requirementsthatyoumustuseandfollowtoproperlyinstallthetypeortypesofequipmentlistedabove.It
isyourobligationasthecustomertoensurethatthemachineisinstalledsafelyandproperly,andwhen
completed,themachineisleftinproperandsafeworkingorder.Electrical,Plumbing,andChemicalhookup
shouldbeperformedbyaqualifiedprofessionalwhowillensurethattheequipmentisinstalledinaccordance
withallapplicableCodes,Ordinances,andSafetyrequirements.Failuretofollowtheinstallation
instructionscouldvoidthewarranty.ADSassumesnoliabilityorcontrolovertheinstallationofthe
equipment.ProductfailureduetoimproperinstallationisnotcoveredundertheADSWarranty.
#2FLUSHOUT—Donotinstallsprayarmuntilmachineisflushedwithwater.Whenthismachineisturnedon,
pushtheFILLswitchtoputwaterinthetankthenpushtheSTARTbuttononthefrontdoortocompleteone
cycle.Dothisbeforeinstallingthesprayarm.Pumptheflushwateroutbeforeinstallingsprayarmby
pushingtheswitchmarkedDRAIN.Drainingthewaterwillflushthetankandpump.
#3WATERHEATERS—orboilersmustprovidetheminimumtemperatureof120Fdegreesrequiredbythe
machinelistedabove,whichhasaminimumdemandof57.6gallonsperhour.Therecommended
temperaturerangeforoptimalperformanceis130‐140F‐degrees.Thesespecificationsarefortheglasswasher
only,whichtypicallyaccountsforonlypartofarestaurant’shotwaterdemand.
#4IMPORTANT—Themodelofglasswasherlistedinthisdocumentmustbeinstalledwithspacearoundthe
outsidetoallowforservicingaswellasa4”spacebehindthemachinefromthewall.Itshouldnotbebuilt
intowoodencabinets.
#5INSPECTFORDAMAGE—Ifyoureceiveadamagedmachine,donotsign“Clear,”insteadwritetheword
“Damaged”onthedocuments.
