·Check that you have all the components and tools listed on pages 3 & 4.
·Remove all fittings from the plastic bags and separate them into their groups.
·Keep children and animals away from the work area, small parts could choke if swallowed.
·Make sure you have enough space to layout the parts before starting.
·Do not stand or put weight on the product, this could cause damage.
·Assemble the item as close to its final position (in the same room) as possible.
·Opened box can be used to protect your floor or counter during assembly.
·Assembly is easier for drawer parts on a counter.
·Parts of the assembly will be easier with 2 people.
·We do not recommend the use of power drill/drivers for inserting screws, as over-
tightening could damage the unit.
·Only use hand screwdrivers.

Attach the Anti-tip Safety Strap (part L) to the Top (part 01):
•Position and hold one end of the strap (part L) to the center of the bottom, back of the top (part 01) just in front of the
cut out.
•Place a washer (part C) on top of the strap (part L).
•Secure the strap (part L) by screwing the Part D screw through the washer (part C) and the strap (part L) into the top
(part 01).
•Part D screw should be tight, but do not force or over-tighten as this could cause the wood to split.
Make certain the
screw is in front
of the cut-out for
the strap, not
through the
cutout.
NOTE: The end of the left drawer
runners (300E) (part E) with the
wheel should be on the front side
of the left side panel (part 02).
•

Attach 4 (300E) left drawer runners (part E) to the
left side panel (part 02).
Please use care to align the (300E) runners (part E)
correctly with the pre-drilled holes in the left side
panel (part 02), as shown in the enlarged
illustrations.
•Secure the (300E) left drawer runners (part E) to the
left side panel (part 02) using 8 of the part H screws.

Attach 4 (300D) right drawer runners (part F) to the
right side panel (part 03).
Please use care to align the (300D) runners (part F)
correctly with the pre-drilled holes in the right side
panel (part 03), as shown in the enlarged
illustrations.
•Secure the (300D) right drawer runners (part F) to
the right side panel (part 03) using 8 of the part H
screws.
ATTACH RIGHT DRAWER RUNNERS (300D) TO
THE RIGHT FACING SIDE PANEL
•Attach all crossbars (parts 04 & 07) to the right side panel (part 03) by first aligning the dowels (part A) you inserted in step 1 on
each crossbar (parts 04 & 07) with the pre-drilled dowel holes in the right side panel (part 03).
•Once aligned, push all crossbars (parts 04 & 07) into the the right side panel (part 03) until flush.
•Secure each crossbar (parts 04 & 07) using 6 of the part B screws.
•The part B screws should be just tight. Do not force or over-tighten as this could cause damage to the panel or crossbars.

ATTACH THE LEFT FACING SIDE PANEL TO CROSSBARS
NOTE: Do not attempt
this step with the unit
upright. It should be
flat on its front side on
a hard, clean surface.
•Attach all crossbars (parts 04 & 07) to the left side panel (part 02) by first aligning the dowels (part A) you inserted in step 1 on
each crossbar (parts 04 & 07) with the pre-drilled dowel holes in the left side panel (part 02).
•Once aligned, push all crossbars (parts 04 & 07) into the the left side panel (part 02) until flush.
•Secure each crossbar (parts 04 & 07) using 6 of the part B screws.
•The part B screws should be just tight. Do not force or over-tighten as this could cause damage to the panel or crossbars.
•

Attach the top panel of the unit (part 01) by first aligning the
4 dowels (part A) that you installed in the side panels (parts
02 & 03) in step 1 with the pre-drilled dowel holes in the top
panel (part 01).
Once aligned, push the the top panel to the partially
assembled unit until flush.
•Secure the top panel (part 01) to the unit using 4 part B
screws on each corner, as shown.
•Screws (part B) should be tight, but do not force or over-
tighten screws (part B) as this could cause damage to parts.
NOTE: The unit is
depicted laying on
its front side.

