Warnings
To reduce the risk of serious injury, read the entire manual before you assemble or use
this trampoline. In particular, please note the following safety precautions. Please keep
this manual in a safe place for future reference.
1. Prior to assembly, this trampoline includes small parts/accessories that are not
suitable for children under 3 years of age as they may cause a choking hazard.
2. It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure that all users of this trampoline
areadequatelyinformedofallwarningsandprecautions.Thistrampolineisnot
intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mentalcapabilities;orlackofexperienceandknowledgeunlesstheyhavebeen
givensupervisionorinstructionconcerninguseofthetrampolinebyaperson
responsible for their safety.

15.Usersshouldbebarefootedoronlywearingsockswhenusingthetrampoline,
footwear must not be worn.
16.Donotuseforeignobjectswiththetrampoline,useofanyforeignobjectswillvoid
the warranty.
17.Inspectthetrampolinebeforeeachuse,replaceanywornordefectiveparts.If
yourequirereplacementpartstobesentout,pleasecontactourNationalService
Centre (details can be found in the warranty pages at the back of this manual).
18.Ensurethattheframepaddingiscorrectlyandsecurelypositionedpriortouse.
19. Climb on and off the trampoline, do not jump on or off. It is dangerous to jump
from the trampoline to the ground when dismounting, or onto the trampoline when
mounting.Alwaysusetwohandstoholdontotheframewhengettingonoroffthe
trampoline.Neverusethespringsorenclosurepolesashandgrips.Smallchildren
may need assistance getting on or off of the trampoline.
20.Whenbouncingonthetrampoline,alwaysaimforthecentreofthemat.Focus
your eyes on the edge of the trampoline. This will help you control your bounce.
Bouncingneartheedgeofthematcanleadtoinjuryandstretchthesprings.The
frame pad is not designed to support the weight of the trampoline user.
21.Stopyourbouncebyexingyourkneesasyourfeetcomeincontactwiththemat.
Learn this skill before you attempt any other.
22.Avoidbouncingtoohigh.Staylowuntilyoucancontrolyourbounceand
repeatedly land in the centre of the mat.
23.Donotusethetrampolineasaspringboardtootherobjects.Usethetrampoline
only for trampoline style bouncing.
24.Donotbounceonthetrampolineimmediatelyafterameal.
25.Jewelleryshouldberemovedbeforeusingthetrampolineasthismaycausean
injury to the user and/or damage the trampoline.
26.Usersshouldonlyusethetrampolineunderadultsupervision.

Installation Instructions
Placethetrampolineonaatlevelsurfacewithimpactattenuatingpropertiessuch
asgrassandensurethatitissufcientlystabletopreventitfromtippingoverand/or
blowingaway.Sandbagsorpegsmaybesuitableanchoragedevices.
Keepaminimumof5moverheadclearancewhenmeasuredfromthebedheightto
preventusersinadvertentlycontactingoverheadhazardssuchaselectricwires,tree
limbs and clotheslines.
Maintainaminimumclearanceof1.5monallsidesofthetrampoline.Thisareashould
not include concrete, bitumen, brick or other hard surfaces as these can cause serious
injuries if users fall off the trampoline.
Do not locate the trampoline on top of other objects or store anything underneath the
trampoline bed.
Note: Children have been injured while bouncing on trampolines and landing on
for example garden tools, bicycles, etc.
Keep the area surrounding the trampoline clear. Place the trampoline away from walls,
structures, fences and other play areas.

Components of this trampoline are susceptible to deterioration from use and

is essential that you inspect the trampoline before each use and replace any worn,

