SET-TOP BOX CAN BE CONNECTE IN TWO WAYS:
1. TB can be connected via Wired Ethernet connection
2. TB can be connected using a Wi-Fi connection

CONNECTING YOUR SET-TOP BOX USING WIRE CONNECTION
1. Connect one end of the RJ 45 cable at the back of your set-top box and the other end at
the back of your router, which is connected to your I P.
2. Connect one end of the HDMI cable at the back of your set-top box which is labeled as 'HDMI',
and connect the other end to your television's HDMI port.
3. Turn on the television and the set-top box.
4. Using the remote control, click on 'Settings' button(the blue button,as shown on the diagram
below)
Go to Settings / T Outputs / Type of connection – HDMI / HD resolution – 1080i,720p or 576i
(480i for NT C) depending on type of TV .
5. Confirm it by pressing the 'OK' button. et-top box will restart.

CONNECTING OF SET-TOP BOX TO YOUR WI-FI NETWORK
1. Place your et-Top Box within the reach of wireless network
2. Connect et-Top Box to wireless network
3. Use the following steps to set the connecti on in the Menu:
Settings > Wifi > Scan AP > Select AP > Insert password > Reboot Set-Top Box

CONNECTING YOUR TELEVISION USING AV CABLE
1. Connect AV cables to your television and the other end to your cable adapter.
2. Then connect the other end of the cable adapter at the back of the set-top box, as shown in the diagram
above.

CONNECTING OF SET-TOP BOX TO THE MAIN SUPPLY
1. After connecting of a et-top box to a Television or PC screen by one of the mentioned
options, plug the set-top box into the mains supply.
2. In order to put et-top box into standby mode use standby button on remote control. Do
not unplug the et-top box from the mains supply.
CONTROLLING OF SET-TOP BOX USING IR2
Controling a TB by a IR2 sensor, if TB is hidden ( e.g. in furniture).

PARTS OF THE SET-TOP BOX
efinition of the Set-top box parts:
IR sensor detects infrared and will function when when set-top was is using IR2.
LE Standby controller displays a light when the set-top box is powered on.
IR2 where the IR2 cable will be plugged in.
SP IF - A serial interface for transferring digital audio from CD and DVD players to your
television.
USB port for USB devices
H MI port where the HDMI cable should be plugged in.
AV this is where the AV cable will be plugged in.
LAN this is the port which the RJ 45 cable will be plugged in.
C 12V this is where the adaptor was plugged in.
