AMX-READY
The NXA-ENET24 and NXA-ENET24PoE Managed Ethernet Switches are
designed to seamlessly connect all AMX devices and to protect the
quality of audio and video streams coming through the switch. The NXA-
ENET24 and NXA-ENET24PoE each serve as a single, pre-configured
switch that ties together all AMX products operating on an IP network,
enabling AMX dealers to simply plug the AMX devices into the switch
and connect. No additional switches or softwareare necessary.
TWO CONFIGURATIONS AVAILABLE
•NXA-ENET24 is a managed Ethernet switch with 24 auto-MDI/MDIX
10Base-T/100Base-TX ports, 2 combo Gigabit (RJ-45/SPF) ports
and 2 built-in stacking ports.
•NXA-ENET24PoE is a managed Power over Ethernet (PoE) switch with
24 auto-MDI/MDIX 10Base-T/100Base-TX ports and 2 combo Gigabit
(RJ-45/SPF) ports.
DIRECTING NETWORK TRAFFIC
Increased network traffic, whether experienced by small businesses or
global conglomerates, makes it essential for IT departments to
implement AMX’sEthernet Switches to direct network traffic. These
switches have the ability to differentiate low priority applications such as
email and Internet searches from urgent, time-sensitive applications such
as audio or video streams coming from AMX MAX servers.
