If this product is passed to a third party, then these instructions
must be included.
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always
be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and/or injury to
persons including the following:
CAUTION This product can be dangerous if used improperly.
Children should not be allowed to use this equipment, as incorrect setting
can allow the tire to be over inflated and a subsequent tire burst/explosion
can occur!
CAUTION Risk of injury! Never inhale air from the product, or pump
air into the mouth, nose, eyes or any other orifice of a person or animal.
Serious injury can occur.
CAUTION Risk of electric shock! Unplug from outlet when not in
use and before cleaning.
• This product is not a toy. It is not intended to be used by children even
if they are supervised.
• Do not direct the air steam at any person or animal.
• Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or
after the appliance malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any
manner. Return appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for
examination, repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
• Ensure that all cables, plugs and hoses are properly connected and in
proper condition before each use.
• Do not expose the air hose to direct sunlight, oil, gasoline or other
corrosive liquids, as this may weaken the strength of the air hose
what may result in a hose burst.
• The product can be installed outside, but a shelter is suggested to
protect the product from the weather and to extend the service life.
• Each person who is involved with installation, start-up, maintenance
and the operation of the unit must read and understand the complete
instruction manual.
• Before connecting the product to a compressor, always read the
instruction manual of the compressor too.
• Always observe maximum pressure. Do not inflate items beyond their
maximum pressure. Always read the markings on the tire or read the
instruction manual of the item to be inflated.

• When using the OPS function, the sum pressure must not exceed the
tire’s maximum inflation pressure.
• The air inlet/outlet and the connectors must be kept clean and
unobstructed.
• This product is not suitable for the filling of bicycle tires or items with
a similar small capacity as an over filling and a burst is possible.
• Before connecting/disconnecting any compressor to the product,
release all the pressure or close the pressure vents. Never connect/
disconnect any air hose when it is under pressure.
• This product is connected directly to compressed air which might
contain oil and water. Water is from condensation and oil is from the
compressor. Water and oil can destroy this product. Always attach a
filter prior to this product’s air connection.
• To avoid product damage, never exceed the maximum inlet pressure
or 182 psi / 12.5 bar / 1250 kPa / 12.7 kg/cm2.
• This product is only to be used with compressed air. Do not use this
product with any other gases.

Intended Use
• This product is intended for an automated inflation of tires. The compressed
air is provided by a separate compressor (not included).
• This product is not intended to inflate items with a small capacity
(e.g. bicycle tires) as the air outflow of this product is too high.
Thismay lead to a sudden over filling and a burst of the item.
• No liability will be accepted for damages resulting from improper use
or non-compliance with these instructions.

Before First Use

Installation
• This product should be installed and maintained by a qualified person
only.
• Before mounting, determine the suitable mounting location. If the product
is mounted outdoors, install it in a location where it is protected from
bad weather conditions.
• The product must be fixed to a wooden or masonry/concrete wall using
fasteners that are appropriate for the mounting surface. The mounting
surface must be capable of supporting the weight of the product.
• Do not drill into any pipes or power lines beneath the wall’s surface
during mounting holes preparation. Use a voltage/metal detector.
• Do not hang or put anything on the product.

Connecting/disconnecting air hose
First use
Switching on/off
• To switch on the product, connect the plug (E) to the socket outlet.
The display (N) switches on.
• To switch off the product, disconnect the plug (E) from the socket outlet.
Setting the pressure unit
• Press the button (T). The SET indicator (O) lights up on the display (N).
• Press the +/– buttons (S) to change the unit (psi / bar / kPa / kg/cm²).
The selected unit is shown by the unit indicators (M).

• Press the button (R) to save the setting. The buzzer (G) confirms
the setting with a longer sound.
NOTICE After changing the unit, all other presets are set to default
values.
Operation
NOTICE Dirt can damage the valve! Before connecting, check the
tire chuck (L) and the valve for dust and other foreign particles. Clean both
if necessary.
Option A: Simple inflating
• Press a preselect button (Q) to select your vehicle type. The set goal
pressure is shown on the display (N).
• If necessary, change the goal pressure by pressing the +/– buttons (S).
• Press the button (R) to save the setting. The buzzer (G) confirms
the setting with a longer sound.
• Connect the tire chuck (L) to the tire valve. The inflation process starts
automatically.
• If the tire pressure is below 3 psi (0.2 bar), press the button (R) to
start the inflation process.
Option B: Using the OPS (over pressure system)
NOTICE The OPS (over pressure system) first inflates the tire above
the goal pressure. The value of the OPS is the pressure which will be added
to the goal pressure. After reaching the sum pressure of goal pressure plus
OPS value, the system deflates the tire to the goal pressure.
Example:
– The goal pressure is set to 30 psi (2.07 bar).
– The OPS value is set to 5 psi (0.34 bar).
– First the tire is being inflated up to 35 psi (2.41 bar).
– After that, the pressure in decreased to 30 psi (2.07 bar).
• Press a preselect button (Q) to select your vehicle type. The set goal
pressure is shown on the display (N).
• If necessary, change the goal pressure by pressing the +/– buttons (S).
• Press the button (T) twice. The OPS indicator (P) is flashing on the
display (N).
• Set the OPS value by pressing the +/– buttons (S).

