Product safety rules
1.1. Pesticide using specification
A.
Keep away from rivers and nearby water sources when dispensing to avoid pollution.
B.
Pesticides are toxic. Please use them with caution and follow the pesticide use
specifications.
C.
After applying the pesticide, please pay attention to cleaning the skin and cleaning the
drone and pesticide box.
D.
When working, please pay attention to wearing protective equipment to prevent the human
body from directly contacting pesticides;
E.
Try to avoid the use of granules and wet powders, otherwise the service life of the spray
system may be affected.
F.
Please use clean water when dispensing pesticide, otherwise the nozzle will be clogged. If
there is clogging during medication, please clean it up before using.
G.
When taking the pesticide, the liquid concentration, spray rate, altitude of the drone from
the crop, wind direction, and wind speed should be considered in order to achieve the best
results.
1.2. Environmental requirements
A.
Do not fly indoors
B.
Fly at altitudes below 2000 meters.
C.
No one is allowed within the radius of the take-off area from 10m to 20m
D.
There is no electromagnetic interference such as high-voltage lines, communication base
stations or transmission towers in and around the working area.
E.
Always fly within line of sight and stay away from any obstacles, crowds, livestock, water,
etc.
F.
In the North and South Polar Circles, GPS and magnetic compasses will be disabled. At this
time, you can fly in attitude mode
G.
Fly in an environment of 8 ° C to 40 ° C in good weather (not heavy rain, wind,
or extreme weather)
H.
Do not fly in bad weather, such as strong wind (wind speed 5 m / s and above), rain (12
hours rainfall 25 mm and above), snow, foggy weather, etc.
I.
Choose an open space with no tall buildings around it as the flight site.Buildings that use a
lot of steel bars will affect the work of the magnetic compass, and will block GPS and RTK
signals, resulting in poor positioning of the drone and even failure to locate it.
1.3. Pre-Operation inspection
1.
Please calibrate magnetic compass before flying
2.
Short press the battery switch, check the remaining battery power
3.
Ensure that the spray system is non-clogged and functioning
4.
Make sure the landing gear and work box are installed tightly and all screws are tightened.
5.
Make sure the drone motor is clean and undamaged, and there is no stagnation during
manual rotation.

6.
Make sure all parts are intact,If parts are worn or damaged, replace them before flying.
7.
Make sure that the propeller is undamaged and securely installed, the blade arm is fully
extended, and the arm folds are fastened.
1.4. Safe flight
1.
Do not pick up or call during the flight.
2.
Please return as soon as possible when low battery warning
3.
Do not approach propellers and motors that are turning during work
4.
Please select the appropriate route based on the amount of pesticide and battery power
5.
Never operate the drone while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
6.
After landing, cut off the drone power firstly and then turn off the remote control to prevent
accidents.
7.
Don't add extra load to ensure flight under takeoff weight below 40kg, so as to avoid danger
8.
The use of A22 plant protection drones has certain security risks and is not suitable for by
persons under 18 years old
9.
During the flight of the drone, pay attention to the drone status data (such as battery power,
satellite count, etc.) feed back by the ground station.
1.5. Maintenance
1.
A22 storage environment: clean and tidy, ventilated and moisture-proof, avoid
high temperature.
2.
Please check and replace any deformed or damaged propellers before each flight.
3.
When not working or during transportation, be sure to remove or empty the tank
to avoid damaging the landing gear.
4.
Clean the pipeline of the working drone in time after the operation, regularly
check the working drone, and upgrade the drone firmware version in time.
1.6. Flight restrictions and local regulations
Flight restrictions
According to the ICAO and national air traffic control regulations on airspace control and the
regulation of drones, drones must fly in the prescribed airspace. For flight safety reasons, flight
restrictions are enabled by default, including altitude and distance restrictions and no-fly zones,
to help users use this product more safely and legally. In positioning mode (with GPS or RTK),
altitude and distance restrictions affect flight. In attitude mode, it is only limited by altitude, and
the maximum altitude of actual flight will not exceed 20m.
Height and distance restrictions
The maximum altitude is used to limit the flying height of the drone, and the maximum radius is
used to limit the flying distance of the drone. The user can configure the maximum height and
maximum radius values in the assistant software. After the configuration is completed, the range
that the drone can fly normally will be limited to the cylindrical airspace as shown below

Warning: After the drone rushes out of the restricted boundary due to inertia, the remote control
still has the right to control, but it cannot control the drone to fly further. If the drone is outside
the maximum radius and switched from attitude mode to positioning mode (with GPS), the drone
will automatically return to within the maximum radius.
Flying in restricted air areas is strictly prohibited.
Control the flight height below 20 meters, and strictly follow local laws and regulations when
flying.
1.7. Safety signs
"Rotating motor danger" sign, affixed to the arm.Users should stay away from high-speed rotating
propellers.

The “Notice Pesticides are Toxic” logo is affixed to the tank.Users should wear gloves, masks
and other protective equipment during use.

2.
Product Introduction
Introduction
A.
A22 plant protection drone is a 20L plant protection drone developed by AGR Intelligent
combined with operating experience.
B.
A22 adopts switchable universal nozzle interface design, compatible with T-type pressure
nozzles , equipped with intelligent spraying system, which can switch front or back spraying
nozzles, reducing the influence of turbulent flow of the rotor, and improving the targeting of
spraying of liquid Pesticides. Reducing the probability of the body attaching the pesticides,
with the cooperation of the rotor down pressure wind field, the pesticides can penetrate the
roots of the crop, and the control is more effective.
C.
The spray monitoring system can monitor the spraying work information (such as flow rate,
sprayed amount, etc.) in real time, so that the spraying operation is under control.
D.
The spraying flow can be preset during flight. The linkage design of flying speed and spraying
speed makes the spraying more uniform and efficient.
E.
When flying on the intelligent route and the AB point route, the system will stop spraying
after taking over the drone manually, effectively avoiding the adverse effects caused by
repeated spraying.
F.
The convenient plug-in structure design makes it easier to replace the battery or tank during
the transportation and operation of the whole drone, while improving the operation
efficiency and bringing an excellent user experience.
G.
The failure protection mechanism effectively guarantees the safety of flight operations.
