IMPORTANT:
The Cooling unit has a time delay of 2 minutes after plugging it in, make sure you give the system time to engage properly.
When compressor stops for the first time (approx. 7 minutes) → unit is ready fordispensing

TO AVOID ANY DAMAGE TO THE SYSTME MAKE SURE ALL
CONNECTION ARE PROPERLY CONNECTED AND SECURITY
RED CLIPS ARE INSTALLED BEFORE THE UNIT IS BEING
PURGE FOR THE FIRST TIME!
IMPORTANT:
Make sure to install the Strainer in
the appropriate orientation to avoid
any blockage or debris in the system.

Dispensing taps and accessories
1. NITRO/ICED & COLD BREW COFFEE Single dispensing tap
2. NITRO dispensing tap –stainless steel disc must be mount between tap and shank
3. Two beverages can be dispensed from the same tap by swithching on and off the nitro
activator
4. Filter strainer must be installed in coffee line to avoid residues in the system

Nitrogen and Product Flow adjustment
The product flow adjustment is very important for the quality of your drinks
Important: Dispensing valve (D) must be Horizontal for Dispensing the product before starting
A) Nitrogen Flow adjustment:
a. Make sure the the valve is completely close at the 0 position
b. Adjust to type of mixsure you prefer
B) Nitrogen Pressure adjustment:
a. The pressure of the system is already set at the factory: Do not adjust it!
C) Nitrogen Pump Power Switch (Should be''ON'')
D) Cleanout system is located in the back left of the unit for an easy access
a. The horizontal position is the Dispense Mode
b. The vertical position is for Cleaning Mode

Daily Cleaning Instructions
➢Daily
✓Is very important is to keep your KoolSource System clean, the surface, around,
dispensing towers, taps and drip trays.
✓The regular maintenance planning (cleaning) is necessary to extend the life of your
system.
✓Rinse your system with water daily to maintain the lines clean by swtching the unit
to ''Cleaning Mode''.
➢Daily cleaning
Wipe down and clean all surfaces with a warm soapy water (no chlorinated cleaners)
➢Exterior surfaces of the system including beneath the unit and the drip tray
1- Clean both stouts faucet nozzles by removing and soaking with sanitizer
2–Remove and clean drip tray with water
3- Remove and rinse Filter Strainer with sanitizer
(Consulted Monthly Cleaning Instructions)
Step 1 –Clean Solution for Daily cleaning of tap handles and Drip tray

Weekly Cleaning Instructions
➢Weekly
Clean your KoolSource system by following all instruction carefully
•USE COLD WATER FOR THE CLEANING PROCESS
•Prepair cleaning products fron your 1-2 Cold Brew Kit
•Diluded 30ml of Clearly Cold Step 1 on 4 liters of
cold water.
•Diluded 30ml of Complete Café Step 2 on 4 liters of
Cold water.
To start the process set the unit to Cleaning Mode by turning the knob counter-clock located in
the back of the machine. (See Picture Cleaning Mode)
•Remove the down tubes from you RTD Product containers
•Insert them into you pre-mix Clearly Cold solution Step 1
•Open your taps to purge the lines until the cleaning solution
Starts to come out and Close Taps.
•Wait for 5 minutes, open tabs and run the solution for 30sec.
•Wait for 5 minutes, open tabs and run the soluton to the end.
•Insert now the down tube into the pre-mix Complete Café solution
•Open tabs for 30 sec. To eliminated the previous soltuion
•Wait for 5 minutes, open tabs and run the solution for 30sec.
•Wait for 5 minutes, open tabs and run the soluton to the end.
•Insert now the down tube into frech clear cold water (Cleaning Mode)
•Start the Final Rinsing, open tabs until Clear Water start coming out
•Open Tabs for 30 sec. And close them for 5-10 sec. Repeat this step until your run about
10liters of clear water.
•DO NOT FORGET TO RETURN THE KNOB TO DISPENSE MODE
•Last step of your weekly cleaning, clean the system by following instructions on your
DAILY CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS in Page 9.

Monthly Cleaning Instructions
➢Every month
The cleaning your KoolSource System is extremely important to prolong the performance and
life of the equipment.
•Start by following the routine of you Daily & Weekly Cleaning Instructions
•Clean inlet condenser coil located on top of the unit with vacuum cleaner or brush if
necessany.
•The maintenance of the condenser coil will eliminate overheating of your system.
FILTER STRAINER CLEANING
- Dissasemble filter strainer by truning the cap conter-clock
and wash all components with warm water 25˚C- 35˚C
Use sanitizer ( See Complete sanitize solution instructions page 9)

Troubleshooting Instructions
PROBLEM

Pump runs but doesn’t
pump any product
•Air-lock

•Turn OFF Main Pump switch for 2 minutes
No Product is being
dispensed but the pump
seems to run
•Main pump has an air-lock
•Main pump is on pretection

•Dispensing Tap blocked
•Filter Strainer blocked
•Verify all line and re-connect them if needed
•Reset pump by turn it off for 2 minutes
•Make sure there's enough product inside of your RTD
container
•Clean the disc inside of the nozzle on the Tap
•Clean the Filter Strainer
System not working
•Power failure
•Make sure the units and the main pump are properly
plug to 110 volts source (System & Pump)
•Verify the braker on the electrical panel