•First, make sure the unit is assembled squarely, use an "L" Square tool,
if necessary.
•Once the unit is square, you must also determine the square installation
of the back panels. Use an "L" Square tool, if necessary.
•The 2 back panels (part 08) are taped together. Unfold the back panels
(part 08) to make one full back panel.
•Once you have positioned the back panel (part 08) squarely, secure it to
the unit using 22 of part K nails evenly spaced, as shown.
•It is very important that you utilize all 22 nails. It strengthens the unit.

feet (part O) approximately 25 mm

STEP 13 - A
•Using the dowels (part A) inserted into parts 11 and 12 in step 1, align the
drawer sides (parts 11 & 12) with the drawer front (part 10).
•Make sure the groove for the drawer bottom (part 14) is precisely aligned
on all 3 parts (10, 11 & 12) then push together until flush.
•Secure the drawer sides (parts 11 & 12) to the drawer front (part 10) using
2 screws (part B) on each side as shown in the illustration.
•Screws (part B) should be tight, but do not force or over-tighten as this
could cause the wood to split.

•Slide the drawer bottom (part 14) into
the grooves on parts 10, 11 and 12 as
shown

With the drawer upside down,
•Align the left drawer runner (300E) (part E) with the wheel on the outside
toward the drawer back (part 13). Make sure the opposite end is all
the way forward touching the drawer front (part 10), as shown.
•Secure the left drawer runner (300E) (part E) to the left drawer side (part
11) using 3 screws (part D).
•The first screw (part D) goes through the 3rd hole back from the drawer
front (part 10) and into the left drawer side (part 11).
•The second screw (part D) goes through the center hole of the runner
(300E) (part E) into the left drawer side (part 11).
•The third screw (part D) goes through the last hole in the runner (300E)
(part E) closest to the drawer back (part 13) on the outside by the wheel
as shown.
•Repeat these steps to attach the (300D) right drawer runner (part F) to
the right drawer side (part 12).
STEP 13 - C
•Align the groove in the drawer back (part
13) with the drawer bottom (part 14) and in
between the drawer sides (parts 11 & 12).
•Secure the drawer back (part 13) to the
drawer using 2 screws (part B) on each
side, as shown.


•Attach the knobs (part G) to the drawer
front (part 10) by inserting the screw
(part B) through the back of the drawer
front (part 10) and into the back of the
knob (part G).

•Secure the unit to a wall to reduce the risk of accidental
tip-over by inserting the wall anchor (part N) into your
wall approximately 990 mm (or 39 inches) above the
floor level.
•Hold the washer (part C) on the front side top of the
anti-tip safety strap (part L).
•Feed the screw (part B) through the washer (part C) and
strap (part L) into the wall anchor (part N).
•Tighten the screw (part B) until secure.
If you have any doubt

If you will store more than 10 lbs in any one
drawer, you MUST insert a dowel (part A) into
each side of the drawer as shown. This will
prevent the drawer from extending too far and
causing possible tip-over.

•Tilt the back of each drawer upward to
get it past the wheels on the drawer
runners.
•Once clear of the wheels, you can level
the drawers and slide them in.
•Then repeat the dowel step for each
side of each drawer.

ADJUST DRAWER ALIGNMENT

After completed assembly, it is
necessary to adjust the drawer
alignment to get the drawers
perfectly square.
To adjust the drawer front position:
•Loosen the screw (part H) you used to
install the drawer runner (either parts E
or F) in steps 6 or 7, to the side panel
(parts 02 or 03), depending on the side
(left or right), as shown.
•With the screw (part H) loosened, you
can make the necessary slight
adjustments (up or down) to the drawer
runner to achieve the proper drawer
alignment.
Once the drawer alignment is square, secure
the position of the drawer runners (parts E &
F) to the side panels (parts 02 & 03) by re-
tightening the part H screw and adding the
part D screw as shown.
Complete these steps for both the left and the
right side of each drawer.
