ROLLING WORK SEAT

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. READ,UNDERSTAND AND FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS
PRODUCT.
2. Regularly check nuts and bolts to make sure they are tight.
3. If any part is damaged or damaged, do not use the work seat. The work seat is not a toy.
Do not allow children to use the work seat unattended. The work seat may tip or roll.
4. Do not add 300 pounds to the work seat, and do not put more than 5 pounds in the tool
tray.
5. Use only ambient air to inflate the tires, do not exceed 30 psi, and never use flamma-ble
gas to inflate the tires.
6. KEEP THIS INSTRUCTION FOR FURTHER REFERENCES.

STEP 1:
TRAY ASSEMBLY
Place the frame (I) upside down and attach the
plastic tray (L) by using the formed plates (E)
with 6x12mm (B) bolts, washers and nuts.
Do not tighten the bolts at this time.
NOTE: Place the seat on a surface , it won’t
now scratch or damage.
STEP 2:
TRAY ASSEMBLY
Mount the tool tray on the frame, matching up
flat plate (F) and tighten all 6x12mm (B) bolts.
STEP 3:
AXLE ASSEMBLY
Slide both axles (H) into the frame.
STEP 4:
WHEELS ASSEMBLY
Slide the Wheel (G) , Washer (D) onto each
end of the axle. Mount wheels with the
valve stem to the outside of the work seat.
STEP 5:
WRAP TIGHT WHEELS
Insert a cotter pin (C) into each pre-drilled
hole on the axle. Spread the ends of the
cotterpins and wrap tightly around the
axles to secure the wheels.

STEP 6 :
CHECK ASSEMBLY
Check and ensure four wheels if stable
and balance.
STEP 7 :
SEAT ASSEMBLY
Attach the seat (J) to the seat post,
using 10x15mm Flat Head Bolts (A)
and tight up.
STEP 8 :
SEAT ASSEMBLY
Twist Seat and Seat Post assembly into the
Frame clockwise. The threaded Post needs
to be seen from below the Frame. Insert
the Cotter Pin (C) through hole in the Post.
Spread open the Cotter Pin.
ENSURE ASSEMBLY
Be sure the Adjustment Lever is screwed
onto Seat Post. Twist Seat and Seat Post
assembly into the Frame clockwise.
MAINTENANCE
1. Periodically check all connections to ensure safe operation of work seat.
2. Periodically check air pressure in tires.
