Die ES-200 ist für die Bearbeitung von
horizontalen Oberflächen vorgesehen.
Jeder darüber hinausgehende Gebrauch
gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäss. Für
hieraus resultierende Schäden haftet der
Hersteller nicht. Das Risiko trägt allein
der Benutzer.
La ES-200 est prévue pour l'usinage de
surfaces horizontales. Toute autre utilisa-
tion est considérée comme inappropriée.
La responsabilité du fabricant n'est pas
engagée pour les dommages résultant
d'une telle utilisation non-indiquée. Le
risque est supporté par l'utilisateur seul.
The ES-200 is designed for working
horizontal surfaces. All other appli-
cations are deemed to be incorrect
use. The manufacturers shall not
be liable for any damage resulting
from incorrect use. The user is
solely responsible for any risk.
1.4 Elektrostrom Versorgungsanlagen

Soll die ES-200 an einem Generator
betrieben werden, muss dieser nach den
z. Zt. gültigen Richtlinien betrieben wer-
den (dies gilt insbesondere für den
Schutzleiter) um sicherzustellen, dass
alle Sicherheitseinrichtungen funktionie-
ren und um Beschädigungen an Elektro-
komponenten auszuschliessen.

Beim Einsatz der ES-200 ist die
Überschreitung des zulässigen Be-
urteilungs-Schallpegels von 89
dB(A) möglich.
Es können bis zu 100 dB(A) auftre-
ten! Deshalb ist das Tragen von
persönlichen Gehörschutzmit-
teln zwingend vorgeschrieben!
Lors de l'utilisation de la ES-200, le

Ergänzend zur Betriebsanleitung

anzuweisen!

Die AIRTEC-Fräsen der Reihe ES-
200 werden je nach Wunsch mit
Elektromotor 400 V/230 V oder
Verbrennungsmotor geliefert.
Die Fräsen ES-200 mit einer Ar-
beitsbreite von 200 mm sind robuste
und kräftige Maschinen, die auf
beliebigem Grund eingesetzt wer-
den können.
Die stufenlose, fein regulierbare
Einstellung der Arbeitstiefe garan-
tiert die Schonung des Untergrun-
des. Mit den entsprechenden Werk-
zeugen versehen, können die Frä-
sen ES-200 vielseitig eingesetzt
werden, beispielsweise zum:
Aufrauhen von Beton
Reinigen beliebige Oberflächen

Auf dem Schaltkasten befindet sich der

Vor dem Einschalten der Maschine
muss die Frästrommel mit der Schnellab-
hebevorrichtung angehoben werden, um
ein An- bzw. Auslaufen des Motors
unter Vollast zu vermeiden.

Frästiefe so einzustellen, dass die einzel-
nen Fräsrädchen richtig anpacken (krat-
zen) und die gewünschte Oberflächengü-
te / Struktur erzielt wird. Die stufenlose
Tiefeneinstellung ermöglicht, dass die
Fräswerkzeuge nur so tief wie notwendig
auf die zu behandelnde Oberfläche auf-
schlagen.

face quality/structure is obtained.

durch einen ruhigen und gleichmässigen
Lauf aus.

Das Herzstück der Fräsmaschine ist die
Frästrommel. Der Aufbau der Frästrom-
mel ist sehr einfach, die einzelnen Fräs-
werkzeuge werden mit sogenannten
Zwischenscheiben gemäss beiliegendem
Montageplan auf die Querachsen ge-
schoben. Die Zwischenscheiben sorgen
für den notwendigen Abstand zwischen
den Fräswerkzeugen.

ing tools are slid onto the lateral

plan. The spacers ensure that there
is sufficient clearance between the
milling tools.
