Explanation
When a moving object approaches, the radar
protection is initially triggered, and the barrel
stops rotating. Once the object is confirmed
to withdraw, the barrel will resume rotation.
When an object heavier than 500g enters the
barrel or presses the barrel, the gravity
protection will be triggered, and the barrel will
stop rotating. Once it is determined that the
gravity is weakening, the barrel will resume
rotation.
When the barrel is rotating and the engine
resistance suddenly increases, it will stop
rotating, and the protection can be released
only after human intervention.
The structural design is innovative. When all
sensors are irregular and fail to function
properly, it can still ensure that there is no risk
of the cat getting stuck.

When the cat uses the toilet or the device is
subjected to gravity in a stationary state
When the barrel is rotating, the cat uses the toilet
or the device is subjected to gravity. It will return to
normal 5s after the gravity disappears

2.3 Assembly of the device
（1）Place the barrel on the base.
Note: The rotating shaft of the barrel should be inserted into the slot of the
base support.
（2）Insert the rear cover into the slot of the base.
2.5 Operation of network distribution
（1）After registration and login, the device will automatically enter the WiFi
configuration page and the operation shall be conducted by following the
prompts.
（2）Press and hold the cleanup key 【 】on the device for 3s the device enters
the state of network distribution, and the blue light flashes continuously.
（3）Scan the QR code on the right side of the base again. If the QR code is
damaged or unrecognized, click the “Help” tab in the upper right corner to pop
up the serial number of the device currently in the state of network distribution,
and then click the serial number to proceed to the next step.
（4）Enter the password of the Wi-Fi account; The device only supports 2.4 GHz
Wi-Fi.
（5）After the network distribution is completed, the device can be used normally.
Note: If the network distribution fails, please operate it again patiently, check
whether the WiFi password is entered correctly, and ensure that the device is
in the network distribution modus (the blue light of the device flashes
continuously).
2.4 Turn on/off
（1）Turn on
Connect it to the power supply, and then it can be used until the device
automatically resets.

2.2 Download and install App
Scan the QR code on the right side of the base or go to the AppStore and
Android App market to download the “AIR Pet App”.

2.6 Replacement of garbage bags
(1) Open the cover of the toilet bin and initially remove the frame of the
garbage bag.
(2) Remove Retrieve the toilet bin after retrieving the plastic bag.
(3) Replace the garbage bag and press the frame of the garbage bag.
(4) Put the toilet bin back in place and cover it.
2.8 Cleanup of the product
(1) Please refer to the [Replacement of Cat Litter] procedure, empty the cat litter
and disconnect the power supply.
(2) Remove the rear cover and the barrel.
(3) Wash the barrel and rear cover with water. The toilet bin can be removed. The
parts that can be washed directly must be thoroughly wiped and dried after
washing.
Note: After washing, place the drum at an angle so that the residual water can
drain off and the water in the drum does not seep into the floor.
(4) The base appearance parts of the base can be wiped with wet wipes
(because it includes electronic parts, which cannot be washed directly).
(5) After cleaning and drying, reinstall the device and connect it to the power
supply according to the [Assembly of the Equipment], [Replacement of Garbage
Bag] and [Replacement of Cat Litter] instructions.
2.7 Replacement of cat litter
(1) Before the litter is changed, please empty all the litter in the toilet bin to
prevent the door from being blocked by the litter and replace it with a new
garbage bag.
(2) Short press the litter change key once to trigger the function of one-key
litter change, and click it again to pause the litter change.
(3) Wait until the barrel completes its rotation, empty the cat litter into the
toilet bin and replace it with a new garbage bag.
(4) Add new cat litter from the cat's entrance to the roller.
If the function one-key litter change is activated by mistake, it can be reset
automatically by disconnecting and reconnecting the power supply.

Part III APP Operation
Download the “AIR Pet” app. After entering the app interface, it can be controlled
remotely by the mobile terminal in the office or during a business trip.

3.1 Synchronization of real-time status
The current operation status of the monitoring device, including the current
rotation position of the barrel, can be controlled in real time through visual
reminders so as to protect the cat in an all-round manner, whether the cat is close
to the device, whether all sensors work normally, or whether there are foreign
objects in the bin.
3.2 Remote viewing in real time
The camera can remotely view the use of the toilet by the cat in real time and
detect the health condition of the cat via video playback view.
3.3 Health management of several cats
The accurate identification and recording of each cat's toileting information, the
synchronous pushing of video information to the app, and the statistics of
weight, times and duration data of the current day, the last 7 days, as well as the
year.

