PVC Light Head Assembly can either be glued together using PVC
glue or it can be assembled using #6 x 3/8” stainless steel screws
which allows the 45° Elbows to be adjusted or changed if need be.

Assembly Instructions
• Slide Aluminum Mounting Bracket (7) onto Vertical 1” PVC Shaft (2)
• Run “Female” end of power-cord through 1” PVC Handle Assembly and Vertical Shaft
• Position the Light Head Assembly (1) below the Vertical PVC Shaft (2)
• Plug the Light Head Connections (3) into the Power-Cord Connection (4)
• Slide the Light Head Assembly (1) onto the Schedule 40 1” Vertical Shaft (2) (Use
PVC glue or screws to secure pieces).
• To Remove or Replace FlounderPro 2850 Light Heads, loosen screws (5) on PVC light
head assembly.
