Your tire inflator has been engineered and manufactured for dependability,
ease of operation, and operator safety. When properly cared for, it will give
you years of trouble-free performance.
WARNING

to assemble, install, operate or maintain the product described. Protect

SAFETY GUIDELINES / DEFINITIONS
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
1. Confirm that the power button on the
inflator is in the “OFF” (button up)
position.
2. To use the inflation accessories, snap
either piece into the universal adapter
andpushthelevertolockintoplace.The
inflation accessory will fit securely.
3.Plugpowercordinto12VDCpower
outlet.
WARNING Forusewithany12VDC
poweroutletrated15-Ampsorhigher.Do
NOTusewitholder8-Ampcigarette
lighter receptacles.
4. Insert the appropriate inflation
accessory into the inflatable object (tire,
football, raft, etc.).
5. Holdthe(+)or(-)buttonfor
approximately5secondsuntilthedisplay
flashes. Set the required pressure using
the(+)or(-)buttons,thenwait2-3
seconds. The display will show the
current pressure value to which the
object will be inflated.
6. Push the power button to the “on”
(button down) position for the inflator to
start.Whenthepressuregaugereaches
thepre-setvalue,theinflatorwill
automatically switch off and the display
willshow“OFF”.Press(M),or(+)or(-)to
restart the compressor after finishing the
inflation of one object.

fully charged to get the best performance
from your inflator. If your vehicle’s battery
isweak,theinflatorwillnotworkatits
maximumoutputlevel.
•Forbestresults,itisrecommendedthat
you operate your inflator with your
vehicle’s engine running.

asphyxiationresultingindeathcanoccur.

operate with vehicle ignition off; however,
some vehicles require that the ignition be
turned on.

NOTICE The ON/OFF button can be
used to override the preset pressure
value if required.
8. To operate lights, toggle switch from
the “OFF” position to either the “Light”,
“Flash” or “SOS” positions for desired
lighting.

TROUBLE SHOOTING
INFLATOR DOES NOT WORK WHEN
SWITCHED TO “ON”
•Powercordmaynotbepluggedin
completely.Checktheconnection.
•Checkvehiclepoweroutletandpower
plugterminalsfordirt.Useanon-
conductive probe, not fingers or metal, to
clean.
•Checktoseeifthepre-programmed
pressure is set to a lower PSI than your
tire currently is reading (i.e., the digital
gaugeissetto15psibutyourtireisat
2opsi;inthisscenario,theinflatorwill
not turn on) Refer to the digital gauge
operating instructions and set the PSI to
the correct tire pressure.
•Checkvehiclepoweroutletfuse,which
shouldbeaminimumof15Amps.
•Fusemayhaveblown.Checkfusein
power plug adaptor and replace if
necessary with one of the same
amperage.NEVERreplaceablownfuse
with a fuse having a higher rating.
UNIT IS RUNNING BUT TIRE IS NOT
INFLATING
•Checkthattheairhoseconnectoris
attached properly to the tire valve stem.
•Checkfortireleaksordamage,and
checkairhoseforbreaksandleaksat
fittings.
INFLATOR FEELS HOT OR RUNS
SLOWLY
•Unitmayhaveoverheated.Shuttheunit
offandallowtocoolfor20-25minutes.
•NEVERusethisinflatorformorethan
10minutescontinuously.
•Voltagemaybetoolow.Check
condition of vehicle battery.
