MOUNTING
Use the #8-32 x 1” screws to secure the VAPOR-C to the monitored equipment (9/64” Allen wrench). If the
device is used as a pump controller or communication gateway, then there is no importance to the orientation;
however, if also used for rotating equipment vibration monitoring then follow the below for the right
orientation.

WIRING
•Use the Allen wrench 5/6” (8mm) to unscrew the cover from the base.
•Open the box, so you have access to the wire’s terminal block
•Run the 6-wire cable through the cable gland in the bottom. For water resistance environment use cable
AMI part#400-0048. If other cable is used, ensure cable outer diameter of 8mm and smooth cable jacket for
proper sealing.
•Connect the wires according to the wiring diagram below