Operational Sequence
Disconnect it from the power supply, remove the
barrel and wipe the large lens and the camera on
the base with a wet facial tissue, and subsequently
connect it to the power supply to confirm whether
it is abnormal;
Disconnect it from the power supply and remove
the barrel to check whether there are foreign
objects such as cat litter or hair that are stuck at
the gear of the base and check whether the barrel
is placed properly, and then connect it to the
power supply to confirm whether the engine is
abnormal;
Disconnect it from the power supply to check
whether the ground is flat and whether the four
foot pads of the base are in the same horizontal
plane, and subsequently connect it to the power
supply to confirm whether the weighing is
abnormal;
Disconnect it from the power supply, remove the
barrel, wipe the large lens and the camera on the
base, then connect it to the power and place it in
the indoor natural environment to confirm
whether the identification of foreign matters is
inaccurate
Check whether the garbage bag, cat litter and litter
block the opening of the deodorization cover, if
so, remove the foreign matters.
Factory settings can be restored via the app
Press and hold the cleaning and smoothing keys 5s
on the device simultaneously

Part IV Handling of Abnormalities Part V Precautions
Make sure your cat is 4 months old or weighs more than 1.5 kg to ensure
that the product is used with maximum safety.
5.1 Startup inspection
• Please ensure that the product is placed on a flat, hard ground and there is no
foreign object at its base.
• Please ensure that the product is not placed on an edge or at a high location to
prevent damage to the product from falling.
• Make sure that the product is not resting on any surrounding objects and that
the top is free of foreign objects to avoid interference with the weighing and
damage to the product.
• Please ensure that the product is close to a WiFi signal source and at a distance
from other household appliances with strong interference.
• Please check whether the litter bag is properly covered and the litter bag does
not cover the opening and closing of the deodorization cover.
• Please ensure that the litter bin is replaced and the cover of the litter bin is
tightly closed.
5.2 Instructions for use
• When the product is moved, please place your hand under the base and lift the
device. It is forbidden to drag it on the ground.
• Do not apply pressure on the product to avoid damaging and the causing
abnormal weighing.
• Do not open the door when the barrel is rotating to avoid damaging the device.
• Do not continue pushing when the door is opened to the maximum angle to
avoid damaging the device.
• Do not let cat litter exceed the max line in the barrel when cat litter is added.
5.3 Please use a special charger for the device and avoid using other chargers,
which may damage the device.
5.4 When the product is used, keep it away from fire sources, and maintain
the product dry and clean to avoid damaging the electronic components of
the device by moisture.
5.5 Please preserve the original packaging properly to facilitate transportation
and storage.

Part VI Warranty Terms
6.1 Entitlements to services
This product is provided with an after-sales warranty service according to the national
Three Guarantees law. During the warranty period, if the product has performance faults
not caused by human error, free maintenance will be provided after it is be tested and
confirmed by the UBTECH after-sales service personnel. This product is subject to the
after-sales warranty service according to the national three-package law. If the product
presents any non-human performance failure during the warranty period, free repair will
be provided by the UBTECH after-sales service personnel following inspection and
confirmation.
6.2 Warranty period
The warranty period of the product: One year
6.3 The warranty scope beyond the warranty period
The following cases are beyond and are not covered by the scope of warranty; however,
UBITECH provides paid repair services. After the product is repaired by the paid service,
UBTECH provides a 90-day warranty for the replaced parts.
(1) When the products have exceeded their warranty period;
(2) No warranty card or invoice is available, or the warranty card is inconsistent with the
invoice information;
(3) The contents on the Three Guarantees voucher are inconsistent with the physical
identification of the product or have been altered;
(4) Damage caused by private disassembly, private repair, repair or modification by
after-sales service centers which are not authorized by Shenzhen Ubtech Robotics
Corporation;
(5) Failure or damage that is caused by the forced use of the product beyond the normal
conditions of usage and non-compliant with the requirements of the Product´s
Operation Manual;
(6) The damage is caused by immersion, dampness, mildew, falling or due to improper
usage, such as breakage, deformation, wire fracture, crushing, etc.;
(7) Natural aging, wear and consumption of plastic parts and other consumable materials;
(8) Damage caused by force majeure.
6.4 Friendly reminder
During the warranty period, consumers are provided with services in accordance with
these provisions. The purchase invoice or voucher and warranty card shall be provided for
maintenance. In case the purchase invoice or voucher and warranty card cannot be
provided, the activation date of the product can be deemed as the purchase date, or the
date after 90 days of the date of manufacture displayed by the SN number on the device
can be considered as the initial date of the warranty period.
