Bedienungsanleitung vor der ersten Verwendung Ihres neuen Gerätes aufmerksam durch und heben Sie sie
zusammen mit der beigelegten Product Control Card auf, um bei Bedarf darin nachschlagen zu können.
SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
Beim Arbeiten mit Handstanzen können unsachgemäße Handhabung und/oder schlechte Wartung die
Stanze beschädigen und schwere Verletzungen verursachen. Bitte beachten Sie daher alle folgenden
Sicherheitshinweise und wenden Sie sich bei Fragen an unser Service-Team.
BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄßE VERWENDUNG
ALFRA-Handstanzen des Typs Compact®Handstanze Gerade, CompactCombi®Handstanze 90° und
Compact Flex®Handstanze sind für das Einbringen von Löchern in weiche bis mittelfeste Stahl-, Aluminium-
und Edelstahlbleche vorgesehen. Sie sind ausschließlich in trockener Umgebung zu verwenden und nur
zum Stanzen einzelner Bleche ausgelegt.
Niemals...
• mehrere übereinander liegende Bleche in
einem Stanzvorgang bearbeiten
• an Objekten oder Bauteilen arbeiten,
die unter elektrischer oder mechanischer
Spannung stehen
• in der Nähe von Kabeln oder elektrischen
Leitern arbeiten, die unter Spannung stehen
• den Handhebel mit mehr als 30 kg (66 lbs)
Kraft betätigen
• Veränderungen am Gerät vornehmen oder
Hinweisschilder entfernen
• bei Beschädigungen oder fehlenden
Teilen gebrauchen
• den Hydraulikschlauch der Compact Flex®
Handstanze knicken, quetschen oder

GERÄTEBESCHREIBUNG
Die Compact®Handstanze Gerade, CompactCombi®Handstanze 90° und Compact Flex®Handstanze sind
handbetätigte, hydraulische Geräte für das Stanzen von Löchern verschiedenster Formen in weiche bis
mittelfeste Stahl-, Edelstahl- und Aluminiumbleche. Dank eines abgeschlossenen hydraulischen Kreislaufes
sind unsere Handstanzen besonders wartungsarm und ermöglichen es Ihnen, in jeder beliebigen Position
zu arbeiten.
Ein ergonomisch geformter Handhebel (F) und ein stabiler Handgri (E) erleichtern die Bedienbarkeit. Die
Ablassschraube (C) dient dem Auf- und Abbau des Arbeitsdrucks im Inneren des Pumpenkörpers (D) und des
Zylinders (B). Durch Drehung nach links in die Position OFF wird die Ablassschraube (C) geönet und durch
Drehung nach rechts in die Position ON geschlossen. Bei geschlossener Ablassschraube (C) wird durch
Drücken des Handhebels (F) der erforderliche Druck aufgebaut, der den Lastkolben (A) mit hoher Kraft nach
innen in den Zylinder (B) zieht. Durch Önen der Ablassschraube (C) wird der Druck wieder abgebaut und
der Lastkolben (A) wird über eine interne Feder zurück in seine Ausgangsposition geschoben. Das integrierte
Überdruckventil begrenzt den maximalen Druck im Inneren und schützt die Stanze vor übermäßiger
Belastung und Beschädigung.
Die beste Stanzleistung erzielen Sie mit den passenden ALFRA-Werkzeugen. Eine Übersicht über unser

