HANDLING AND INSTALLATION OF THE TX7+
TX7+的搬运和安装
1. 简介 Introduction
我们向尊贵的客户提供此现场准备指南以确保您能迅速安装完毕 ANCA 的TX7+机
床并在最短的时间内开始生产。
These site preparation guidelines are provided to our valued customers,
in order to ensure that the installation of your ANCA TX7+ is
accomplished promptly, and is ready for production within the shortest
time frame.
2. 现场选择指南 Site Selection Guidelines
在安装期间,须检查以下各方面以确保高精确度和性能。
At installation, the following points should be checked in order to
ensure high accuracy and performance.
安装现场应尽量远离任何振动源,如冲压/压制设备,或者刨床类机床。
The installation site should be far as possible away from any sources of
vibration, i.e. stamping/press equipment, or planar type machine tools.
应避免与高频发电机,放电机或电焊机连在同一配电板,这样引起的干扰有可能导
致计算机数控系统产生故障。
Attaching high-frequency power generators, electric discharge
machines or electrical welding machines to the same power board
should be avoided, this should be avoided as interference may cause
the CNC to malfunction.
理想的操作环境要求周围环境的温度为 20°C (68°F),湿度在 40% 到75%之间。
The ideal operating environment calls for an ambient temperature of
20°C (68°F) with humidity between 40% and 75%.
和所有高精度磨床一样,热膨胀会影响 TX7+的精确度。为了保持静态下的磨削精
度并优化性能,TX7+应安装于不易受气流影响的区域。厂区不一定需要安装空调系
统,但建议周围环境的温度应在 17°C (62.5°F) 到25°C (77°F)之间。12 小时内的温
差应小于 2 °C。这样可以将磨床的热膨胀减小到最低程度。
As with all precision grinding machines the accuracy of the TX7+ can be
affected by thermal expansion. In order to maintain static grinding
accuracy and optimum performance, the TX7+ should be installed in an
area, which is not largely affected by airflow. Air conditioning of the
factory area is not essential, but an ambient temperature between 17°C

(62.5°F) and 25°C (77°F) is recommended. The temperature should be
maintained consistently between +/- 2 °C deviation over a 12-hour
period. This will minimize thermal expansion on the grinder.
当周围环境的温度超过 30°C 时,应考虑使用冷却液冷却装置,为达到较高的精确
度,冷却液的温度应与周围环境的温度保持一致。
A chiller unit for the coolant should be considered where ambient
temperatures exceed 30°C, for greater accuracy the coolant
temperature should be maintained at ambient temperature.
3. 地基要求 Foundation Requirements
TX7+应安装于坚固平坦的钢筋混凝土地面,厚度应超过 150 毫米(6英寸)。
The TX7+ should be mounted on a flat solid foundation of
reinforced concrete of at least 150mm (6”) in thickness.
地基处应与地面其他区域隔离。
The foundation should be separate from the rest of the floor.
4. TX7+的置放 Placement of the TX7+
TX7+抵达时,应固定于一托板上。托板尺寸为长 2900 毫米,宽 2300 毫米。机床和
托板的最大高度约为 2700 毫米。总重量(机床+托板+附件)约为 7500 公斤。木
质托板和 TX7+只可使用叉车从前方(即 B面)进行升降。请参考图 0。
The TX7+ will arrive fixed to a wooden sled. The size of the sled is
2900mm (length) x 2300mm (width). The maximum height of the M/C
and the sled is approximately 2700mm. The total weight ( M/C + sled
+ accessories) is approximately 7500kg. The wooden sled+TX7+
should only be lifted from the FRONT = SIDE “B” only by using a
forklift truck. Please refer Fig. 0.
TX7+机床只可从 A面进行升降。机床底部设有一对叉车口,用于升降。两叉式口
之间的距离为 770 毫米(30 英寸),槽口的宽度为 225 毫米(9英寸)。
The TX7+ machine itself should be lifted from the SIDE “A” only. A
pair of forklift channels is built into the base of the machine for lifting.
Distance between forklift channels on the grinder is 770mm (30") and
the channel width is 225mm (9").

