Weekly Cleaning Instructions

Clean your KoolSource system by following all instruction carefully
•USE COLD WATER FOR THE CLEANING PROCESS
•Prepair cleaning products fron your 1-2 Cold Brew Kit
•Diluded 30ml of Clearly Cold Step 1 on 4 liters of
cold water.
•Diluded 30ml of Complete Café Step 2 on 4 liters of
Cold water.
To start the process set the unit to Cleaning Mode by turning the knob counter-clock located in
the back of the machine. (See Picture Cleaning Mode)
•Remove the down tubes from you RTD Product containers
•Insert them into you pre-mix Clearly Cold solution Step 1
•Open your taps to purge the lines until the cleaning solution
Starts to come out and Close Taps.
•Wait for 5 minutes, open tabs and run the solution for 30sec.
•Wait for 5 minutes, open tabs and run the soluton to the end.
•Insert now the down tube into the pre-mix Complete Café solution
•Open tabs for 30 sec. To eliminated the previous soltuion
•Wait for 5 minutes, open tabs and run the solution for 30sec.
•Wait for 5 minutes, open tabs and run the soluton to the end.
•Insert now the down tube into frech clear cold water (Cleaning Mode)
•Start the Final Rinsing, open tabs until Clear Water start coming out
•Open Tabs for 30 sec. And close them for 5-10 sec. Repeat this step until your run about
10liters of clear water.
•DO NOT FORGET TO RETURN THE KNOB TO DISPENSE MODE
•Last step of your weekly cleaning, clean the system by following instructions on your
DAILY CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS in Page 9.