STANZEN VON BLECHEN
Stellen Sie das passende Werkzeug-Set aus Stempel, Matrize und Zugschraube zusammen.
Für ein optimales Stanzergebnis empfehlen wir die Verwendung unserer hochwertigen ALFRA-Werkzeuge.
1. Markieren Sie zunächst die exakte Lochposition.
2. Bringen Sie nun das Startloch mit einem Spiral- oder Stufenbohrer in das Blech ein.
3. Drehen Sie die Ablassschraube bis zum Anschlag nach links in die Position OFF. Der Lastkolben fährt
in die Ausgangsposition.
4. Schrauben Sie die Zugschraube handfest bis zum Anschlag in den Lastkolben ein.
Nutzen Sie stets, die gesamte Gewindelänge, da die Zugschraube sonst ausreißen kann!
5. Setzen Sie Abstandshalter und Matrize auf die Zugschraube. Führen Sie nun die Zugschraube durch
das vorbereitete Loch.
6. Drehen Sie den Stempel von hinten auf die Zugschraube und richten Sie die Matrize an den
Markierungen aus.
7. Bringen Sie die Stanze nun in Position und schrauben Sie den Stempel handfest an, um die komplette
Baugruppe zu fixieren.
Achten Sie immer darauf, dass das gesamte Gewinde des Stempels genutzt wird!
8. Drehen Sie die Ablassschraube zum Druckaufbau nach rechts in die Position ON. Pumpen Sie am
Handhebel, bis das Loch gestanzt ist. Vermeiden Sie dabei ein Aufsetzen der Stempelspitzen auf dem
Matritzenboden.
9. Pumpen Sie noch 3- bis 4-mal mit dem Handhebel, um die Stanzreste locker in die Matrize zu drücken.
10. Drehen Sie die Ablassschraube in die Position OFF, um den Druck wieder abzubauen. Der Lastkolben
fährt in seine ursprüngliche Position zurück.
11. Schrauben Sie den Stempel ab und entfernen Sie die Materialreste gründlich aus der Matrize.
REINIGUNG UND PFLEGE
Mit regelmäßiger Reinigung und Pflege können Sie die Dichtigkeit Ihrer Hydraulikstanze erhöhen und deren
Lebensdauer verlängern. Hierfür empfehlen wir Ihnen folgende Maßnahmen:
• Befreien Sie alle Gleitflächen und bewegten Teile regelmäßig von Schmutz und abrasiven Stäuben.
• Drehen Sie die Ablassschraube zum Druckabbau in die Position OFF, sobald Sie die Handstanze nicht
mehr verwenden.
• Lagern und verwenden Sie Ihre Handstanze stets in einer trockenen Umgebung.
Verwenden Sie nur Original-ALFRA-Ersatzteile.

SPECIFIED CONDITIONS OF USE
ALFRA hand-operated punches Compact®Straight Punch Driver, CompactCombi®90° Punch Driver and
Compact Flex®Punch Driver are intended to be used for punching holes of dierent shapes in soft to
mediumstrength steel, aluminium and stainless steel sheets. ALFRA punch drivers must be operated and
stored in a dry environment and may not be used to punch more than one metal sheet at a time.
Never...
• Process several sheets placed on top of each
other in one punching process
• Work on objects or components that are under
electrical or mechanical tension
• Work near live cables or electrical conductors
• Never actuate the hand lever with a force
greater than 30 kg (66 lbs)
• Make changes to the device or remove
information labels
• Use if damaged or parts are missing
• Damage, kink or squeeze the hydraulic hose
of the Compact Flex®Punch Driver

DESCRIPTION
The Compact®Straight Punch Driver, CompactCombi®90° Punch Driver and Compact Flex®Punch Driver
are hand-operated hydraulic devices for making holes of dierent shapes in soft to medium-strength steel,
stainless steel and aluminium sheets. ALFRA punch drivers are low-maintenance thanks to the closed
hydraulic circuit and enable you to work with in any position.
The hand lever (F) and the stable handle (E) are designed on ergonomic principles to ensure perfect handling
of the punch driver. Working pressure inside the pump body (D) and the cylinder (B) is built up and released
by the drain screw (C). The drain screw (C) can be opened by turning it to the left into the OFF position and
closed by turning it to the right into the ON position. By pressing the hand lever (F) when the drain screw
(C) is closed, the necessary working pressure is built up, which pulls the load piston (A) inwards into the
cylinder (B) with great force. The pressure is released by opening the drain screw (C) and the load piston (A)
is pushed back into its starting position by means of an internal spring. The integrated excess pressure valve
limits the maximum attainable pressure within the device and protects the hydraulic punch from excessive
use and damage.
Perfect punching results are achieved using the suitable ALFRA tools. An overview of our range of quality
round and square punches can be found at the end of this operating manual.

PUNCHING METAL SHEETS
Gather together the appropriate tool set comprising a punch, punching die and tension bolt.
For best punching results we recommend using high-quality ALFRA-tools.
1. Mark the exact hole position for the punching.
2. Now use a spiral or step drill to make the starting hole in the metal sheet.
3. Turn the drain screw as far as it will go to the left into the OFF position. The load piston moves to its
starting position.
4. Screw the tension bolt into the load piston by hand until it stops.
Always ensure that the entire length of the thread is used otherwise the tension bolt may pull out.
5. Place the spacer and punching die on the tension bolt. Then guide the tension bolt through the
prepared hole.
6. Turn the punch onto the tension bolt from behind and align the punching die with the markers.
7. Move the punch into position and screw on the punch by hand in order to fix the complete assembly
in place.
Always ensure that the entire thread of the punch is used.
8. Turn the drain screw to the right into the ON position to build up the pressure. Pump on the hand lever
until the hole is punched. Avoid the punch tips touching the die bottom.
9. Pump 3 to 4 times with the hand lever to press the punching scraps loosely into the punching die.
10. To release the pressure turn the drain screw into the OFF position. Let the load piston return to its
starting position.
11. Unscrew the punch and thoroughly remove all scraps of material from the punching die.
CLEANING AND CARE
Regular cleaning and caring can increase the leakproofness of your ALFRA hydraulic punch driver and
extend its lifetime. Please proceed as follows:
• Regularly remove dirt and abrasive dusts from the sliding surfaces and moving parts.
• When the punch driver is no longer used, turn the drain screw into the OFF position and release
the pressure.
• Store and use the punch driver in a dry place.
Only use original ALFRA spare parts.

