• While on A1 well, press once. The whole row should light up.
Because the LEDs are in a loop, pressing again will light up A12 well.
• Light up the whole second row by navigating to B1 well with the directional
arrows and repeating the process etc.

How to Light up all 96 wells
• While on A1 well, press once and press once. All 96 wells will be illuminated.
How to light up a row
How to light up a column
• While on A1 well, press once. The whole column should light up.
Because the LEDs are in a loop, pressing again will light up H1 well.
• Light up the whole second column by navigating to A2 well with the
directional arrows and repeating the process etc.
How to change directions when using Tracking Mode
• To advance down, hold
until the blue LED next to it
lights up.
• To advance right, hold
until the blue LED below it
lights up.

Connection
Connect the LightOne Illuminator to
one of the two slots shown.
Insert the LightOne Foot Pedal cord
into the small jack.
Connect the distribution box to the AC
adapter, plug in the AC adapter and
you are ready to go!

• Most buttons have 2 functions accessed by pressing once or holding it down
• LEDs are formatted in a loop.
Quick Start

• Navigate up, down, left and right with these 4
directional arrows.
• Use these directional arrows to choose where you
want to start in Tracking Mode and Auto Mode.

• Press once to switch through each of the three intensities.
• Hold to enter Index Mode.
• Index Mode can be used for light sensitive reagents. The A-H and
1-12 index lights can be illuminated as the eld lights remains o.

• Press once to select Auto Mode.
• Hold to enter set time interval mode.
• Orange LED next to “Time”should light up.
• Use and to set the duration of the interval.
• Press once to exit set time interval mode.
** A1 - A10 is 1 - 10 seconds, B1 - B10 is 11 - 20 seconds etc.

• Chose direction of advancement and set time increments.
Then press or to start.
• The single or group of lights will automatically advance in the
direction you chose after the preset number of seconds.
• A trail of dim lights will show which wells have been done.

Modes of Use:
• Use to move a single well or rows/
columns in any direction.
• Move whole rows up and down.
• Move whole columns left and right.
• Shows you where you currently are.
Manual Mode: Maximum Flexibility

• A trail of dim tracking lights are left behind to
signify which wells you have already done.
• Track with a single well, whole rows/columns or
partial rows/columns.

The LightOne Illuminator FS is warranted to be free of defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. If defects are
found during this warranty period, Analytical Sales will replace the defective
parts at no charge, provided product is returned within the warranty period.
This warranty specically excludes:
Defects caused by improper operation. Damage caused by
improper handling or accidental misuse. Damage incurred during shipping.
This warranty is VOID if moisture is discovered inside the unit or if the unit has
been opened.

SAFETY
Always wear protective gloves and safety glasses in the laboratory. The
LightOne Illuminator FS is intended for laboratory research use only. Power is
supplied to the LightOne Illuminator FS by the AC adaptor and is designed for
use with the LightOne Illuminator FS only. Do not attempt to use any other AC
adaptor with the LightOne Illuminator FS. The LightOne Illuminator FS should
not be modied or altered in any way. Analytical Sales is not responsible for
any injury or damage caused by improper use of this apparatus or by modi-
cations to the system not performed by Analytical Sales.
To clean, simply wipe down the smooth surface with a damp towel. The
LightOne Illuminator FS is water resistant, but not waterproof.
