Stellen Sie den empfohlenen Reifendruck sicher.

PRODUKTBESCHREIBUNG
Produktbeschreibung 2LINK Reifendruckkontrollsystem TPMS
AL-KO 2LINK ist ein Sicherheits- und Komfortsystem zur Anzeige von Zuständen. Die 2LINK-Box sam-
melt Informationen von angeschlossenen Komponenten und sendet diese via Funk an ein Smartphone.
In der hier vorliegenden Ausführung wird das AL-KO 2LINK Reifendruckkontrollsystem TPMS beschrie-
ben. Das 2LINK Reifendruckkontrollsystem TPMS überwacht automatisch elektronisch den Reifendruck
und stellt ihn direkt auf dem Smartphone dar.

den. Der Anschluss an nicht freigegebene Komponenten kann zu Funktionsstörungen und irreparablen

BEDIENUNG
Fahrbetrieb
Ist das Reifendruckkontrollsystem an die
2LINK-Box angeschlossen, steht im Fahrbetrieb
die Statusanzeige Reifendruck (1) zur Verfügung.
Voraussetzung: Das Reifendruckkontrollsystem ist
konfiguriert.
ACHTUNG!
Bei einem Funkabbruch steht in der
2LINK-App kein aktueller Status des Rei-
fendruckkontrollsystems zur Verfügung!
ACHTUNG!
Betriebsanleitung der 2LINK-App beach-
ten!

Beim Betätigen des jeweiligen Button, er-
scheinen weitere Informationen zum Sta-
tus.
Mögliche Zustände der Reifendruck-Statusanzeige
Reifendruck-Status Beschreibung
OK Betriebsbereit. Es liegen keine Hinweise vor.
Batterie leer Der Batterie-Ladestatus von mindestens einem TPMS-Sensor ist kleiner
als 15%. Spätestens bei einem Batterie-Ladestatus von kleiner 5% müssen
die TPMS-Sensoren getauscht werden.
Batterie-Statusanzeige beachten.
Ein Sensor fehlt Mindestens ein Sensor sendet kein Signal.
ACHTUNG!
Es können nicht alle aktuellen Zustände angezeigt werden.
Abschnitt "Hilfe bei Störungen" beachten.
Achtung Der aktuelle Reifendruck von mindestens einem Reifen ist niedriger als der
vom Benutzer eingestellte empfohlene Reifenluftdruck.
Reifendruck überprüfen.
Fehler Hoher Druckverlust.

Batterie-Statusanzeige
Die Batterie-Statusanzeige gibt den Ladestatus des TPMS-Sensors mit der niedrigsten Restkapazität
in % an.
Batterie-Sta-
tusanzeige Beschreibung
Batterie ist zwischen 75% und 100% geladen.
Batterie ist zwischen 50% und 75% geladen.
Batterie ist zwischen 25% und 50% geladen.
Batterie ist zwischen 5% und 25% geladen.
Batterie ist weniger als 5% geladen.
Batterie-Statusanzeige
.
Spätestens bei der Anzeige „Batterie ist weniger als 5% geladen“ müssen die TPMS-Sensoren
durch eine Fachwerkstatt getauscht werden.

Einstellungen
Die Einstellungen stehen nur im Standbetrieb zur
Verfügung.
Hier können Sie das Reifendruckkontrollsystem
konfigurieren und ein Update der 2LINK-Box
durchführen.
Reifendruckkontrollsystem konfigurieren
Bei Verbindung mit der 2LINK-Box können Sie:
Das Reifendruckkontrollsystem aktivieren (1).
Die Anzahl der Achsen auswählen ("Achs-
nummer") (2).
Den empfohlenen Soll-Druck festlegen ("Stan-
dardwert") (3).
Die Sensoren erstmalig einlernen (4).
Standardwert (3)
Hier wird der empfohlene Reifendruck eingegeben.
Den empfohlenen Reifendruck finden Sie z. B. auf
dem Reifen.
Der empfohlene Reifendruck muss in bar angege-
ben werden. Gegebenenfalls müssen Sie den Rei-
fendruck von Psi in bar umrechnen:
y Psi x 0,069 = z bar
Beispiel: 65 Psi x 0,069 = 4,485 bar
(Eingabe in App: 4,5)

Unterschreitet der Ist-Druck den Soll-
Druck um einen bestimmten Wert, er-
scheint ein entsprechender Hinweis in der
App.

