User Manual

1. Default warranty of Aizen Air Purifiers is 1 year – parts & service.
2. Scope of service:
a.Metro Manila – phone support and carry-in to Aizen
Service Center
b.Provincial – phone support and carry in to Aizen
Authorized Service Centers
3. Phone support window is from Mondays to Fridays, 9am to 6pm
and Saturdays, 9am to 4pm.
4. Aizen Support shall provide unlimited phone support during its
official office hours only.
5. The warranty shall not cover accidental damage due to
mishandling, misuse, abuse, infestation, improper care, lack of
maintenance, alteration or acts of God, such as floods and
earthquakes;
6. Likewise, warranty shall be voided if the unit is operated outside
its working specifications or if the unit is serviced by personnel
other than authorized Aizen Support;
7. Aizen Support services provided after the warranty period shall
be charged from the client, based on corresponding quoted
service rates;

Press the "ON/OFF" button of the remote control or touch "ON/OFF" button on the main unit
After the machine has started, the control panel will appear as below.
Press the “AUTO” button of the remote control or touch the “AUTO” button
on the main unit to enter the automatic purification mode. The intelligent
system will automatically purify and manage according to the air quality.
When the air quality is excellent, the indicator light will display green, and
the air will be cleaned at the first speed; When the indicator light is blue, the
air is cleaned at the second speed. When the air quality is normal, the
indicator light is yellow, and the air is cleaned at the third speed.
When the air quality is poor, the indicator light is red, and the air is cleaned
at the fourth speed.
Press "SLEEP" button of the remote control or touch the "SLEEP" button
on the main unit.
You can turn the SLEEP mode on/off.
Timed shutdown
Press the “TIMER” button in the power on state ---- select the time ----
Timed shutdown setting is completed.
Scheduled boot
Press the “TIMER” button in the off state ---- select the time ----
Timed boot setting is completed.
Press the “LOCK” button of the remote control or touch the “LOCK”
button on the main unit for 3 seconds to lock/unlock the control
panel.

Press the “SPEED” button of the remote control or touch the
“SPEED” button on the main unit to adjust the purification.
Fanspeed levels are from 1 - 2 - 3 - 4.
Press the “ION” button of the remote control or touch the
“ION” button on the main unit to turn the negative ion function
on/off.
Touch the “UV” button on the main unit to turn the UV function on/off.
Touch the “UV" + "ION" buttons on the main unit simultaneously and
hold for 3 seconds.
Touch the “FAN SPEED” + “UV” on the main unit simultaneously and
hold for 3 seconds to turn the light strip display on or off.
When the water tank is installed, the humidifying icon appears.
When water is in low level, the water shortage icon will appear.
When the water tank is removed or not installed, the humidifying
icon and the water shortage icon will flash simultaneously.
WIFI icon will flash and ready for pairing.
WIFI icon will stop flashing once connection is successful.
When the filter needs to be replaced, the RESET icon flashes with a
reminder tone.
Reset the filter by pressing "RESET" button of the remote control or
touch the "AUTO" + "TIMER" buttons on the main unit simultaneously
and hold for 5 seconds.

May use soft cloth dampened with a moderate
amount of neutral detergent.
Do not scratch the machine casing with a hard
object during maintenance.
Be careful when removing the front panel,
please follow the instructions.
Use a soft cloth to clean.
Filter replacement reminder (“RESET" button flashes
with a reminder tone)
After replacing the filter, press and hold “AUTO”
+ “TIMER”. When you hear the tone, “AUTO” and
“TIMER” will stop flashing, indicating the
replacement time was reset.
Due to the different degree of pollution in the
actual application environment, the applicable
cycle of the filter will be different.
We highly suggest to clean and replace the filter
regularly.
When the surface area is dusty, it can be cleaned with a1.
vacuum cleaner.
2. Clean the surface dust regularly to extend filter life.
Replacement cycle is approximately 6-12 months.
Please note that the replacement cycle of the filter may differ due to the
application environment.
Please consider the used filter as non-combustible waste.

1. Check if the power plug is properly connected
from to the power outlet.
2. Check if the front panel is properly covered.
3. The main unit may be placed tilted.
Place it flat if not.
If you experience any of the following situations while using the air purifier, please use this
troubleshooting guide to help you remedy the problem.
Troubleshooting
SITUATION
The air quality indicator
is always RED (poor quality)
and the PM2.5 indicator does
not change for a long period
of time.
1. The sensor may be exposed to water vapor, soot
or spray.
Move the machine to another clean and dry
environment.
Check the filter if expired or release odor due to1.
absorption of contaminants.
Consider replacing the filter.
Air particles are difficult to
clean and noise becomes
loud during operation
You may need to replace the filter already.
Indoor air quality is obviously
poor, but the air purifier does
not respond
1. The air purifier may not be in a good and
efficient location.
Change the location of the air purifier
where air can easily pass through, or select
the manual mode and adjust the wind
speed to "4".