• poinçonner en même temps plusieurs tôles
empilées
• travailler sur des objets ou des pièces sous
tension électrique ou mécanique
• travailler à proximité de câbles et de lignes
électriques sous tension
• actionner le levier manuel avec une force de

• procéder à des modifications sur l’appareil
ou retirer les panneaux d’avertissement

DONNÉES TECHNIQUES
Les appareils Compact®Poinçonneuse droite, CompactCombi®Poinçonneuse 90° et Compact Flex®
Poinçonneuse sont des appareils hydrauliques manuels destinés à percer des trous de diérentes
formes dans des tôles souples à moyennement fermes en acier, en inox et en aluminium. Le circuit
hydraulique fermé est facile à entretenir et vous permet de travailler avec la poinçonneuse dans
n’importe quelle position.
Une opération idéale est assurée par le levier manuel (F) ergonomisé et une poignée stable (E). La vis de
purge (C) sert à obtenir et décharger la pression de service dans l’intérieur du corps de pompe (D) et du
cylindre (B). L’ouverture de la vis de purge (C) se fait en la tournant vers la gauche en position OFF (ARRET)
et la fermeture se fait en la tournant vers la droite en position ON (MARCHE). Lorsque la vis de purge (C) est
fermée, la pression de service requise est obtenue en poussant le levier manuel (F), qui tire le piston de
charge (A) avec une force plus élevée vers l’intérieur dans le cylindre (B). En ouvrant la vis de purge (C), la
pression est diminuée et le piston de charge (A) est remis dans sa position initiale via un ressort interne.
La soupape de suppression intégrée limite la pression admissible maximale à l’intérieur de l’appareil et
protège la poinçonneuse manuelle d’une surcharge et de dommages possibles.
La performance idéale est obtenue avec l’aide des outils ALFRA appropriés. Vous trouvez un aperçu de notre

POINÇONNAGE DES TÔLES
Rassemblez les outils appropriés ; le poinçon, la matrice et la vis de traction. Nous vous recommandons
l’utilisation de nos outils ALFRA de grande qualité pour obtenir des résultats parfaits.
1. Marquez la position exacte du trou pour le poinçonnage.
2. Percez maintenant le trou initial dans la tôle avec un foret hélicoïdal ou étagé.
3. Tournez la vis de purge jusqu’à l’enclenchement à gauche en position OFF. Le piston de charge va dans
la position initiale.
4. Serrez fermement à la main la vis de traction dans le piston de charge.
Veillez toujours à ce que toute la longueur du filetage soit utilisée pour éviter que la vis de traction
ne sorte !
5. Positionnez l’entretoise et la matrice sur la vis de traction. Ensuite, introduisez la vis de traction par le
trou prépercé.
6. Tournez le poinçon par l’arrière sur la vis de traction et mettez la matrice sur les marquages.
7. Positionnez la poinçonneuse et fixer l’ensemble en serrant fermement le poinçon à la main.
Veiller toujours à ce que l’ensemble du filetage du poinçon soit utilisé !
8. Tournez la vis de purge vers la droite en position ON. Actionnez le levier manuel jusqu’à ce que le trou
soit poinçonné. Evitez de poser la pointe du poinçon sur le fond de la matrice.
9. Actionnez encore 3-4 fois le levier manuel afin de pousser les résidus du poinçonnage dans la matrice.
10. Déchargez la pression en tournant la vis de purge en position OFF. Le piston de charge retourne dans
sa position initiale.
11. Dévissez le poinçon et retirez tous les résidus de matière de la matrice.
NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
Le nettoyage et l’entretien régulier vous permettent d’augmenter considérablement l’étanchéité et la
durée de vie de votre poinçonneuse hydraulique. Nous vous recommandons de procéder comme suivant :
• Éliminez régulièrement la saleté et les poussières abrasives sur les surfaces de roulement et les
pièces mobiles.
• Dès que la poinçonneuse n’est plus utilisée, tournez la vis de purge en position OFF et déchargez
la pression.
• Stocker et utilisez la poinçonneuse manuelle dans un endroit sec.
Utilisez uniquement les pièces ALFRA d’origine.