Sensoren einlernen (4)
Die Sensoren müssen bei der Erstinbetriebnahme
und nach Austausch eines oder mehrerer Senso-
ren eingelernt werden.
ACHTUNG!
Sachschaden!
Für den Einlernprozess muss bei allen
Reifen Druck abgelassen werden.
Alle Reifen vor Fahrtantritt auf
den empfohlenen Reifendruck wieder
auffüllen.
1. 2LINK-App starten.
2. Im Standbetrieb Bedienfeld "Einstellungen" be-
tätigen.

3. Bedienfeld "Reifendruck" betätigen.
4. Reifendruckkontrollsystem aktivieren (1).

Sind die Sensoren bereits eingelernt,
kann der Einlern-Vorgang nach dem Akti-
vieren der Funktion abgebrochen werden.
5. Über das Bedienfeld "Sensoren einler-
nen" (4) den Vorgang starten.
Der Einlernvorgang startet.
6. Dem Dialog und den Anweisungen folgen.
7. Alle Reifen auf den empfohlenen Reifendruck
auffüllen.
Ein weiteres Smartphone einrichten
Ein weiteres Smartphone muss nicht erneut ein-
gelernt werden. Nach dem Aktivieren des Reifen-
druckkontrollsystems (1) kann der Einlernvorgang
abgebrochen werden.
Update der 2LINK-Box
Wenn die Firmware-Version der 2LINK-Box ver-
altet ist ("Technische Daten"), muss ein Update
durchgeführt werden, um mit dem Reifendruckkon-
trollsystem TPMS kompatibel zu sein.
ACHTUNG!
Sachschaden!
Wird die Spannungsversorgung wäh-
rend des Update-Vorgangs unterbrochen,
kann die 2LINK-Box beschädigt werden.
2LINK-Box während des gesamten
Ablaufs mit Spannung versorgen.

Das Update kann mehrere Minuten dau-
ern und darf nicht unterbrochen werden.
.
Während des Updates darf das Smart-
phone nicht anderweitig benutzt werden.
.
Das Smartphone muss während des Up-
dates in der Nähe der 2LINK-Box sein.
Ein Update ist nur möglich, wenn die 2LINK-Box
in der App registriert ist, hierzu ist eine erstma-
lige Verbindung notwendig, siehe Betriebsanlei-
tung 2LINK-App.
1. 2LINK-App starten.
2. Bedienfeld "Einstellungen" betätigen.
3. Entsprechende 2LINK-Box auswählen.
4. Bedienfeld "Update Registrierte Box" betäti-
gen.

ADVICE
Observe the operating manual of the 2LINK App.
We recommend that you have the system checked either by your dealer or directly by our Service
department during the annual inspection of your caravan.
In the case of visible signs of damage, please contact your nearest AL-KO service centre.
Check the tightness of all attachments at the beginning of every season.
Ensure that the latest version of the 2LINK App is installed.
Check whether an update of the 2LINK Box is necessary.

Product Description – 2LINK Tyre Pressure Monitoring System TPMS
AL-KO 2LINK is a safety and comfort system for displaying conditions. The 2LINK Box collects informa-
tion from interfaced components and transmits this information via a radio signal to a smartphone.
This version describes the AL-KO 2LINK Tyre Pressure Monitoring System TPMS. The 2LINK Tyre Pres-
sure Monitoring System TPMS automatically monitors the tyre pressure and displays the information
directly on the smartphone.

