Table of Contents:
MAINTENANCE
Every 12 months, we recommend purging the membrane sticks. To do this, force all
air to one ProAir™ 4 diuser for 10 seconds by closing all valves on the compressor
manifold except one. Repeat for all ProAir™ 4 diusers. For aeration systems
containing only one diuser, pull the pressure relief valve on the compressor and
let go. Repeat this process 6 to 8 times.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If you have loss of airow to one or more diusers:
• Check to ensure airow valves on compressor manifolds
are adjusted correctly.
If large boiling bubbles are present on the water’s surface:
• Check membrane sticks for tears.
• Check for loose connections on diuser manifold.

2 3
The ProAir™ 4 is the most advanced diuser on the market today and is specically
designed to maximize circulation and oxygen transfer in ponds and lakes. The
ProAir™ 4’s weighted sled design keeps the diuser submerged and prevents it
from sinking into the muck. The exclusive PTFE non-stick membrane sticks provide
the synergy of air stones while being virtually maintenance-free. Each diuser also
includes a check valve to prevent back pressure to the compressor.
