Fill ball
bearings
with
rolling
bearing
grease

Progressing Cavity Pumps
Fill hollow
spaces
between the
rolling bodies
up to approx.
30-50% with
grease.
Scrape off
excessive
grease.

Progressing Cavity Pumps
Slightly oil bearing
seat surface.
By means of a
suitable tube,
press double-row
angular-contact
ball bearing from
the driving side
over the outer
bearing ring into
the bearing
bracket.

The two bearings
are to be pressed
into the bearing
bracket in O-type
arrangement, and
adjusted over
shim rings,
without
clearance.
Insert circlip in
the bearing
bracket.

Insert
spacer
sleeve
in the
bearing
bracket.

Fill space
between
bearing
bracket
and spacer
sleeve up
to approx.
90% with
roller
bearing
grease.

Fill ball
bearings
with
rolling
bearing
grease.

Slightly
oil
bearing
seat
surface.

By means of a
suitable tube,
press grooved
ball bearing
from the driving
side over the
outer bearing
into the bearing
bracket.

Insert
spacer ring
from the
pump side
into the
bearing
bracket.

Fill space
of the lip
seal with
rolling
bearing
grease.

Progressing Cavity Pumps
Lubricate
sealing lips
with roller
bearing
grease.

Progressing Cavity Pumps
Press shaft lip
seal into the
cleaned seat of
the bearing
bracket.