OPERATION
Driving
If the tyre pressure monitoring system is connected
to the 2LINK Box, the tyre pressure status display
(1) is shown during driving. Precondition: The tyre
pressure monitoring system has been configured.
CAUTION!
In the event of an interruption in the ra-
dio communication, no up-to-date status
of the tyre pressure monitoring system is
available in the 2LINK App!
CAUTION!
See 2LINK App operating manual!
ADVICE
Pressing the respective button displays
further information on the status.
Possible conditions of the tyre pressure status display
Tyre pressure status Description
OK Ready. No messages pending.
Battery empty The battery charge status of at least one TPMS sensor is less than 15%.
The TPMS sensors must be replaced at the latest when a battery charge
status of less than 5% is reached.
Observe the battery status display.
Sensor missing At least one sensor is not transmitting a signal.
CAUTION!
Not all the current statuses can be displayed.
See "Troubleshooting" section .
Caution The current tyre pressure of at least one tyre is lower than the recommen-
ded tyre pressure set by the user.
Check the tyre pressure.
Fault High pressure loss.
CAUTION!
Adapt your driving style accordingly and check the tyres as quickly
as possible.

Battery status indicator
The battery status indicator shows the charge state of the TPMS sensor with the lowest residual capacity
in %.
Battery sta-

Battery is charged to between 75% and 100%.
Battery is charged to between 50% and 75%.

Battery is charged to between 5% and 25%.

ADVICE
The TPMS sensors must be replaced by a specialist workshop at the latest when the display
“Battery charge less than 5%” appears.

Settings
Settings can only be made with the vehicle statio-
nary.
Here you can configure the tyre pressure monito-
ring system and carry out an update of the 2LINK
Box.
Configure the tyre pressure monitoring system
When the system is connected to the 2LINK Box,
you can:
Activate the tyre pressure monitoring system
(1).
Select the number of axles (“Axle number”) (2).
Set the recommended nominal pressure (“De-
fault value”) (3).
Teach in the sensors for the first time (4).
Default value (3)
Enter the recommended tyre pressure here. The
recommended tyre pressure can be found e.g. on
the tyre.
The recommended tyre pressure must be entered
in bar. If necessary, convert the tyre pressure from
psi to bar:
y psi x 0.069 = z bar
Example: 65 psi x 0.069 = 4.485 bar
(input in app: 4.5)
ADVICE
If the actual pressure drops below the no-
minal pressure by a given amount, a cor-
responding message appears in the app.

Teach in sensors (4)
The sensors have to be taught in during commis-
sioning and after replacement of one or more sen-
sors.
CAUTION!
Equipment damage!
For the teach-in process, air has to be re-
leased from all the tyres.
Inflate all the tyres to the recommen-
ded tyre pressure again before dri-
ving.
1. Start the 2LINK App.
2. With the vehicle at standstill, press the “Set-
tings” button on the control panel.

3. Press the “Tyre pressure” button on the control
panel.
4. Activate the tyre pressure monitoring system
(1).
ADVICE
If the sensors have already been taught in,
the teach-in process can be aborted after
activating the function.
5. Start the process by pressing the “Teach in
sensors” (4) button on the control panel.
The teach-in process starts.
6. Follow the dialogue and the instructions dis-
played.
7. Inflate all the tyres to the recommended tyre
pressure.
Set up a further smartphone
A further smartphone does not have to be taught in
again. The teach-in process can be aborted after
activating the tyre pressure monitoring system (1).
Update of the 2LINK Box
If the firmware version of the 2LINK Box is outda-
ted ("Technical Data"), an update has to be carried
out in order to be compatible with the tyre pressure
monitoring system.
CAUTION!
Equipment damage!
The 2LINK Box can be damaged if the
power supply is interrupted during the up-
date process.
Ensure that the 2LINK Box remains
connected to the power supply during
the whole routine.
ADVICE
The update can take several minutes and
must not be interrupted.
ADVICE
The smartphone must not be used for any
other purpose during the update.
ADVICE
The smartphone must be in the vicinity of
the 2LINK Box during the update.
An update is only possible if the 2LINK Box is regis-
tered in the app; connection for the first time is ne-
cessary for this, see 2LINK App operating manual.
1. Start the 2LINK App.
2. Press the “Settings” button on the control pa-
nel.
3. Select the respective 2LINK Box.

4. Press the “Update registered box” button on
the control panel.
5. Read and observe the safety instructions.
6. Start the process by pressing the “Update” but-
ton on the control panel.
The update process starts.
