- Do not expose the system to excessive heat or cold. Do not use the device in excessively damp, dusty or smoky environments (the
control unit is not watertight or airtight). Avoid dropping or knocking the device. Avoid using it in enclosed spaces, areas subject
to extreme vibrations or serious impacts. Never pierce, scratch or use abrasive cleaning products on this device. Ensure that the
cables are correctly connected and positioned so that they cannot be pinched or trodden on. Incorrect cable connection may
damage the system. The device can be powered using a 12 V or 24 V car battery or a vehicle electrical system. Check the polarity
when connecting. Disconnect the power cable when you are not using the device. Disconnect all cables from the control unit
before cleaning the device. Use mild household detergent and clean the device with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Never use powerful
solvents such as diluent or benzene, as they may damage the finish on the device.
- Cable connection:
Before carrying out work on the electrical components of your device, always disconnect the negative terminal of the battery (and
possibly that of the additional battery) to prevent any risk of a short circuit. When you disconnect the negative terminal of the
battery, the volatile memories of convenience electronics lose all recorded data.

5POSITIONING THE CALIBRATION MATS
The calibration mats must be placed at the four corners of the vehicle. Ensure that each camera
has a full view of both test patterns. This will allow you to perform the calibration process,
described on page 7.

To switch on, make sure that the electrical connections are correct:
1 - Ground
2 - + Battery
3 - Ignition
4 - The 3 priority information wires: left indicator, right indicator and reverse gear
5 - Default view
Switch on the ignition to switch on the 360 system and the screen.
Upon start-up, the screen displays the welcome logo then the default view (see Display
mode setting).
When one of the indicators is operated, the 360 system displays the view of the
corresponding camera (left camera if you turn left and right if you turn right).
In reverse gear, the screen displays reverse, and the parking lines if they have been
correctly selected and configured.
When the vehicle is moving, use the remote control to:
- Display the view from the camera of your choice
- Display the 360° view
- Display the Split view

5. TECHNICAL ADVICE
EQUIPMENT TESTING
PERMANENT CONNECTIONS
To conduct testing, you need to:
- Set up the devices (4 cameras and screen)
- Connect to the screen (new screen or original screen via an adaptor cable)
- Connect the devices without making permanent connections.
- Connect the control lines (reverse, left and right indicator, etc.).
- Power up and switch on the system.
- Select preferred language with the MENU button.
- Test the operation of the components together (camera viewing).
- Perform 360 calibration
- If you are satisfied with how the system operates, install the devices and connections permanently.
When you set up electrical connections:
> Use crimping pliers to join the cables.
> For permanent connections, you can gather together the cable ends by soldering and then insulating them.
> For connections to the ground line, crimp with a round terminal and connect to a vehicle ground screw
with a serrated washer, or self-tapping screw to the vehicle bodywork.
> Ensure that the grounding transfer is done correctly.
> Avoid attaching cables to movable items (e.g.: steering columns, racks, pulleys, etc.)
Please check that they are not:
> Bent or twisted. In the event of excess cabling, do not roll up the cable onto a reel, make a serpentine belt.
> Ensure no friction against metal edges.
> Ensure no cables are placed along paths with sharp edges and no protection (use a cable gland or
stuffing box).
- Insulate all the joins and connections for protection against water and dust.
- Protect the cables from any mechanical pressure by securing them.
Ensure that all of the connections have been done correctly.
> Any connection of the camera’s automatic control wire to ground is prohibited, the device could be
damaged. It is imperative to insulate in particular the exposed ends of control lines when these are not in
use and are therefore not connected

Please adhere to the conditions of use relating to screens:
Failure to follow the instructions for the installation and use of a screen in a vehicle constitutes a violation
(according to the legislation in force in the country of use) and this could entail the payment of a fine with
the associated legal costs.
The screen must be attached to the vehicle directly or held in place by a fixed mount. Driving requires
your full attention and concentration. Using a device equipped with a screen while driving can be a major
source of distraction, even if it is a driving aid. If the driver can view the information displayed on the
screen from the driving position, use of the device is permitted if the driver follows the instructions for the
installation and use of the screen. If you need to programme or enter information, do this BEFORE you
start driving.
Comply with the following instructions when working on the electrical components:
> When checking the voltage of electric cables, only use an LED test lamp or a voltmeter. Test lamps with a
light element can damage the vehicle’s electronic systems and trigger the airbag.
> Do not use terminal blocks when making connections.
An inadequate electrical connection could lead to a short circuit, resulting in:
> Combustion of the cables
> The airbag being triggered
> Damage to the electronic systems of the control unit
> Failure of the electrical functions (indicators, brake lights, horn, ignition, headlights).
Dispose of packaging via the appropriate recycling streams.
When your device reaches the end of its life, contact your local recycling centre or your specialist reseller
for the relevant waste reprocessing requirements.

- Nous vous recommandons de faire installer votre matériel par un professionnel (cf rubrique mentions légales). Le non-respect

- N’exposez pas le système à une chaleur ou un froid excessif. N’utilisez pas non plus cet appareil dans des environnements
excessivement humides, poussièreux ou enfumés (le boitier de commande n’est pas étanche). Évitez de faire tomber ou d’heurter
l’appareil. Évitez de l’utiliser dans les espaces clos, les zones soumises à des vibrations excessives ou à de graves impacts. Ne
jamais percer, rayer ou utiliser des produits de nettoyage abrasifs sur cet appareil. Assurez vous que les câbles soient correctement
connectés et placez les de manière à ce qu’ils ne puissent être pincés ou piétinés. Des connexions de câbles incorrectes peuvent
endommager le système. L’appareil peut être alimenté par une batterie automobile de 12 ou 24 volts ou un système électrique
de véhicule. Respectez la polarité. Retirez les connexions du câble d’alimentation lorsque vous n’avez pas l’intention d’utiliser
l’appareil. Retirez toutes les connexions des câbles du boîtier de commande avant de nettoyer l’appareil. Utilisez un détergent
ménager doux et nettoyez l’appareil avec un chiffon doux légèrement humide. N’utilisez jamais de solvants puissants tels que
diluant ou benzène, car ils pourraient endommager la finition de l’appareil.
- Raccordement des câbles :
Avant d’effectuer des travaux sur les éléments électriques de votre machine. Toujours débrancher le pôle négatif de la batterie (et
éventuellement de la batterie supplémentaire) afin d’éviter tout risque de court-circuit. Lorsque vous débranchez le pôle négatif de
la batterie, les mémoires volatiles de l’électronique de confort perdent toutes les données enregistrées.

5POSITIONNEMENT DES TAPIS DE CALIBRAGE
Les tapis de calibrage doivent être placés aux 4 angles du véhicule. Assurez-vous également que
chaque caméra possède une vue complète des deux mires. Cela vous permettra de procéder au
calibrage, détaillé en page 7.