Trampolinesaregreatfun,encouragethedevelopmentofgrossmotorskills;provide
opportunitiesforphysicalactivityandpresentuserswithmanageablechallengesto
ndandtesttheirlimits.However,likemanyphysicalactivities,trampolineuseinvolves
potentialriskofinjury,particularlyiftheequipmentisusedimproperly.
Injurysurveillanceandhospitaladmissionsdatashowsthattrampolinesfeature
frequentlyininjurypresentationsandadmissions.Childrenunder14yearsofage
accountforabout90%ofalltrampoline-relatedinjuries.28%ofthetrampoline-related
injuriesweresustainedbychildrenunderveyearsofageandmorethanathirdofthe
injuriesrelatedtomulti-users.(VictorianInjurySurveillanceUnit—Hazard75,Autumn
2013,pg.3.)
The following points are important to note:
Injurydataindicatesthatpeoplecanbeseverelyinjurediftheylandonanunprotected
trampoline frame or springs or if they fall from the trampoline. Impact attenuation
systems such as pads are intended to minimize the risk of injury and enclosures are
intended to stop people falling off the trampoline.
Ensurepads(wheretheyarerequired)andenclosuresareattachedtothetrampoline
before use.
The risk of injury increases when more than one person at a time bounces on a
trampoline.Smallerchildrenareatincreasedriskwhenjumpingwithadultsand/
or larger children, for example, a ‘double bounce’ dramatically increases the energy
transferredtothesmallerbodyandchildren’slegshavebeenbrokenandseverespinal
injurieshaveoccurredasaresult.
Ensureonlyonepersonatatimebouncesonthetrampoline.
Childrenareoftenunabletoidentifyhazardsanddonothaveawell-developedability
toassessriskandmay,ifleftunsupervised,beatmoreriskofinjury.
Alwayssupervisechildrenwhiletheyareusingthetrampoline.
Over-condencecanleadtoinjury.
Learnfundamentalbouncesrstbeforetryingmorecomplexmanoeuvres.
Inappropriate clothing can cause injury.
Clothingshouldallowplentyofbodymovementwithoutappinglooselyand
becoming a distraction to the jumper.

Wear clothing free of drawstrings, hooks, loops or anything that could get caught while
usingthetrampolineandresultinentanglementorstrangulation.Buckles,jewellery
and belts should not be worn, as these may damage the trampoline mat or cause injury
tothejumperiftheybecomecaughtinthefabricofthetrampoline.Shoesshouldbe
removedastheymaydamagethebedandincreasetheriskofinjury.
Betterdesign,goodconstructionandimprovedsafetyfeaturesgoalongwaytoward
minimizingthehazardsassociatedwithtrampolineuse;however,trampolinesneed
tobeused,caredforandmaintainedappropriatelytoensurethebenetsofthese
features continue throughout the life of the product.
Safe use instructions
Toreducetheriskofinjurywhileusingthetrampoline,develophouseholdrulessuchas
the following:
Do not allow children under 6 years on the trampoline.
Allowonlyonepersononthetrampolineatanyonetime.
Active,competentsupervisionisessential—alwayssupervisechildrenwhiletheyare
using the trampoline.
Ensureanypads(wheretheyarerequired)coveringtheframe/suspensionsystemare
securely attached at all times.
Ensuretheenclosureissecurelyattachedandingoodconditionatalltimes.
Check the trampoline before use and ensure it is in good condition. Replace any worn
orbrokenparts.Useonlypartsthatarerecommendedbythemanufacturer.
Makesurethattheareaaround,underneathandabovethetrampolineisclearof
objects that could interfere with the person jumping. Do not allow children, pets, toys
orotherplayequipmenttobepresentunderthetrampoline.
Adultsshouldmodelsafeuseoftrampolineswhenchildrenarepresent.
Wear comfortable clothing that won’t become entangled in the trampoline’s
components and become a strangulation hazard. Do not wear jewellery or drawstrings/
cordsthatcancatchonthetrampolineandcreateastrangulationhazard.Remove
shoes as they may damage the bed and increase the risk of injury.
Children should be educated by responsible adults to always climb on and off the
trampoline,andneverjumporbounceoff.Itisdangerouspracticetojumporbounce

