Safety Information for rst use
Insert the centre column into the jack stand making sure the toothed
side engages with the locking mechanism.
Locate the locking tab on the main stand and using a screwdriver and
hammer bend in the safety locking tab. (g 1)
General Safety Information
Ensure axle stands are in good condition and no damage has
occured.
Do not overload axle stands beyond rated capacity.
Position load on the centre of the saddle only.
Always use axle stands in pairs.
Always use axle stands on level ground.
Always use axle stands on a hard surface. Not Tarmac.
Lower the vehicle on the stands slowly to ensure stability of load.
Use axle stands to lift front or rear. Do not use 4 axle stands on a
vehicle at the same time.
We cannot list every possible scenario of possible danger when using
this product. We rely on the operator using basic common sense
when using these and similar products.
WARNING! Failure to heed these warnings may result in loss of load, damage to axle stands, and /or
axle stand failure resulting in personal injury or property damage.

Operating Instructions
Refer to your vehicle owner’s manual for correct jacking and lifting
procedures. Lift only using the correct jacking points as laid out by
the vehicle manufacturer.
Position stands under the vehicle at the specied jacking points.
To adjust the stands: Hold control lever up while lifting the saddle
shaft to the desired height. Push the control lever down to lock the
pawl (g 2) into the teeth located on the centre column and insert
safety pin into correct location.
MAKE SURE PAWL IS FULLY ENGAGED INTO THE TEETH
Carefully lower the vehicle onto the axle stands.
DANGER!
Follow these instructions carefully when lowering the vehicle. If you
load the vehicle with the stands o centre it could result in damage,
injury or even loss of life.
Maintenance & Inspection
Visual inspection should be made before each use of the axle stands.
Checking for cracks, broken welds, and missing or damaged parts.
Any stand that appears to be damaged in any way should be
removed from service IMMEDIATELY.
Because of the potential hazards associated with the misuse of this
type of equipment - NO modications should be made to these
products.