Poinçonnez les tôles une à une ! Ne poinçonnez jamais plusieurs tôles en même temps ! !!

solamente para punzonar chapas individuales y deben utilizarse únicamente en lugares secos.

• trabaje sobre objetos o componentes que
estén bajo tensión eléctrica o mecánica

DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA MÁQUINA
Las punzonadoras Compact®Punzonadora recta, CompactCombi®Punzonadora 90° y Compact Flex®
Punzonadora estas una herramienta hidráulica manual para el punzonado de agujeros de diferentes
formas sobre chapas de acero, acero inoxidable y aluminio de resistencia baja y media. El circuito
hidráulico cerrado, y por lo tanto de bajo mantenimiento, permite al usuario trabajar con este aparto
en cualquier posición.
La palanca de mano de forma ergonómica (F) y la sólida empuñadura (E) facilitan el manejo y la
maniobrabilidad. El tornillo de purga (C) se utiliza para aumentar y disminuir la presión de trabajo en el
interior del cuerpo de la bomba (D) y del cilindro (B). Girando hacia la izquierda a la posición OFF (apagado),
el tornillo de purga (C) se abre, y girando a la derecha a la posición ON (prendido), se cierra. Cuando el
tornillo de purga (C) está cerrado, presionando la palanca de mano (F) se aumenta la presión que con gran
fuerza empuja el pistón (A) hacia el interior del cilindro. Al abrir el tapón de drenaje, la presión se reduce de
nuevo y el pistón de carga (A) es empujado por un resorte interno de vuelta a su posición inicial. La válvula
de sobrepresión integrada limita la presión máxima en el interior y protege la matriz del estrés y daño
excesivo.
Para resultados de punzonado óptimos, recomendamos utilizar nuestras herramientas ALFRA de alta

PUNZONADORA DE CHAPAS
Elaborar el juego de herramientas adecuado con punzón, estampa y tornillo extractor. Para resultados de
punzonado óptimos, recomendamos utilizar nuestras herramientas ALFRA de alta calidad.
1. Marcar la posición exacta del agujero para el punzonado.
2. A continuación, insertar el agujero inicial en la chapa con una broca espiral o progresiva.
3. Girar el tornillo de purga hasta el tope hacia la izquierda a la posición OFF. El émbolo de carga regrese
a la posición inicial.
4. Apretar con fuerza el tornillo extractor hasta fijarlo al émbolo de carga.
¡Asegurarse de utilizar toda la longitud de rosca, pues de lo contrario el tornillo extractor
podría desgarrarse!
5. Colocar el espaciador y la estampa en el tornillo extractor. A continuación, introducir el tornillo extractor
por el agujero preparado.
6. Atornillar el punzón desde atrás en el tornillo extractor y orientar la estampa hacia las marcas.
7. Colocar la punzonadora en su posición y fijar todos los componentes atornillando con fuerza el punzón.
Asegurarse siempre de utilizar toda la rosca del punzón.
8. Girar el tornillo de purga hacia la derecha a la posición ON. Bombearlo con la palanca hasta punzonar el
agujero. Evite la colocación de las puntas del troquel sobre el plato de la matriz.
9. Tras punzonar correctamente la chapa, bombear de nuevo 3-4 veces con la palanca para apretar
ligeramente los recortes de estampación en la estampa.
10. Girando a la posición OFF el tornillo de purga se liberará la presión. El émbolo de carga recuperará su
posición inicial.
11. Desenroscar el punzón y retirar los restos de material de la estampa.
LIMPIEZA Y CUIDADO
Con la limpieza y cuidado regular, usted puede prolongar considerablemente la hermeticidad y vida útil
de la punzonadora hidráulica Para ello, le recomendamos las siguientes medidas:
• Eliminar regularmente la suciedad y los polvos abrasivos de las superficies deslizantes y de las
piezas móviles.
• En tanto que no se utilice la punzonadora, girar el tornillo de purga a la posición OFF para liberar
la presión.
• Almacenar y utilizar la punzonadora manual en un lugar seco.
Utilice solamente repuestos ALFRA originales.
