IMPORTANT - Advice and Safety
Please read before installation
Please read these instructions fully before starting installation and keep in a safe place
for future reference.
Warning! Please check for any hidden pipes or electrical cables before drilling holes in
the floor or walls.
When using power tools always follow the manufacturer’s user instructions.
Care instructions
Wipe clean with a mild soapy solution.
Wipe dry with a clean cloth.
Wet marks should always be dried off as soon as possible to stop moisture penetration.
Wipe clean with a soft cloth dampened in water and a mild non-abrasive washing-up
detergent or soap, if necessary.
Do not use scouring powder, steel wool, hard or sharp tools which can scratch the surface
of the washbasin.
Care and cleaning: For day-to-day cleaning, simply wipe the washstand with a soft,
damp cloth and a little mild detergent if necessary. Avoid cleaning agents that include
ammonia, alcohol, bleach or abrasives. Rinse afterwards with clean water and then dry
with a clean, dry cloth.
Our bathroom furnishings have been specially developed for use in bathrooms and
are made of moisture-resistant materials inside and out. Despite this, they should not
be left to stand in pools of water or be subjected to extremely high levels of humidity.
Always dry off any splashes as quickly as possible to prevent moisture from penetrating
the surface.
Make sure that the bathroom is well ventilated and do not place the furniture near to a
bathtub or shower.
Resin basins should only be cleaned with a mild detergent or warm soapy water; in hard
water areas a good quality limescale remover can be applied.
This product should only be installed by a suitably qualified Plumber/installer.

Required Extra Parts:

To release the drawer, pull the drawer fully out and release it from the runners by
pressing the clips located underneath the drawer box as indicated below.

Prior to Fitting:
It is recommended that the drawer is removed prior to installation of the unit.
Installing the Unit:

Decide on the position and height of
the unit. The recommended basin
height is between 850mm and
870mm above Finished Floor Level
(FFL)
Step1: Plan Unit Position
Before You Start
It is recommended that the unit is secured to a suitably reinforced wall to ensure
stability. The wall plugs supplied are only suitable for solid stone or brick walls.
For plasterboard walls we would advise the unit is fitted to a MODUL basin Frame as
units are very heavy.

Important: The wall brackets must be mounted so their outside edges are within
the internal dimensions of the unit. Do not exceed the dimensions below. The
edges of the brackets should just touch the inside edges of the basin furniture.

Step2: Fix Wall Brackets
Using the below measurements as a guide, position the included wall brackets
Note: These instructions are based on installation to a blockwork wall. If you are
installing on to plasterboard / stud walling please use the appropriate fixings and
ensure that the wall is able to fully support the weight of the product. A basin
fixing frame should ideally be used due to the weight involved.
Mark a hole centrally at each of the fixing points on both brackets and then drill
8mm diameter holes using a suitable drill and bit.
Insert the supplied wall plug or suitable fixing into each hole then fix the wall brackets
in place using the screws supplied. The edges of the brackets should just touch the
inside edges of the basin furniture. Do not overtighten.

Hang the unit on the wall brackets and check it is level front to back and side to side
The level can be micro-adjusted foreward/backward and upward/downward
as follows.
Step3: Levelling the unit

1: Once the unit is levelled then attach the tap to the basin and attach the waste
2: Apply a bead of silicone to the top edges of the unit
3: Carefully position the basin onto the unit, ensuring it is centrally positioned and
flush at the back
4: Wipe away any excess silicone
5: Connect the tap and waste
6: Re-fit the drawer:
a. Pull both drawer runners fully out
b. Set the drawer down onto the runners
c. Push the drawer fully in until it locks (click)
7: Apply silicone to the join between the basin and wall and down the sides of the unit
8: Leave silicone 24 hours to dry before using the basin / unit
