Power Unit
Security and Performance
Secure Power Unit integrates two slots for hot-swappable power supplies and a battery module providing up to 10 minutes in
case of mains loss. Connected to your LiveCoreTM with a simple RS232 link cable, the advanced monitoring status of the Secure
Power Unit is available through the LiveCoreTM Web RCS.

Secure Power Unit at a glance
Slots for up to two hot-swappable power supplies
Battery module provides approx. 10 minutes of power in case of mains loss
Replaces the existing removable power supply of the LiveCoreTM device, which can
be used as second supply in SPU001 (see next page)
Advanced Status monitoring through LiveCoreTM Web RCS through RS232 link
User Controls: 2 LED for status message, 4 LED for battery charge, 1 test button
Connectors:
• speakONTM DC Power 12V (Female). The cable lead on the Secure Power
Unit adaptor module is approximately 30 cm
• RS232 for maintenance/information with a LiveCore™ device