fromthetrampolinewhendismounting.Neverusespringsorsuspensionelementsas
‘hand grips’ when getting on and off the trampoline.
Learn fundamental bounces and body positions thoroughly before trying more
advancedmanoeuvrers.Avarietyoftrampolineactivitiescanbecarriedoutby
performingthebasicfundamentalsinvariousseriesandcombinations,orperforming
one fundamental bounce after the other, with or without bounces between them.
For further information or additional instructional material, contact the manufacturer
orretailer.Tolearnmoreadvancedtrampoliningskillscontactasuitablegymnastics/
trampoline club.
Basic trampolining instructions
This trampoline is a domestic trampoline, not a gymnastics trampoline. You will get the
safest and best use from it by following these basic principles:
Do not attempt or allow somersaults on the trampoline. Landing on your head or neck
whiledoingsomersaultscancauseseriousinjury,paralysisorevendeath.
Do not use the trampoline when wet. The mat will be slippery and make landing less
sure.
Enclosuresystemsaredesignedtopreventusersfallingoffthetrampoline.Donot
allow users to intentionally bounce toward or off the barrier, as this can unbalance the
trampoline and continual impact may damage the enclosure.
Donotuseatrampolinewhileundertheinuenceofalcoholordrugs.Balance,
perception and assessment of risk will be affected and may lead to injury.
Donotusethetrampolineasaspringboardtootherobjects.Usethetrampolineonly
for trampoline style bouncing.
Focus your eyes on the edge of the trampoline. This will help control your bounce.
Stopyourbouncebyexingyourkneesasyourfeetcomeincontactwiththe
trampoline bed. Learn this skill before you attempt any others.
Avoidbouncingtoohigh.Staylowuntilyoucancontrolyourbounceandrepeatedly

Lay out the frame parts (Top Rail (3), Leg
Extension(5)&LegBase(4))onaclear,dry
levelsurface.The6xTopRails(3)should
formacircle,the6xLegExtensions(5)and
3xLegBases(4)shouldsitinsidethecircle
made by the Top Rails.
Takeoutthe6xT-Joints(9)andplacethese
inbetweeneachTopRail(3).Nextbegin
assembling the frame by placing the Top Rails
(3)intotheT-Joints(9).
Note: The T-Joint (9) should have the
smaller tube facing upwards and pointing
away from the frame. The Top Rails (3)
should also have the grooves in the frame
facing upwards.
Toassemblethistrampolineallyouwillneedisthespringhookthatisprovidedwithinthecarton.
Duringperiodsofnon-use,thetrampolinecanbedisassembledandstored.
Priortoassemblingthistrampoline,removeallpartsfromthecartonandchecktoensurethatallparts
listedinthePartsListonpage5arepresent.Ifyou’remissinganyoftheparts,pleasecallourNational
ServiceCentretohavereplacementpartssentoutpriortobeginningassembly(detailscanbefoundin
the warranty pages at the end of this manual).
Note: It is recommended that 2 adults assemble this trampoline.

the Mat (1) with double stitching is facing downward, the warning label stitched into the mat should be
located on the top side of the mat.
TobeginattachingtheMat(1)totheframetake2xSprings(6)andplacetheseatoppositeendsof
theMat(1).PlacetheendoftheSpring(6)withthenarrowopeningoverthemetalv-ringsattheedge
ofthematandinserttheoppositeendoftheSpring(6)withthewideopeningintothegrooveonthe
TopRail(3)usingtheSpringHook(8).RepeatthisfortheotherSpring(6)toevenoutthetensioninthe
mat.
Takeanother2xSprings(6)andrepeattheaboveinstructionssotherearenow4xSprings(6)
connectingtheMat(1)totheTopRails(3)atpoints¼thewayaroundtheframe.Usetheremaining
Springs(6)toconnecttheMat(1)totheTopRails(3)securingitintoposition.
Note: It is recommended that you connect a handful of Springs (6) on one side of the frame and
then connect the same number of Springs (6) to the opposite side of the frame, this will even out
the tension on the Springs (6) from the Mat (1) and make it easier to connect the last couple of
springs.

Attach1xSafetyInstructionPlacard(7)tothetrampolineframeinapositionthatiseasilyvisible.
ThreadtheincludedcabletiethroughtheholeintheSafetyInstructionPlacard(7)andwrapitaround
theframe.Securethisintoplacebyplacingtheatendofthecabletiethroughthegapattheother
endandpullingtheatendthroughuntilitisttedtightlyaroundtheframe.
LaytheFramePad(2)overthetrampolinesothatthespringsandframearecompletelycovered.
PleaseensurethatthesmallgapsintheFramePad(2)arealignedwiththeT-Joints(9)sothetopofthe
T-Joints(9)tthroughthegap.
To secure the Frame Pad (2) to the trampoline, take the hook attached to the base of the Frame Pad (2)
andclipthistoav-ringthatistwoorthreespringstotheleftofthestrap.
Warning: Do not position your face close to the strap as if you let go it can rebound at high speed
causing injury.
Repeat this for all hooks on the Frame Pad (2). There should be a few remaining pairs of straps on the
Frame Pad (2), take each pair and wrap each side around the outside of the stitched material holding
thev-ringstotheMat(1).Tieaknotusingapairofthestrapsunderthev-ringtonishsecuringthe
Frame Pad (2) in place.

