The Digital Moisture Meter is guaranteed to be free from defects in
workmanship and parts for a period of 3 year from the date of purchase.
Defects that occur within this warranty period, under normal use and care,
will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion. The benefits
conferred by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies in
respect of the product that the consumer has under the Competition and
Consumer Act 2010 and similar state and territory laws.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the
Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund
for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably
foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods
repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and
the failure does not amount to a major failure.

. Batteries can be life-endangering if swallowed. Therefore keep the
moisture meter, accessories and battery out of reach of children.
. lf a battery has been swallowed, medical assistance must be
immediately sought.
. Keep children away from the packaging material: there is a
suffocation hazard if swallowed.
. Clean batteries and device mechanism prior to insertion.
. Pay attention to the correct polarity when inserting batteries.
. DO NOT throw batteries into a fire. DO NOT short circuit and ,
DO NOT dismantle.
. lf a battery is swallowed, immediately contact a doctor.
. To reduce the risk of leakage, immediately remove depleted batteries
from the device.
. Never expose batteries to excessive heat, including but not limited
to: sunshine and radiators. lf this is not observed, batteries can be
discharged beyond the maximum voltage and leak.
. Avoid contact with skin, eyes and sensitive body parts. ln case of
contact with battery acid, immediately rinse the affected area with
clean water and contact a doctor.
. Remove the battery if the device is not used for a long time.

Every consumer is legally obliged to dispose of batteries properly in
a designated collection centre.
. By acting accordingly, you contribute to the conservation of natural
resources and the protection of human and animal health.
- Check that the Moisture Meter is in good condition and free of
damage before each use.
. DO NOT use the device if it is damaged.
. DO NOT dismantle the device.
. DO NOT carry out any modifications to the device. Only have repairs
carried out by a professional workshop, as devices that have not been
properly repaired can be hazardous to the user.
. Keep the device away from water, dust and dirt,
. DO NOT look directly into the LED light.
. The measuring tips are very sharp. Please use carefully after removing
the protective cap. Re-attach the protective cap after each use.
. This is not a toy. Keep out of reach of children.

Startup and lnstallation
1 . Remove the battery compartment cover from the device.
2. lnsert the batteries into the battery compartment (6).Pay attention to
the correct polarity. Positive (+) terminal must correspond with
positive (+) marking.
3. Re-attach the battery compartment cover.
Basic Functions
Ca libration
Follow below steps to check if the device is calibrated correctly.
. Press the ON/SET button (3) to turn the device on.
. Remove the protective cap (9) from the device and identify the
markings "8" and "T" on it.
- Hold the measuring tips (1)against the test contacts (8) marked with "B".
The scales on the display should blink.
. Hold the measuring tips (1)against the test contacts marked with "T".
The left scale should display a value of 19o/o (+/- 1o/o).
. lf you can confirm the above the device is ready for use.
. Re-attach the protective cap (9) .
