OVERVIEW OF INDOOR AIR QUALITY
The AERO CURE ONE ™ system is designed to remove contaminants from the air using a carbon
pleated prefilter and a true HEPA post-filter. Additionally, the system includes an ultraviolet
disinfection system to deactivate microbes from the air. The unit treats approximately 200
cubic feet of air per minute.
In order to get the best performance from your system, certain factors should be considered:
•The larger the room, the more time it will take for the unit to complete a full delivery
cycle of treated air.
•The sources of air contamination should be considered and reduced as much as
possible.
•Ventilation is important to air quality, and a source of fresh air for the room should be
available.
•As the unit filters become saturated, soiled or obstructed, the treatment efficiency will
decrease. In unusually dirty or dusty environments, filter changes will need to be
performed more frequently.
UNPACKING YOUR UNIT
Upon shipping, the unit and packaging has been inspected and approved. Follow the step by
step instructions to safely remove the unit.
Do not tip the box on place on its side. Make certain that the box is sitting according to the
“this end up” labels that are placed on the box.
Do not try to lift the unit out of the box. This may result in personal injury and or damage
to the unit.
•Open the top of the box and remove packaging around the top of the unit.
•Carefully cut down two sides of the box until it is completely flat.
•Carefully lift the unit out of the bottom packaging.
•Remove the sealed plastic bag from the unit and discard.
•Your unit is ready for installation.

7
INSTALLATION
The choice of location for your Aero Cure One™ unit is a key factor to its performance. You
should place the unit in the room in which you want to focus you air treatment strategy.
Additionally, the unit should be placed as close as possible to any obvious sources of room air
contamination. Additional tips:
•Place the unit so that it is not obstructed by furniture or other items
•Place the power cord so that is not a tripping hazard
•Place the unit as close to the center of the room as practical
•Place the unit away from areas where it is likely to get wet, or objects can be
inadvertently placed on top of it.
The unit plugs into a standard 120 volt AC grounded receptacle.
Never attempt to plug the unit into an ungrounded receptacle. This could result in electric
shock, injury or death.
OPERATION
The Aero Cure One™ unit is designed to have the simplest possible operation.
The ON/OFF switch is located on the right side of the unit. The unit has been engineered to
operate at one predetermined speed for maximal efficiency of air disinfection. Below the power
switch is an indicator light which indicates that the ultraviolet lamps are working properly. If
this indicator light fails to illuminate, but the fan of the unit is running, this indicates that the
UV lamps need to be replaced. Contact customer service for authorized replacement lamps. To
the right of the switch you will see the filter life display screen. When the unit is powered on
the screen will illuminate and show the current filter life, starting with one hundred percent
and counting down to zero. When filter life hits zero the display will flash the message replace
filter, until the filter reset button has been pressed.

8
MAINTENANCE
In order to replace the AeroCure’s filters, lamps, and reset the filter display the front cover of
the device needs to be removed. This is performed by removing six Philips-head screws from
the front and top of the unit. The prefilter is mounted to the rear of the front cover and the
HEPA filter is mounted at the top of the unit. The filter reset button for the display screen is
located directly behind the screen on the inside of the unit, so you must remove the cover to
reset the filter. Once the cover is removed turn the unit on, there is a limit installed that will
only allow power to the filter life screen when the cover is removed ( If the motor or lamps
power on turn the unit off immediately and call customer support). Press and hold down the
small black button located at the far left (when looking at the screen from the inside), until the
screen flashes and resets back to filter life one hundred percent, it may take a few seconds for
the screen to reset.
CAUTION- Unplug the unit prior to removing the front cover. Failure to do so may result in
electrical shock, ultraviolet exposure, injury or death.
MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
HEPA and Prefilter Filter life display screen will indicate when filters need changed.
When filter life hits zero, both filters will need replaced.
Change sooner if significant filter soiling or reduced airflow.
UV Lamps Every 8000 hours or every 2 years.
Sooner if indicator lamp fails to illuminate
CAUTION: Use only genuine Aerobiotix® Aero Cure One ™ replacement filters and lamps to ensure
proper filter fitment and function of your unit. Failure to use specified products voids warranty.
