Introduction
This documentation is designed to give the user information about operation,
safety and maintenance of the machine
It is important that the operators that are responsible for operation and main-
tenance of the machine have access to this documentation.

Installation / Start up
1. Remove the packaging material.
2. Take out the stainless steel disk
3. Lift o the electrical lift from pallet
4. When moving the electrical lift with a forklift, the elevator box must be
lifted about 100 mm so the forklift legs can be fully moved under electri-
cal lift
5. The electrical lift Large / Small should be placed against a fixed, straight
wall or similar to avoid displacement when installing or removing pallets
or containers on wheels.
6. Attach the rubber band on the right and the left side.
7. Install the pallet or roller leg extensions at the right and left sides of the
elevator box.
8. Install the waste box from behind under the stainless steel disk.
9. Grounded power plug is located on the upper left side. Cable length app-
roximately 1,20 m.
10. Grounded power outlet 220/230V with ground fault switch and 10A fuse.
Placement is recommended approximately 2100 mm above floor level.
11. Turn the operating switch to position 1 to run the elevator box fully down.
12. Install a pallet or roll in a container on wheels manually (not using a fork
lift)
13. Turn the operating switch to position 2 to run the elevator box to the
upper position.
14. Put the stainless steel disk in front of the dispenser and fix it by using the
rubber band.
15. Open the hatch or cut open the octabin bottom about 140 mm high.

Safety
The dispenser is designed and manufactured according to valid safety regu-
lations, i.e the CE declaration
• The lift must be located and installed as described on page 5.
• To avoid injuries the operator must always supervise the dispenser when
rising and lowering the elevator box and make sure no unauthorized per-
sonnel is close to the machine.
• The operator must wear safety shoes when operating the machine.
• When using a container with wheels, the container must always be rolled
in by its own wheels, never use a fork lift.
• Before operation, make sure that the container is installed fully, into the
elevator box.
• To avoid injuries when the performing maintenance and repair, remove
the power plug from the power outlet. The machine should always be
without power.
• Beware of the risk of crushing when working inside the machine.
• To have a safe and easy handled potato department, the floor under and
around the dispenser must be kept clean and clear at all times.
• Use a soft cloth to remove dust. Do not use water or pressure washer.
• The dispenser is intended for indoor use only in a dry environment.
• When using a fork lift, locate it in the middle of the dispenser to avoid
damage to the electrical motor.
• At an emergency, push in the emergency stop.

Operation
1. Operating switch for up and down movement
Turn left (1) for moving down and turn right (2) for moving up.
2. Reset button
Reset at overloaded engine
3. Emergency stop
Push in for stop and turn clockwise for reset.
The elevator box stops at pre-set locations.

Maintenance
Actions at MALFUNCTION
1. Make sure the power cord is plugged in
2. Check that the emergency stop is not activated (pressed). Turn to release
3. Press the reset button (about 20-30 seconds), then release and attempt
to start the machine again.
4. Other malfunction: If the elevator box has passed the upper or lower limit
and stucked, see pictures to check the breakers. Restart the machine.
Cabinets for lifts
In case of build-ins that Intrx has not designed or performed, no warranties
apply. Use only intended octabins and roll containers for better safety.

• Dimensions Roll container Large = 800 x 600 x 1032
• Dimensions Roll container Small = 400 x 600 x 1063
Mechanically locked
The machine is mechanically locked when the machine is unplugged and
without power.

Emergency Stop:
check that it is not pressed.
Reset button:
pressed about 20 seconds at stop.
2 switches > located at the top
and bottom of the left side.
Must be in neutral.
When troubleshooting: if it
turns out that the switch is in
fault mode > push to switch
ports in neutral again.
