the
equipment itself, etc.)
The Limited LifetimeWarranty of this product—360 Electrical Revolve3.4 Surge
Protector with 4 Rotating Outlets + 2 USB Model #360553 is subject to all of the
conditions and exclusions contained in the articles below. This Limited Lifetime
Warranty gives you, the original purchaser, specic legal rights along with
additional rights that apply in certain states.This Limited LifetimeWarranty applies
only to the enclosed 360 Electrical model. 360 Electrical warrants to the veried
original purchaser of this 360 Electrical Surge Protector for the life of this product
that there will be no defects in craftsmanship, materials, assembly or design.
Should there be any defects in any of the categories listed above 360 Electrical
will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective Surge Protector at no cost
to the original purchaser. The life of the Surge Protector is dened as the period
of time that the Surge Protector has the capacity to protect against power surges
and spikes.The“Protected”indicator light will no longer illuminate when this
capacity is exceeded.
