before use and keep this instruction for future reference. If you have any problem

2. Tips for wearing AGPTEK Fitness Tracker
Generally, the Tracker should be worn at a distance from the ulnaradius joint to
the 1~2 finger position above the wrist. And the heart rate sensor cling on your
skin while it cannot be shaken. It is not recommended to wear too tight, which
may affect the blood flowing and the accuracy of heart rate measurement.
3. Suggestions on environment when using the tracker
Use directly for daily hand washing, shower (cold water) and other daily
environments, this tracker is sweat-proof, rain-resistant, splash-proof.
Warning: Do not use in the bath, sauna room, hot spring or the environments
with hot water and steam, which will lead to product failure. This tracker can not
be used while swimming and diving because of water pressure.
Before Use

For better experience, we recommend using the AGPTEK app for iOS and
Android smartphones to unlock more functions and set up your fitness tracker
on your phone. The AGPTEK app uses Bluetooth technology to connect and
sync data to your fitness tracker. Compatible smartphone system: iOS 8.2+,
Android 4.4+, Bluetooth 4.0+. Not compatible with PC, iPad or tablet.
You can download and install the app “AGPTEK” by scanning the QR code
below or search “AGPTEK” in “APP store” on iPhones or in “Google play”
on Android phones. When successfully connected to your phone, it will
automatically sync data and analyze your activities.

Connect it to the magnetic power connector of the
included charging cable as the picture shown:
NOTE:
1. Charge under the following circumstances:
Use at the first time;
When the battery is low and power off automatically.
2. Please use USB 2.0 port on the running computer or
5V/ 500mA USB charger for safe charging.
3. Full charging requires 1.5 hours.
Tips: This tracker does not support quick charge or
charge by wall charger.

Getting to Know the Tracker

The default or “home” interface is a clock, which is available in
several styles.
On the clock interface you can:
Hold down to change clock interface style.
Tap to cycle through different menus and functions:
1. 3 Clock interfaces(UI) for you to choose from. You can long press the touch
button on the top of the Tracker for 5 seconds to cycle from blue ocean, purple
starry sky to multipurpose black.
2. Select the step-counting interface to view the number of walking steps per day.
3. Choose the calorie interface to see the calories you consume every day as
quickly as possible.
4. Select the distance interface to view your daily walking distance as quickly as
possible.

5. Select the heart rate interface will automatically start detecting the heart rate.
After 30 seconds of detection, you can check your heart rate at the heart rate
interface.
6. Select the blood pressure interface, it will automatically start detecting blood
pressure. After 30 seconds of detection time, you can check your systolic and
diastolic blood pressure at the blood pressure interface.
7. Select to the information interface to view the current information. (save up to
3 messages, new messages will automatically replace the old messages)
Tips: By clicking on the AGPTEK app -- My -- Tracker Management -- More
reminders, select the App you want the tracker to remind, then open it.
8. Select to the running interface, you can press and hold the touch button for 3
seconds to enter the running mode while you can exit the running mode by long
pressing the touch button for 3 seconds.
9. Select to the stopwatch interface, press and hold for 3 seconds to enter the
stopwatch timing function.
10. Select to the POWER interface, press and hold the touch button for 3 seconds
to choose power on/ off, short press to select On/ Off. If select ON, long press for
3 seconds to shut down.

Tracker app introduction:

After downloading the AGPTEK App tracker, you should click on the (My)
interface to connect the tracker, and the phone will search for the device. The
search time varies with the types of phone, but usually the search time is within
10 seconds. (Make sure the tracker has enough power and it is no more than 10
meter away from the phone.)

1. (Today) interface:
The circle represents the number of walking
steps.
The middle of circle represents the heart rate test
status.
The bottom part represents blood pressure test
data.
Sport: Daily walking data report.
Sleep: Daily sleep data report.
HR(Heart Rate): Every heart rate test report.
Tips:
a. Click on the blood pressure icon, you can see
the previously tested blood pressure data;
b. Click the Sport/ Sleep/ HR interface, you can
view the previous corresponding data report.
c. Sleep detection: The tracker starts data
detection between 22:00-8:00 (on default). When
the tracker is not connected to the mobile phone, the tracker data will only be
saved for 24 hours.
2. (Sports) interface:
Click on the sports interface to enter the GPS, you can check the running path
and location.
3. (Friends) interface:
Search by nickname/ mailbox, you can find friends who also use the APGTEK
tracker.
4. (My) interface:
(1) Personal settings:
Nickname/ Height/ Weight/ Birthday/ Gender/ Wearing style/ Measurement
standard/ Map type/ Security settings (set password)
(2) Target steps:

The target step-counting can be set and selected.
(3) Sleep goals:
Sleep target is available to set and selected.
(4) Tracker management:
Continuous heart rate detection/ Rising wrist to turn on screen/ Call reminder/
SMS reminder/ Not disturbing mode/ More reminder/ Clock settings/ Clock
format/ Unit settings/ Restore factory settings/ Firmware update
a. Continuous heart rate detection : Select on, the tracker will automatically test
the heart rate every 5 minutes.
b. Rising wrist to turn on screen: Select on, the tracker will light on if rising
wrist.
c. Not disturbing mode: no notification or reminder from 22:00 to 8:00, the
tracker will not light on when raising the wrist.
d. More reminders:
1. Applications that support information alerts:
QQ/ Wechat/ Linkedin/ Skype/ Facebook/ Twitter/ Whatsapp/ Viber/ Line
2. Device reminder:
Take medicine reminder/ meeting reminder/ sedentary reminder/ drink reminder
e. Clock settings: 5 sets of alarm can be set, and the set alarm can be deleted by
sliding to the left.
(5) Shaking to take photo:
Select on, you can shake the tracker to take a photo after 3 seconds.
(6) Searching for the tracker:
It is applicable for the connection between mobile phone and tracker, whose
effective connecting range is 10 meters in the open space. Under this condition,
you can click Find the tracker. if any other tracker is found, your tracker will
vibrate. To exit, you can long press the touch button on the tracker for 3 seconds.
