WARNING SERVICING TO BE CARRIED OUT ONLY BY AN AUTHORISED PERSON.
Disconnect from electricity and gas before servicing. Check appliance is safe when you have nished.
Check the‘Technical Data’section, that the hob is convertible to the gas you want to use.
A suitably competent person must perform the conversion. After conversion the installation must comply with the relevant
regulations and also the local electricity supply company requirements. Read the instructions before converting this
appliance.
 Failure to convert the appliance correctly could invalidate any warranty or liability claims and lead to
prosecution.
 When servicing or replacing gas carrying components disconnect from the gas supply before starting operation.
Check the appliance is gas sound after completion.
 DO NOT use reconditioned or unauthorised gas controls.
 Disconnect from the electricity and gas supply before servicing.
 Before electrical reconnection, check that the appliance is electrically safe.
Injectors
Remove the burner caps and ame spreaders. Remove the old jets. Fit the new jets (refer to the “Technical Data”page 4
section for the correct jets). Reassemble in the reverse order “Assembly of burners”page 3.
Stick on Label
Stick the NG conversion gas label over the natural gas part of the appliance data plate label.
NOTE: The data plate is situated in the centre vent slot near the base of the front plate.
Pressure Testing
Connect the appliance to the gas supply.
The pressure test point is situated on the rear right hand side of the hotplate.
Place the wok burner head, burner cap and ring into position on the hotplate. Light the burner by pushing in the appropriate
control knob and turning it anticlockwise to the FULL ON position (large ame symbol).
For Natural Gas appliances, Netherlands (2E(43.46 - 45.3MJ/M3(0°C)) should be 25 mbar.
Turn o the tap, disconnect the pressure gauge and ret test point blanking screw.
Check operation of all the burners.
Check for gas tightness.

Assembly of burners
IMPORTANT: The cast iron pan supports on the appliance
are much heavier than those on most gas hotplate cookers,
therefore care must be taken when removing or re-tting
them to the hob.
It is important that they are lifted from the appliance and not
dragged across nearby enamelled parts which would result in
damaging the enamel.

WAARSCHUWING – ONDERHOUD ALLEEN DOOR BEVOEGDE PERSONEN UIT TE VOEREN.
Vóór onderhoud van elektriciteit en gas afsluiten. Controleer of het apparaat veilig is wanneer u klaar bent.
Controleer het onderdeel“Technische Gegevens”of het fornuis omgebouwd kan worden naar het gas dat u wilt
gebruiken.
Een geschikt en bekwaam persoon moet de het ombouwen uitvoeren. Na het ombouwen moet de installatie aan de relevante
voorschriften voldoen evenals aan de eisen van het lokale elektriciteitsbedrijf. Lees eerst de instructies voordat u dit apparaat
ombouwt.
 Het niet correct ombouwen van het apparaat kan ervoor zorgen dat de garantie van het apparaat en
aanspraken op claims komen te vervallen en dit kan tot vervolging leiden.
 Sluit tijdens onderhoud of vervanging van gashoudende onderdelen de gastoevoer af voordat u met de
werkzaamheden begint. Controleer of het apparaat gasdicht is nadat u klaar vent.
 Gebruik GEEN herstelde of niet goedgekeurde gasknoppen.
 Vóór onderhoud van elektriciteit en gastoevoer afsluiten.
 Controleer of het apparaat elektrisch veilig is voordat u het weer opnieuw op de elektriciteit aansluit.
Injectors
Verwijder de branderkappen en vlamverspreiders. Verwijder de oude sproeiers. Plaats de nieuwe sproeiers (zie “Technische
Gegevens” pagina 7 voor de juiste sproeiers). In omgekeerde volgorde monteren. “Montage van branders” pagina

Plaketiket
Plak het NGgasetiket over het aardgasdeel van het informatieetiket van het apparaat.
OPMERKING : Het identicatieplaatje bevindt zich in de middelste ventilatieopening dicht bij de basis van de voorplaat.
Druk testen
Sluit het apparaat op de gastoevoer aan.
Het drukproefpunt bevindt zich aan de rechterachterkant van de kookplaat.
Doe de wokbranderkop, branderkap en ring op hun plaats op de kookplaat. Ontsteek de brander door de juiste
bedieningsknop in te drukken en hem linksom te draaien naar de positie FULL ON (grote vlamsymbool).
Voor apparaten met aardgas moet de druk 2E(43.46 - 45.3MJ/M3(0°C) 25mbar bedragen.
Doe de kraan dicht, sluit de drukmeter af en doe de afdichtingsschroef voor het testpunt weer op zijn plaats.
Controleer de werking van al de branders.
Controleer op gasdichtheid.

Montage van branders
BELANGRIJK: De gietijzeren pansteunen op het fornuis zijn
veel zwarder dan op meeste gasfornuizen. Wees daarom
voorzichtig met het verwijderen of opnieuw plaatsen ervan.
Het is van belang dat ze opgelicht worden en niet over het
aangrenzende email gesleept worden omdat daardoor het
email beschadigt.
