3.1 General
• Load a Paper Roll
• Connect data cable (SERIAL or USB) with communication port on controller
• Connect power supplier with power connector on controller
• Confirm first feeding & cutting action when power is ON => Initial action
(Initial action will not work if paper is not inserted)
3.2 Paper Specification
1) Make sure that paper roll should meet the specifications. Do not use paper rolls that have the
paper glued to the core because the printer cannot detect the paper end correctly.
2) Make sure that the printer is not receiving data, otherwise data may be lost.
3) Remove the used paper roll core if there is one.
4) Make sure that the paper direction is correct.
3. HOW TO USE
O.K

15
3.3 Installation - Loading Paper Roll

4) Close printer head part(Blue) and put down paper roll bar unit(Red) on the paper

17
3.4 Installation
-Connecting Cable & Supplying Power & Initial Action
1. Connect data cable (SERIAL or USB) with cable port on controller
2. Connect power supplier connector with power connector on Control Board. You can hear beep sound.
zWhen you supply power to printer without roll paper the RED LED on controller flashes.
3. After supplying power to printer once you open & close Thermal Head Part printer works initial action
cutting empty receipt.
# Initial action is preparation for keeping paper
