STEP 1:
TRAY ASSEMBLY
Place the frame (I) upside down and attach the
plastic tray (L) by using the formed plates (E)
with 6x12mm (B) bolts, washers and nuts.
Do not tighten the bolts at this time.
NOTE: Place the seat on a surface , it won’t
now scratch or damage.
STEP 2:
TRAY ASSEMBLY
Mount the tool tray on the frame, matching up
flat plate (F) and tighten all 6x12mm (B) bolts.
STEP 3:
AXLE ASSEMBLY
Slide both axles (H) into the frame.
STEP 4:
WHEELS ASSEMBLY
Slide the Wheel (G) , Washer (D) onto each
end of the axle. Mount wheels with the
valve stem to the outside of the work seat.
STEP 5:
WRAP TIGHT WHEELS
Insert a cotter pin (C) into each pre-drilled
hole on the axle. Spread the ends of the
cotterpins and wrap tightly around the
axles to secure the wheels.