• Press the button (R) to save the setting. The buzzer (G) confirms
the setting with a longer sound. If the set OPS value is > 0, the OPS
indicator (P) lights up in the display (N).
• Connect the tire chuck (L) to the tire valve. The inflation process starts
automatically.
• If the tire pressure is below 3 psi (0.2 bar), press the button (R) to
start the inflation process.
During inflation
• During the inflation, the progress bar (V) shows the inflation progress.
NOTICE If you are using the OPS (over pressure system), the progress
bar (V) rises until the sum pressure is reached. Then the progress bar
decreases until the goal pressure is reached.
• If necessary, change the goal pressure by pressing the +/– buttons (S).
• You can cancel the inflation anytime by pressing the button (R).
• When the inflation process is finished, the buzzer (G) sounds once.
• To remove the tire chuck (L) from the valve: Press the lever of the tire
chuck (L) and remove it.
Cleaning and Maintenance
WARNING Risk of electric shock! To prevent electric shock,
unplug the product before cleaning.
WARNING Risk of electric shock! During cleaning, do not
immerse the product in water or other liquids. Never hold the product
under running water.
Cleaning
• To clean the product, wipe with a soft, slightly moist cloth.
• Dry the product after cleaning.
• Never use corrosive detergents, wire brushes, abrasive scourers,
metal or sharp utensils to clean the product.
Inlet filter
• Regularly ensure that the supported air is clean, without any of oil, dirt
or moisture. Refer to the instruction manual of the compressor or the
preconnected filter.

Storage
• Store the product in its original packaging in a dry area. Keep away
from children and pets.
Maintenance
• Any other servicing than mentioned in this manual should be performed
by an authorized service representative.

• Al usar la función OPS, la presión no debe superar la presión de inflado
máxima del neumático.
• La toma/escape de aire y los conectores deben mantenerse limpios y
libres de obstrucciones.
• Este producto no es apto para inflar neumáticos de bicicletas u objetos
de capacidad similar, ya que existe una alta posibilidad de inflarlos más
de la cuenta.
• Antes de conectar o desconectar un compresor al producto, purgue
toda la presión o cierre las ventilas de presión. Jamás conecte o
desconecte mangueras de aire cuando esté presurizado.
• Este producto se conecta directamente a aire comprimido, el cual
podría contener aceite y agua. El agua proviene de la condensación y el
aceite proviene del compresor. El agua y el aceite pueden destruir a este
producto. Coloque siempre un filtro antes de conectar aire al producto.
• Para evitar daños al producto, jamás supere la presión máxima de
entrada de 182psi / 12.5bar / 1250kPa / 12,7kg/cm2.
• Este producto se debe usar solo con aire comprimido. No use este
producto con otros tipos de gases.

Instalación

• El producto debe fijarse a un muro de madera o tabiquería/concreto,
usando elementos de fijación aptos para la superficie de montaje.
Lasuperficie de montaje debe ser capaz de resistir el peso del producto.
• No perfore tuberías ni líneas eléctricas debajo de la superficie del muro
durante la preparación de los orificios de montaje. Use un detector de
voltaje/metal.
• No cuelgue ni coloque objetos sobre el producto.

Paso 2:
Conexión/desconexión de la manguera de aire
Primer uso
Encendido/apagado
• Para encender el producto, conecte la clavija (E) a la toma de corriente.
La pantalla (N) se enciende.
• Para apagar el producto, desconecte la clavija (E) de la toma de corriente.
Configuración de la unidad de presión
• Presione el botón (T). El indicador SET (O) se enciende en la pantalla (N).
• Presione los botones +/– (S) para cambiar la unidad (psi / bar / kPa / kg/
cm²). La unidad seleccionada aparece en los indicadores de unidad (M).
• Presione el botón (R) para guardar la configuración. La chicharra
(G) confirma el ajuste con un sonido más extenso.
AVISO Después de cambiar la unidad, los demás ajustes
prestablecidos cambian a los valores predeterminados.

Funcionamiento
AVISO ¡La suciedad puede dañar la válvula! Antes de conectar,
revise el regulador de aire (L) y la válvula en busca de polvo y otras
partículas extrañas. De ser necesario, limpie.
Opción A: Inflado simple
• Presione un botón preseleccionado (Q) para elegir su tipo de vehículo.
La presión objetivo establecida aparece en la pantalla (N).
• De ser necesario, cambie la presión objetivo presionando los
botones+/– (S).
• Presione el botón (R) para guardar la configuración. La chicharra (G)
confirma el ajuste con un sonido más extenso.
• Conecte el regulador de aire (L) a la válvula del neumático. El proceso
de inflado comienza automáticamente.
• Si la presión del neumático está por debajo de 3psi (0,2bar), presione
el botón (R) para comenzar el proceso de inflado.
Opción B: Uso de la función OPS (sistema de sobrepresión)
AVISO La función OPS (sistema de sobrepresión) primero infla el
neumático por sobre la presión objetivo. El valor de la función OPS es
la presión que se añadirá a la presión objetivo. Tras lograr la presión
objetivo sumada a la del valor OPS, el sistema desinfla el neumático
hasta alcanzar la presión objetivo.
Ejemplo:
– La presión objetivo configurada es 30psi (2,07bar).
– El valor OPS configurado es 5psi (0,34bar).
– Primero, el neumático se infla hasta llegar a 35psi (2,41bar).
– Luego, la presión se reduce hasta llegar a 30psi (2,07bar).
• Presione un botón preseleccionado (Q) para elegir su tipo de
vehículo. La presión objetivo establecida aparece en la pantalla (N).
• De ser necesario, cambie la presión objetivo presionando los
botones+/– (S).
• Presione el botón (T) dos veces. El indicador OPS (P) parpadea en
la pantalla (N).
