Your tire inflator has been engineered and manufactured for dependability,
ease of operation, and operator safety. When properly cared for, it will give
you years of trouble-free performance.

SAFETY GUIDELINES / DEFINITIONS
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

1. Confirm that the power button on the
inflator is in the “OFF” (button up)
position.
2. To use the inflation accessories, snap
either piece into the universal adapter
andpushthelevertolockintoplace.The
inflation accessory will fit securely.
3.Plugpowercordinto12VDCpower
outlet.

NOTusewitholder8-Ampcigarette
lighter receptacles.
4. Insert the appropriate inflation
accessory into the inflatable object (tire,
football, raft, etc.).
5. Holdthe(+)or(-)buttonfor
approximately5secondsuntilthedisplay
flashes. Set the required pressure using
the(+)or(-)buttons,thenwait2-3
seconds. The display will show the
current pressure value to which the
object will be inflated.
6. Push the power button to the “on”
(button down) position for the inflator to
start.Whenthepressuregaugereaches
thepre-setvalue,theinflatorwill
automatically switch off and the display
willshow“OFF”.Press(M),or(+)or(-)to
restart the compressor after finishing the
inflation of one object.

vehicle’s engine running.

NOTICE The ON/OFF button can be
used to override the preset pressure
value if required.
8. To operate lights, toggle switch from
the “OFF” position to either the “Light”,
“Flash” or “SOS” positions for desired
lighting.

TROUBLE SHOOTING
INFLATOR DOES NOT WORK WHEN
SWITCHED TO “ON”
•Powercordmaynotbepluggedin
completely.Checktheconnection.
•Checkvehiclepoweroutletandpower
plugterminalsfordirt.Useanon-
conductive probe, not fingers or metal, to
clean.
•Checktoseeifthepre-programmed
pressure is set to a lower PSI than your
tire currently is reading (i.e., the digital
gaugeissetto15psibutyourtireisat
2opsi;inthisscenario,theinflatorwill
not turn on) Refer to the digital gauge
operating instructions and set the PSI to
the correct tire pressure.
•Checkvehiclepoweroutletfuse,which
shouldbeaminimumof15Amps.
•Fusemayhaveblown.Checkfusein
power plug adaptor and replace if
necessary with one of the same
amperage.NEVERreplaceablownfuse
with a fuse having a higher rating.
UNIT IS RUNNING BUT TIRE IS NOT
INFLATING
•Checkthattheairhoseconnectoris
attached properly to the tire valve stem.
•Checkfortireleaksordamage,and
checkairhoseforbreaksandleaksat
fittings.
INFLATOR FEELS HOT OR RUNS
SLOWLY
•Unitmayhaveoverheated.Shuttheunit
offandallowtocoolfor20-25minutes.
•NEVERusethisinflatorformorethan
10minutescontinuously.
•Voltagemaybetoolow.Check
condition of vehicle battery.
