Attaching /Removing theBase
SCREENPOSITIONADJUSTMENT
In oder tooptimizethebestviewing position,you canadjustthetiltof
themonitorbyusing bothofyourhandstohold theedges ofthemonitor
as shownin thefigurebelow.
Themonitorcanbeadjustedto15 degreesup or5degrees downasindi-
catedbyarrowbelow.

Carefullyplacethemonitorface-downon astablesurface-- use a
clothtoavoid scratching thescreen.
Install:
Aligntherelease button onthe
bottomofthemonitorwiththe

Remove:
Depress therelease button as
indicatedfirst beforeremovingthe
baseand followthearrowdirection
to removeit.

Thepower saving states will bekeptuntil acontrol signalhas beendetected
orthekeyboard ormouse isactivated. TherecoverytimefromActiveOFF
state backtoONstateisaround3seconds.
DDC
Tomakeyourinstallation easier,themonitorisabletoPlug and Playwith
yoursystem ifyoursystemalsosupportsDDCprotocol.TheDDC(Display
Data Channel)isacommunication protocol through whichthemonitor
automaticallyinformsthehost system aboutits capabilities,forexample,
supportedresolutionsand corresponding timing. Themonitorsupports
