• 1 x MIOS-5250 Embedded System
• 1 x 2.5” HDD/SSD Assembly Kit
• 1 x Heatsink Thermal Pad Kit
• 1 x Heatsink wrench (P/N 9680015412)
• Startup Manual
• 1 x Mini Jumper (10pcs package) (P/N 9689000002)

Quick Installation Guide
Memory and Thermal Pad assembly
Note1: If your system bundles memory, you can skip this
procedure.
Note2: Each thermal pad is for one-time use only. When
heatsink is removed, paste new thermal pad when you as-
semble the heatsink back.

1. Unpack the heatsink, Allen wrench/key and thermal
pads from the accessory pack.
2. Undo the four screws on heatsink using Allenwrench.
(Figure 5)
3. Remove the original thermal pads (to protect CPU/
South Bridge) and paste new thermal pads onto the
heatsink. (Figure 6)
4. Install the memory on the single board computer and
screw back the heatsink. (Figure 5)

2.5” HDD/SSD Assembly

1. Undo the four screws on the bottom cover. (Figure 8)
2. Assemble the 4 screws from both side of the HDD
bracket to fasten HDD/SSD and blue dampers and
damper screws. (Figure 9)
3. Paste the HDD thermal pad onto the bottom cover, and
assemble the HDD with the HDD bracket onto the bot-
tom cover. (Figure 10)
4. Replace the four screws on bottom cover. (Figure 8)
