Involv WorkTables are designed and manufactured for use within the most demanding of environments
Frame - Involv underframes are constructed from a range of medium to heavy gauge mild steel sheet
fabricated to form brackets. 30 x 30mm square steel tubes link the brackets & support the tops to
create a rigid and robust under structure. The integral cable beam is from 1.8mm stell sheet.
Legs - Involv legs are of solid oak with a clear lacquer finish or black stained finish & are supplied in a
knock down format and boxed for production, protection & ease of transport.
Tops –Chamfered along leading edges (not sides) table tops are fabricated from 25mm thick MFMDF
(melamine faced medium density fibreboard) with 2mm ABS edging with 2mm radiused edges &
corners. The chamfered edge on the underside of the top is left as exposed MDF as standard.
The tops are machined along their length with a groove detail. All tops are pre drilled & are inserted
with M6 inserts.
A single top is made up of 3 pieces:
•2x flanking tops with groove
•1x removable central plank –with or without plug in screen apertures
OR
•1x removable fabric wrapped plank
Cable Management - The cable tray is suspended from the underside of the frame & cables are
routed from the cable tray to a floor box or building perimeter via a cable spine or a fabric zipped cable
riser attached to the inside of the leg.
