Ensure sprockets cannot contact the Pop-up flight activation cams. These cams hinge below the belt surface when unsupported by wear-strips. If needed use extra retaining
rings each side of floating sprockets to ensure they cannot contact the activation cams but can still float sideways.
*Standard indent 34.0 mm (1.34 in), other indents upon request.
**Max. Load per Drive Sprocket. Belt material: POM-DI with snub roller 2000 N (450 lbf) without snub roller 1250 N (281 lbf)

Placing of sprockets

Placing of
sprockets
Place the sprockets with the marks in the same position to ensure alignment on the shaft and correct engagement of the belt.
Ensure sprockets cannot contact the Pop-up flight activation cams. These cams hinge below the belt surface when unsupported
by wear-strips. If needed use extra retaining rings each side of floating sprockets to ensure they cannot contact the activation
cams but can still float sideways.
Montieren Sie die Kettenräder mit Hilfe der Markierungen in die Gleiche Position, um sicherzustellen, dass sie einheitlich auf
der Welle sitzen und dadurch gleichmässig in die Kette greifen können. Achten Sie darauf, dass Kettenräder nicht mit den

Posizionare i pignoni con i riferimenti allineati per assicurare la corretta fasatura tra i denti dei diversi pignoni e quindi il corretto
ingranamento con il nastro. Assicuratevi che i pignoni non interferiscano con le camme di attivazione dei facchini Pop-up flight.

Coloque las ruedas con las marcas en la misma posición, para asegurar su correcta alineación en el eje y un correcto engranaje de
la banda. Cerciórese de que las ruedas dentadas no entran en contacto con las levas de activación de os Pop-up flight. Estas levas
se articulan debajo de la superficie de la banda cuando no están soportadas por los perfiles de desgaste. Utilice aros de retención

Positionner les pignons avec les marquages au même endroit , afin de garantir l’alignement des dentures et un bon engrène-
ment. Veillez à ce que les pignons ne touchent pas les cames d’activation des Pop-up flight. Ces cames tombent en dessous
de la surface de la bande lorsqu’elles ne sont pas activées par des profils rainurés. Si nécessaire, utilisez des bagues de retenue
supplémentaires de chaque côté des pignons libres afin d’éviter qu’ils ne viennent toucher les cames, tout en leur laissant du jeu
latéral pour glisser sur l’arbre.
Fix the center sprocket only with retainer rings to
prevent axial movement and to ensure an even
pull. The other sprockets must be laterally free on
the shaft.
Befestigen Sie das mittlere Kettenrad ausschliesslich
mit den Halteringen um axiale Bewegungen zu ver-
hindern und eine gleichmässige Zugkraft sicherzus-
tellen. Die anderen Kettenräder müssen seitlich frei
beweglich auf die Welle gesetzt werden.
Fixez le pignon au milieu seulement avec des bagues
d'arrêts pour prévenir le
mouvement du pignon de l'abre et pour assurer
une traction alignée. Les autres pignons doivent être
latéralement libre sure l'abre.
Fijar solo la rueda central con arandelas de fijación
para prevenir el movimiento axial

Fixez uniquement le pignon central à l’aide de
bagues d’arrêts et guidez ainsi la bande, les autres
pignons restant eux glissants sur l’arbre.
