Assembling the Grill

Step 1

1/4-20x1/2” truss head screws (x4)

1. Secure the front foot (1) to the front left support (3) with two 1/4-20x1/2” truss head screws (A).

2. Secure the back foot (2) to the back left support (4) with two 1/4-20x1/2” truss head screws (A).

Step 2

Remove the screw on the tank lock (6) and disassemble into four parts (screw, washer, bracket, and pin).

Step 3

1/4-20x1/2” truss head screws (x2)

Secure the bracket from the tank lock (disassembled in the previous step) to the tank shelf (5) with two 1/4-20x1/2” truss head

screws (A).

Step 4

Thread the pin through the hole in the end of the tank shelf (5), then secure with the screw and washer.

Step 5

1/4-20x1/2” truss head screws (x10) 5/32-32x2/5” truss head screws (x4)

1. Secure the back right support (7) to the tank shelf (5) with three 1/4-20x1/2” truss head screws (A).

2. Secure the back left support (4) to the tank shelf (5) with three 1/4-20x1/2” truss head screws (A).

3. Secure the front right support (8) to the tank shelf (5) with two 1/4-20x1/2” truss head screws (A) and two 5/32-32x2/5”

truss head screws (B).

4. Secure the front left support (3) to the tank shelf (5) with two 1/4-20x1/2” truss head screws (A) and two 5/32-32x2/5”

truss head screws (B).

Step 6

5/32-32x2/5” truss head screws (x8)

Secure the two front panels (9) to the front supports with eight 5/32-32x2/5” truss head screws (B).

Step 7

Thread the axle (10) through the holes at the bottom of the right supports.

Step 8

5/16” at washers (x2) 5/16” nuts (x2)

Slide the wheels (11) onto each end of the axle, insert a 5/16” at washer (D) onto each end, then secure each wheel with a

5/16” nut (E). Tighten each nut with a wrench.

Step 9

1/4-20x1/2” truss head screw (x1)

Insert the ends of the tank exclusion bar (12) into the left supports, then secure the bar to the tank shelf with a 1/4-20x1/2”

truss head screw (A).

Step 10

With a partner, lift the grill box (13) onto the supports.

Step 11

1/4-20x1/2” truss head screws (x4)

Secure the grill box with one 1/4-20x1/2” truss head screw (A) at each corner.

Step 12

1/4-20x1/2” truss head screws (x4) 5/32-32x2/5” truss head screws (x4)

Secure the grill box with four 1/4-20x1/2” truss head screws (A) and four 5/32-32x2/5” truss head screws (B).

Step 13

5/32-32x2/5” truss head screws (x4) 5/32” nuts (x4)

Align the two side braces (14) with the holes in the supports, then secure with four 5/32-32x2/5” truss head screws (B) and four

5/32” nuts (F).

Step 14

1. Remove the two screws from the ends of the handle (32).

2. Align the ends of the handle with the holes in the grill box, then secure with the two screws.

Step 15

5/32-32x2/5” truss head screws (x4)

1. Align a shelf bracket (17) with the left side shelf (15) and left shelf cover (16), then secure with two 5/32-32x2/5” truss

head screws (B). Do not fully tighten.

2. Secure the edge of the left side shelf and left shelf cover with two more 5/32-32x2/5” truss head screws (B).

3. Fully tighten the screws.

Step 16

Loosen the two upper screws on the left side of the grill box, then slide the left shelf assembly onto the grill box. The grill box

screws should t into the shelf’s keyhole slots.

Step 17

1/4-20x1/2” truss head screws (x3) 1/4” at washers (x3)

Secure the left side shelf with three 1/4” at washers (C) and three 1/4-20x1/2” truss head screws (A).

Step 18

5/32-32x2/5” truss head screws (x2)

1. Make sure that the shelf assembly is fully seated in the keyhole slot, then retighten the screw you loosened in step 16.

2. Secure the left shelf cover with two 5/32-32x2/5” truss head screws (B).

Step 19

5/32-32x2/5” truss head screws (x4)

1. Align a shelf bracket (17) with the right sideburner shelf (18) and right shelf cover (19), then secure with two 5/32-32x2/5”

truss head screws (B). Do not fully tighten.

2. Secure the edge of the right sideburner shelf and right shelf cover with two more 5/32-32x2/5” truss head screws (B).

3. Fully tighten the screws.

Step 20

Loosen the two upper screws on the right side of the grill box, then slide the right sideburner assembly onto the grill box. The

grill box screws should t into the shelf’s keyhole slots.

Step 21

1/4-20x1/2” truss head screws (x3) 1/4” at washers (x3)

Secure the right sideburner shelf with three 1/4” at washers (C) and three 1/4-20x1/2” truss head screws (A).

Step 22

5/32-32x2/5” truss head screws (x2)

1. Make sure that the sideburner assembly is fully seated in the keyhole slot, then retighten the screws you loosened in step

20.

2. Secure the right shelf cover with two 5/32-32x2/5” truss head screws (B).

Step 23

1. Loosen the two sideburner control screws. Do not remove the screws.

2. Place the sideburner valve into the hole of the right sideburner shelf cover, then slide it down to lock in place.

3. Retighten the two sideburner control screws.

Step 24

Remove the two screws on the sideburner (20).
