
Directions
1.Removethetop(domeshape)fromthebasebyunscrewing
inacounter-clockwisedirection.Removethepartsneededto
complete the assembly of your unit from the plastic bag.
2.Insertthe3“U”shapedwiresupportsintothebaseof the
unit(figure1).
3.Attachthe“stirringdevice”tothemotorbypressinginto
placeusingthecenterholeinstirringdevice(figure2).
4.Nowinsertthe2“D”cellbatteries(figure3).The“stirring
device”willbeginturningoncethebatteriesareinserted.
5.Closetheunitbyscrewingthedomeoninaclockwise
directionuntilresistanceisfelt.Donotovertighten.
6. When the birdbath is filled completely with water (as will happen after a
heavy rain) the highest water level must remain at least 1/4” below the
plastic bottom of the Water Wiggler.
Determinethedepthof yourbirdbath.Emptythewater
in the bird bath and place the Water Wiggler in the deepest
portionof birdbath(figure4).Placeayardstickorother
“straight-edge”deviceacrossthetoprimof thebirdbath.
Remember:aheavyrainwillcompletelyfillyourbirdbath.
A.Ifthemaximumhigh-waterlevel(simulatedbythestraight-
edgeplacedacrossthebirdbath)ismorethan1/4”from
theplasticbottomoftheWaterWiggler,simplyplacethe
unit in the center of your bath and it is ready to operate.
B.If themaximumhigh-waterlevel(simulatedbythestraight-
edgeplacedacrossthebirdbath)islessthan1/4”from
theplasticbottomof theWaterWiggler,thenyoumust
raise the unit by placing a stable and level support under
the Water Wiggler. Be sure the unit is secure and will not
fall off of this raised support.
