Operating and Assembly
Instructions.
You should read these operating and
assembly instructions and keep it
available for further use.
WARNING: Important safety
notes:
•The fan can only be assembled by a qualied
specialist electrician, in compliance with the
applicable mounting regulations.
•Electrical installation must have a switch with at
least 3 mm distance between contacts.
•Before assembly or maintenance equipment
power supply should be switched o and secured
against accidental activation.
•This range of fans is only for domestic, business
use (restaurant kitchens, garages, etc.), they cannot
be used for industrial purposes.
•Connecting the fan to the electrical installation
and its mounting should be performed in
compliance with the applicable national mounting
regulations.
•The fans can be operated in air temperature
between 0 and 40 °C.

•The fan cannot be operated when there is a risk
of foreign objects getting to the air stream of the
fan. They can damage moving parts of the device
or cause it to jam.
•Fans should be installed in ventilation ducts free
from any exhausts, other gases, or aggressive
agents.
•Appropriate measures should be taken in order
to prevent reverse gas ow from an open
ventilation duct or other devices with open re!
•This fan can be operated by children older than 8.
Persons with compromised physical, sensory or
intellectual capacity or those without experience
or knowledge of the device can operate it only
under supervision or after having been trained in
its safe use, understanding all potential hazards
involved. Children should not play with the device.
•Only adults can clean and maintain the device.
•Fan outlet should be secured with an appropriate
grate/cover to prevent access to moving parts.
•Fans mounted on external envelopes (walls)
should be secured with a ventilation grate
protecting the device against water penetration
and sucking up solid bodies, such as leaves,
branches, etc.
•The minimum mounting height of the fan is 2.3 m
above the oor level.

•Mounting the fan in vertical position “on a ceiling
or a roof” with direct air outlet outside is
prohibited.
Two-speed LOOP series
fans are designed for
continuous operation.
A second speed can be
activated manually or
automatically - depending on the model.
Fan models and accessories:
LOOP WL100, WL125 (Standard): the fan is equipped with a block to connect it to power supply. Speed
control is manual - after turning on/o a separate switch or a perimeter light switch.
LOOP WL100T, WL125T (Time Switch): speed is increased after turning on/o a separate switch or a
perimeter light switch. The fan switches to lower gear automatically after 30 min.
LOOP WL100H, WL125H (Humidity): speed is controlled automatically by the humidity sensor and timer:
• the fan changes to the second gear when the humidity level exceed 70%
• the fan changes to the rst gear automatically 15 min after the humidity level is detected to have decreased
below 70%
• if humidity does not exceed 70%, the speed is increased after turning on/o a separate switch or a perimeter
light switch. The fan changes to lower gear automatically after 15 min.
LOOP WL100R, WL125R (Movement Detection): speed is controlled automatically by the fan movement
detector and timer:
• the fan changes to the second gear automatically after presence (in a room) is detected and lasts more than
60 seconds
• the fan changes to the rst gear after 15 minutes since the last presence in a room is detected.
DESIGNATED USE
LOOP series axial extractor fans are designed to support residential building and utility room ventilation. They
are marked by quiet operation and low
energy consumption as well as high reliability and eciency.
BASIC TECHNICAL DATA
LOOP series fans are support natural ventilation to achieve the required ventilation airow volume according
to the PN-83/B-03430 norm.
The product is in compliance with the following European directives: The Low Voltage Directive (LVD)
2006/95/EC, Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Directive 2004/108/EC, EMF Directive, RoHS2 Directive
2011/65/EU

LOOP MODEL DESIGN (Fig.1)
LOOP series extraction fan includes body
1with mounted motor and propeller.
Control plate is mounted in the central
ow section (protected by cover 3,
mounted with screws 4). Part 5is xed to
the front part of the body and serves to
insert the power supply cable. Power
supply cable is protected by the cover 2.
The device and the inlet are protected by
masking front 6.
Preparations for fan mounting should
start with taking o the masking front 6
(snap-in mounted)and cover 2. Next,
power supply cable opening should be
made in part 5. Last preparation step
before mounting the fan is driving screws
4to make it possible to take cover 3o
and access control plate with power
terminals.
Warning !!! LOOP WL100R, WL125R model has a movement detection sensor attached with a tape to cover 3-
remain cautious not to damage the connecting tape (it is recommended to take the cover o after mounting
the fan in the ventilation duct).
MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
• place the prepared fan body in a
ventilation duct - mark mounting
openings
• make openings for anchors and
space them equally to the openings
on the fan body
• place the fan in the ventilation duct,
inserting the power cable through
the opening made in the body
beforehand

• mount the body by driving the screws in the anchors
• connect power cables to the mounted fan according to the connection diagram of a particular model (Fig.2)
• mount the control plate cap, drive the screws, place the cable cover
• mount the masking front 6.

CLEANNESS MAINTENANCE
Disconnect the fan from the mains before commencing cleaning activities.
Restrict cleaning activities to keeping the external part of the fan tidy and esthetically looking.
Use soft cloth with water and soap solution to clean the unit from dust and dirt. Wipe the cleaned parts dry.