ConnecttheUpperPole(12)totheLowerPole(11)byinsertingtheLowerPole(11)intothebaseof
theUpperPole(12)andsecuringitinplaceusingthelockingpins.
Repeattheaboveinstructionforallremaining5xUpperPoles(12)and5xLowerPoles(11).
SlideaPoleSleeve(15)overeachofthe6xenclosurepolesassembledinthepreviousinstruction.
Attachthe6xenclosurepolestotheframebyinsertingthemintotheupperpartofthe6xT-Joints(9)
and secure them into place using the locking pins.

Note: 2 people will be needed at this point to insert the Fibreglass Rods (13)
TaketheNet(14)andlayitoutatacrossground.ThetopoftheNet(14)istheedgewiththesewn-in
loop.
Take a Fibreglass Rod (13) and unfold it to make one straight piece by placing each section of the
Fibreglass Rod (13) into the metal connectors. Repeat this for the other Fibreglass Rod (13).
FeedaFibreglassRod(13)throughthesewn-inloopatthetopoftheNet(14)untiltheendis
completely through the loop. Repeat this for the other Fibreglass Rod (13).
Note: Be careful when feeding the Fibreglass Rod (13) through the sewn-in loop as there are
multiple gaps in the loop, trying to force the Fibreglass Rod (13) through the loop may cause
damage to the Net (14).
Have1personateachendoftheFibreglassRods(13).BendtheFibreglassRods(13)andconnectthe
two pieces at one end, the person at the connected end should now hold the connected Fibreglass
Rods (13) together and lightly push against the Fibreglass Rods (13) while the other person now
connects their end to make a complete circle.

LocatethezipperontheNet(14)andalignthistofacethewhereyouwouldliketheentranceof
the trampoline to be. Lift the Fibreglass Rod (13) ring and connect it to the enclosure pole caps by
insertingitintothegrooves.
Note: Ensure that it is the black part of the Fibreglass Rods (13) that is connected to the caps on
the enclosure pole and not the metal rod connectors, you may damage the pole caps if you try
and force the metal connectors into the grooves.
TosecuretheNet(14)totheframeofthe
trampoline, take the clips located at the
bottomoftheNet(14)neareachenclosure
poleandpullthesedownoverthetopofthe
Frame Pad (2) and underneath the Top Rails
(3).Connecttherightcliptothev-ringofthe
spring to the left and connect the left clip to
thev-ringofthespringtotheright,making
an “X” shape.
Warning: Do not position your face close to
the strap as if you let go it can rebound at
high speed causing injury.
Repeat this instruction for the remaining clips
at each enclosure pole. There will be a few
remainingclipsalongtheNet(14)inbetween
the enclosure poles, pull these clips down
overtheFramePad(2)andunderneaththe
Top Rails (3). Connect these to the closest
v-ringtonishsecuringtheNet(14)tothe
trampoline frame.
Attach1xSafetyInstructionPlacard(7)toanenclosurepoleinapositionnexttotheentranceofthe
trampolinethatiseasilyvisible.ThreadtheincludedcabletiethroughtheholeintheSafetyInstruction
Placard(7)andwrapitaroundtheenclosurepole.Securethisintoplacebyplacingtheatendof
thecabletiethroughthegapattheotherendandpullingtheatendthroughuntilitisttedtightly
around the enclosure pole.

normaluseandserviceconditionsforaperiodof2 years on the frame and mat, 12 months on all
otherparts,fromthedateofpurchaseofthisarticle.Evidenceofunfairusageorincorrectadjustment
bytheownerwillvoidthispromise.
OurgoodscomewithguaranteesthatcannotbeexcludedundertheAustralianConsumerLaw.Youare
entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably
foreseeablelossordamage.Youarealsoentitledtohavethegoodsrepairedorreplacedifthegoods
failtobeofacceptablequalityandthefailuredoesnotamounttoamajorfailure.
Thebenetsconferredbythiswarrantyareinadditiontotheconsumerguaranteesandotherrights
