Die RM-400 ist für die Bearbeitung von
horizontalen Oberflächen vorgesehen.
Jeder darüber hinausgehende Gebrauch
gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäss. Für
hieraus resultierende Schäden haftet der
Hersteller nicht. Das Risiko trägt allein
der Benutzer.
La RM-400 est prévue pour l'usinage
de surfaces horizontales. Toute autre
utilisation est considérée comme inap-
propriée. La responsabilité du fabricant
n'est pas engagée pour les dommages
résultant d'une telle utilisation non-
indiquée. Le risque est supporté par
l'utilisateur seul.
The RM-400 is designed for working
horizontal surfaces. All other applica-
tions are deemed to be incorrect use.
The manufacturers shall not be liable
for any damage resulting from incor-
rect use. The user is solely responsi-
ble for any risk.

Soll die RM-400 an einem Generator
betrieben werden, muss dieser nach den
z. Zt. gültigen Richtlinien betrieben wer-
den (dies gilt insbesondere für den
Schutzleiter) um sicherzustellen, dass alle
Sicherheitseinrichtungen funktionieren
und um Beschädigungen an Elektrokom-
ponenten auszuschliessen.

Beim Einsatz der RM-400 ist die
Überschreitung des zulässigen Be-
urteilungs-Schallpegels von 85
dB(A) möglich.
Es können bis zu 105 dB(A) auftre-
ten! Deshalb ist das Tragen von
persönlichen Gehörschutzmit-
teln zwingend vorgeschrieben!
Lors de l'utilisation de la RM-400,
le dépassement du niveau sonore
d'évaluation autorisé 85 dB(A) est
possible. Niveau sonore jusqu’à
105 dB(A) est possible!

aufzubewahren. z.B. Im Fahrzeug
lagern.

Ergänzend zur Betriebsanleitung sind
allgemein gültige gesetzliche, gege-
benenfalls örtliche, und sonstige ver-
bindliche Regelungen zur Unfallverhü-
tung zu beachten und anzuweisen!

Arbeitsbeginn die Betriebsanleitung
und hier besonders das Kapitel Si-
cherheitshinweise gelesen haben.
Während des Arbeitseinsatzes ist es zu

Die AIRTEC-Fräsen der Reihe RM-
400 werden mit Elektromotor 400 V
15KW geliefert.
Die Fräsen RM-400 mit einer Arbeits-
breite von 400 mm sind robuste und
kräftige Maschinen, die auf beliebi-
gem Grund eingesetzt werden kön-
nen.
Die stufenlose, fein regulierbare Ein-
stellung der Arbeitstiefe garantiert die
Schonung des Untergrundes. Mit den
entsprechenden Werkzeugen verse-
hen, können die Fräsen RM-400
vielseitig eingesetzt werden, bei-
spielsweise zum:

Auf dem Schaltkasten befindet sich
der EIN-Schalter.
Vor dem Einschalten der Maschine
muss die Frästrommel mit der Abhe-
bevorrichtung angehoben werden,
um ein An- bzw. Auslaufen des Mo-
tors unter Vollast zu vermeiden.

Durch drehen des Verstellrades bzw.
Handrades (Fig. 030 Pos. 122) ist die
Frästiefe so einzustellen, dass die
einzelnen Fräsrädchen richtig anpa-
cken (kratzen) und die gewünschte
Oberflächengüte / Struktur erzielt
wird. Die stufenlose Tiefeneinstellung
ermöglicht, dass die Fräswerkzeuge
nur so tief wie notwendig auf die zu
behandelnde Oberfläche aufschlagen.

quality/structure is obtained. The
stepless depth setting enables the
milling tool to be set as deep as
required on the surface to be
treated and no deeper.

Das Herzstück der Fräsmaschine ist
die Frästrommel. Der Aufbau der
Frästrommel ist sehr einfach, die
einzelnen Fräswerkzeuge werden mit
sogenannten Zwischenscheiben
gemäss beiliegendem Montageplan
auf die Querachsen geschoben. Die
Zwischenscheiben sorgen für den
notwendigen Abstand zwischen den
Fräswerkzeugen.

the miller. The milling drum has a
very simple structure, the individ-
ual milling tools are slid onto the
lateral axles with so-called spac-
ers as shown in the enclosed
assembly plan. The spacers en-
sure that there is sufficient clear-
ance between the milling tools.
