Operation&Testing
RoutineTesting ofsmokedetectors should bedoneonceamonth.
To testtheAJ-765smokedetectors press thetestbuttonfor less than1
second. Thesounder should activate.
Any other linked detectors shouldalso activate within20 seconds.
Thesmokedetectors sounder will automaticallyreset,whenall thesmoke
has cleared.
Hushfeature. Whenthesmokedetector hasbeenactivated, pressing the
testbuttonfor less than1second will silencethat smokedetectors sounder.
Indication:
GreenFlashevery60seconds, Detector is performingcorrectly
Red Flashevery8seconds plus beep, Faulty, Clean/Replacementrequired
Red Flashevery50seconds plus beep, BatteryLow, Replacementrequired
Red Flashing withNobeeping, inHushmodefor 9minutes

wireless interlink test.
