ZASTOSOWANIE
Ściągacz wtryskiwaczy działa w technologii VIBRO, która wykorzystuje udar wysokich
częstotliwości. Udar ten w połączeniu z wysoką masą i dużym skokiem tłoka przekłada
się na wielką siłę ciągu, która pozwala na demontaż zapieczonych wtryskiwaczy.
Ściągacz zasilany jest sprężonym powietrzem o ciśnieniu 6-8 bar za pomocą giętkiego
przewodu z szybkozłączem i zaworem-włącznikiem. Ściągacz ROOKS jest stworzony
dokładnie do tego, aby wyjąć wtryskiwacz zapieczony w średnim stopniu, w jednym
kawałku. Gwint łącznika tłoka z adapterem posiada rozmiar M18 x 1,5 i jest dostosowany
do adapterów marek ROOKS, GOVONI i PICHLER.
Wszystkie gwinty muszą być nasmarowane smarem ceramicznym oraz dokręcone
z momentem ok. 20 Nm. Powietrze zasilające musi być czyste, bez wilgoci i z odpowiednią
ilością oleju do narzędzi pneumatycznych (zalecany OK-04.1501).
Do prawidłowego i bezpiecznego demontażu wtryskiwacza niezbędne są adaptery
chwytające wtryskiwacz. Zalecane są adaptery dwupunktowe, które chwytają wtryskiwacz
w dwóch miejscach: gwint wewnętrzny i gwint cewki lub mocowanie wtryskiwacza.

Procedura pracy:
• zdemontuj podłączenia elektryczne wtryskiwacza,
• zdemontuj przewody paliwowe,
• zdemontuj cewkę wtryskiwacza,
• nasmaruj wszystkie gwinty smarem ceramicznym,
• zamontuj adapter wtryskiwacza,
• podłącz ściągacz do adaptera,
• dokręć gwinty z momentem ok. 20 Nm (podczas pracy udarowej gwinty
mogą się luzować; jeśli tak się stanie, dokręć ponownie),
• podłącz powietrze do szybkozłącza,
• otwórz zawór – włącznik i wyciągnij wtryskiwacz,
• na początku zastosuj pracę w trybie SLOW, jeśli nie będzie skuteczna, przełącz
na tryb FAST,
• przełącznik znajduje się w dolnej części cylindra, przesuń czerwony ring
w odpowiednią pozycję.

APPLICATION
The injector puller works with VIBRO technology, which uses high frequency impact.
This impact, combined with the high weight and large piston stroke, translates into great
thrust, which allows the removal of sealed injectors. The puller is supplied with compressed
air at a pressure of 6-8 bar by means of a flexible hose with a quick coupler and a valve-
switch. The ROOKS puller is designed exactly to remove the sealed injector in a medium
degree, in one piece. The thread of the piston connector with the adapter has a size of
M18 x 1.5 and is adapted to adapters of the brands ROOKS, GOVONI and PICHLER.
All threads must be lubricated with ceramic grease and tightened with a torque of about
20 Nm. The supply air must be clean, without moisture and with the right amount of oil for
pneumatic tools (recommended OK-04.1501).
For correct and safe disassembly of the injector, injector gripping adapters are necessary.
Two-point adapters are recommended, which grip the injector in two places: the internal
thread and the coil thread or the injector mount.
Work procedure:
• disassemble the injector electrical connections,
• disassemble fuel lines,
• disassemble the injector coil,
• lubricate all threads with ceramic grease,
• install the injector adapter,
• connect the puller to the adapter,
• tighten the threads with a torque of about 20 Nm (during impact operation

the threads may loosen; if this happens, tighten again),
• connect the air to the quick coupler,
• open the valve – switch and pull out the injector,
• at the beginning apply work in SLOW mode, if it is not eective, switch to FAST mode,
• the switch is located at the bottom of the cylinder, move the red ring to the right
position.

ANWENDUNG
Der Injektorabzieher arbeitet mit der VIBRO-Technologie, die einen Hochfrequenzschlag
verwendet. Dieser Aufprall, kombiniert mit dem hohen Gewicht und dem großen Kolbenhub,
führt zu einem großen Schub, der das Entfernen von abgedichteten Einspritzdüsen
ermöglicht. Der Abzieher wird mit Druckluft mit einem Druck von 6-8 bar über einen
flexiblen Schlauch mit Schnellwechsler und einem Ventilschalter versorgt. Der ROOKS-
Abzieher ist genau so konzipiert, dass er den Injektor in einem Stück in mittlerem Grad
gebacken entfernt. Das Gewinde des Kolbenverbinders mit dem Adapter hat eine Größe
von M18 x 1,5 und ist an Adapter der Marken ROOKS, GOVONI und PICHLER angepasst.
Alle Gewinde müssen mit Keramikfett geschmiert und mit einem Drehmoment von ca. 20
Nm angezogen werden. Die Zuluft muss sauber, feuchtigkeitsfrei und mit der richtigen
Ölmenge für Druckluftwerkzeuge (empfohlen OK-04.1501) sein.
Für eine korrekte und sichere Demontage des Injektors sind Injektorgreifadapter
erforderlich. Empfohlen werden Zwei-Punkt-Adapter, die den Injektor an zwei Stellen
greifen: am Innengewinde und am Spulengewinde oder an der Injektorhalterung.
Arbeitsablauf:
• demontieren Sie die elektrischen Anschlüsse des Injektors,
• Kraftstoeitungen zerlegen,
• die Injektorspule zerlegen,
• alle Gewinde mit Keramikfett schmieren,
• installieren Sie den Injektoradapter,
• verbinden Sie den Abzieher mit dem Adapter,
• ziehen Sie die Gewinde mit einem Drehmoment von ca. 20 Nm fest (während des
Aufprallbetriebs können sich die Gewinde lösen. In diesem Fall wieder festziehen),
• schließen Sie die Luft an den Schnellwechsler an,
• Ventil önen – Injektor umschalten und herausziehen,
• wenden Sie zu Beginn die Arbeit im SLOW-Modus an, wenn sie nicht eektiv ist,
wechseln Sie in den FAST-Modus,
• der Schalter befindet sich an der Unterseite des Zylinders, bewegen Sie den
roten Ring in die richtige Position.
