Aceele USB C Docking station 15 in 1 is a high-performance multifunctional product. It has
a total of 15 ports, 2 of which are used to connect your main equipment and power supply,
and the remaining 13 ports can support simultaneous connection of 13 different devices.
Product Introduction
We give it with an USB C cable to connect the Type C input port with your Type C
device, also give a Power supply charger to connect the DC port. So, this product
can expand the following 13 ports for your Type-C device:
2 USB 2.0 interfaces and 2 USB 3.0 interface, SD/TF interface, 1 Type C 3.0 data i
nterface, 1 Type C PD interface to charging your laptop, 2 HDMI port, 1 VGA port,

Video Display Function Instructions
1. If the Type-C port on the computer supports the DP 1.2 protocol, then this usb c hub
supports the computer to connect three additional displays, but only three devices can
be displayed at the same time (there is always one device that cannot be displayed, this
is normal, it is not a defective item);
2. If the Type-C port on the computer supports the DP 1.4 protocol, then this usb c hub
supports the computer to connect three additional monitors, and four devices can be
displayed at the same time.
3. Both of the above two protocols support SST and MST modes.
4. SST mode can be applied to Wins and Mac systems. MST mode can only be applied to
Wins systems.
The following are the setting methods for different computers of DP 1.4 and DP 1.2.
The settings of different computers may be different. For details, please contact the
official customer service of the computer for consultation.

The specific operating instructions of the DP 1.4 computer:
Note: After connection, the resolution of all monitor is 1080P 60hz.
MAC system operation instructions (only SST mode is supported):

Connect the product to the Type-C female socket of the computer, and then use the
HDMI*2 and VGA cables to connect to 3 monitors. The system will automatically
recognize the monitors and display the contents of the computer screen simultaneously.
SST mode (Extended mode, ABBB)

1. Click the right mouse button on the computer desktop, open "System Preferences

mode option;

WINS system operation instructions (support SST&MST mode):
Connect the product to the Type-C female port of the computer, and then use the HDMI*2
and VGA cables to connect to 3 monitors. The system will automatically recognize the monitors
and display the computer screen content simultaneously.
The setting steps are as follows:
1. Click the right mouse button on the desktop and click "Intel Graphics Control Center". If
the control center cannot be found with the right mouse button, search on the computer
and find "Intel Graphics Control Center";
2. After opening, you will see four device codes, click the corresponding display code, click
the three dots in the upper right corner, select the display code you want to expand or
select "Extend All" to get the ABBB mode.
"-"Display"-"Arrangement"-in the lower left corner, click "√" in the mirror mode option;
2. The screen that appears is: the notebook displays the "A" screen, and the three monitors
display the "A" screen.
SST mode (Extended mode ABBB)
As shown below:
1. Click the right mouse button on the desktop and click "Intel Graphics Control Center".
If the control center cannot be found with the right mouse button, search on the
computer to find "Intel Graphics Control Center" and click to select the screen you
want to copy;
SST Mode (Mirror mode AAAA)
As shown below:
2. Find the corresponding monitor code, click the three dots in the upper right corner,
select the corresponding screen number you want to mirror, and click "Mirror All" to
get the AAAA mode.
MST Mode ABBC/AABC/ABCC
1. Under normal circumstances, connect the product to a computer and three monitors,
the ABBC mode will be displayed;

2. If it is displayed in AAAA mode after connection, in the "Intel Graphics Control Center",
click to select the monitor code you want to operate, click the three dots in the upper
right corner, and select "Extend All" to get ABBC;
3. If it is displayed in ABBB mode after connection, in the "Intel Graphics Control Center",
click to select the monitor code you want to operate, click the three dots in the upper
right corner, and select the corresponding display code to expand to get ABBC;

Note: After connection, the resolution of the monitor is 1080P 60hz.
WINS system operation instructions (support SST&MST mode):

Note: After the DP 1.2 computer is connected to three monitors, there are a total of four
devices, but only three devices can display content. There must be one device that cannot
display content. This is normal, it is not a defective item.
SST mode
Extended mode ABB
1. Click the right mouse button on the computer desktop, click "Display Settings", you can
see four monitors, 1-2-3-4, but only 1-2-3 can be displayed, which is normal.
2. Scroll down to the multi-monitor settings, drop down and click "Copy the desktop on 2
and 3" to get ABB.
Mirror mode AAA
1. Click the right mouse button on the computer desktop, click "Intel Graphics Settings".
2. Click "Display" in the lower left corner, after entering, click "Multi-screen display".
3. You can see three monitors, 1-2-3, click "Clone Display" to get AAA.
MST mode ABC
1. Click the right mouse button on the computer desktop, click "Intel Graphics Settings".
2. Click "Display" in the lower left corner, after entering, click "Multi-screen display".
3. You can see three monitors, 1-2-3, click "Extend Desktop", you can get ABC.
Please note: After the DP 1.2 computer is connected to three other monitors, there is
always one monitor that cannot display the content, so how to make the device with
a black screen display the content?
Answer: Click the right mouse button on the computer desktop, click "Display Settings",
first, identify the code of each device, select one of the three devices that currently display
content, and in the multi-monitor settings, click to disconnect this device, then select the
device with the original black screen, in the multi-monitor settings, click to extend the
desktop to this monitor.
Usage Tips
1.For 2.4 GHz wireless devices, such as wireless keyboards and mouse adapters, may not
work in close proximity to USB 3.0 devices or hubs, please connect them to USB 2.0 ports.
2.There is both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports on this hub, for some devices that require high
speed, like USB 3.0 hard disks, we recommend you to use USB 3.0 port to connect.
3.Due to the high power consumption of the hard disk, when the contents of the hard disk
cannot be read normally, please connect the PD charger to the Type-C female socket of
the product to charge the computer while supplying power to the hard disk.
Notes
1. Please use this product according to the instruction. Aceele is not liable for any hard disk
damage or data loss caused by improper use or dis-assembly of this product.
2. Please make sure that your devices have USB C port and support video output function,
then Aceele Multifunctional USB C Docking Station can work completely for you.
3. The instantaneous current requires for all interfaces to be started at the same time is larger
than the current provided by the host itself, so the docking station cannot be started
normally, and interfaces need to be plugged and unplugged one by one to work properly.
4. For high power consumption devices, only support insert 2 devices at the same time, like
mobile hard disks, or printer. Other ports can be used to insert U disk, mouse and other
low-current devices normally.
5. Do not let any objects (such as combustibles, needles) or any liquids (such as water,
beverages) fall or seep into the product, causing the product to fail to work normally.
6. Do not use or place this product in the following places: humid environment (such as
bathroom, toilet); exposed to dusty environment, rotted objects.
7. If the device is used for a long time, it will be heat up. Don’t worry. This is normal. Please
allow the product to rest properly, and also let yourself, especially your eyes get rest.
8. If the device is not used for a long time, put the product in a plastic bag and store it in
the packing box to prevent dust accumulation and oxidation of the socket causing poor
socket contact.