警告 WARNING
如果 TX7+机床从其他位置升降,底座有可能受损并且其校准状态有可能
受影响。
If the TX7+ is lifted from any other point, the base is likely to
be damaged and alignment possibly affected.
如果 TX7+机床未按规定方式升降,则 ANCA 公司不会为损伤或未校准
状态承担任何责任。
ANCA will not accept any responsibility for damage or
misalignment if the TX7+ is not lifted as described.

5. 所需占地面积 Floor Space Required
当放置 TX7+时,必须预留足够空间,以便当操作门打开时,可安全从各个面进行
操作。
When locating the TX7+, sufficient room must be allowed to allow safe
access to all sides of the TX7+ when the access doors are open.

一般而言,需为机床+上料机+附件+标准冷却液过滤系统预留最小为 3600 x 3600
毫米的空间。
In general, prepare minimum 3600 x 3600mm space for
machine+loader+accessories+standard coolant filter system.
下图(图 1)显示了 TX7+的地面尺寸,所有尺寸都以毫米标识。
Below (Fig. 1) is a diagram of the floor size of the TX7+, with all
dimensions expressed in mm.
如需附加外接的选购冷却系统,请与 ANCA 分公司联系有关细节。
For an external coolant system (optional), please contact your ANCA
branch for details.

6. 机床从木托板上卸下 Machine Removal from Wooden Sled
6.1 震动显示器 Shock Indicators
ANCA 公司一贯尽力将机床以最佳状态运输至客户。TX7+磨床配有震动指示器,
在正常情况下显示为红色,但机床一旦在运输中受到震动或经使用之后,震动指示
器就会显示为蓝色,警告机床可能已不在校准状态。如震动指示器显示为蓝色,请
立刻通知 ANCA 公司。下图显示了机床上震动指示器的位置。
Every effort is taken to ensure that the machine is delivered to the
customer in first class condition. The TX7+ includes shock indicators,
these are red under normal circumstances, but if the machine should
be subject to a shock during transport, or use, this turns blue. This
gives warning that the machine may be out of alignment. Please notify
ANCA immediately if any of the indicators have turned blue! The
diagrams below show the positioning of the shock indicators on the
machine.

6.2 卸除步骤 Removal Procedure
第一步 Step 1.
小心将从机床上切除包装袋。
Remove the Seet Bag from the machine by carefully cutting it off.
第二步 Step 2.
检查震动指示器的颜色。在正常情况下显示为红色,但 TX7+如在运输中掉落或受
损,震动指示器就会显示为蓝色。
Check the color of the ‘Shock’ indicators. Normally, they are RED. If
your TX7+ has been dropped or damaged during transportation, the
indicators will turn BLUE.
如震动指示器显示为蓝色,请立刻通知 ANCA 公司。
Please notify ANCA immediately if any of the indicators have
turned BLUE!
第三步 Step 3.
将TX7+从托板上卸除下来,需将连接机床至托板的校平螺栓旋开。这些螺栓分别
位于主托板轨道顶部凸缘下方的七个位置。需使用一只 24 毫米的套筒板旋开螺
栓。
To separate the TX7+ from the sled, unscrew the leveling bolts
attaching the machine to the sled. These bolts are found in 7 places
under the top flange of the main sled rails. A 24mm socket is
necessary to remove these bolts.

第四步 Step 4.
分别卸除附于托板上的所有附件。
Remove any accessories attached separately to the sled.
使用机床的叉车升降口升降 TX7+。切勿此时将 TX7+放置于地面!
Lift the TX7+ with forklift utilising the M/C’s forklift channels. Do not
put TX7+ on the ground yet!
第五步 Step 5.
在将 TX7+放置于地面之前,在工具箱中取出七只防松螺母并将其置于七只校平螺
栓上。
Before putting the TX7+ back onto the ground, find the 7 locknuts in
the toolbox and put them on the 7 leveling bolts.
第六步 Step 6.
用防松螺母将螺栓旋紧(点 1至3和6,7,见图 2)直到

第七步 Step 7.
用防松螺母在点 1处(底座中部,操作员左手端)将螺栓旋紧,TX7+右手边前后部
点2、3处的防松螺母松开。
Tighten the bolt with the lock nut in point 1 (middle of the base, left
hand end from operator), leave the locknuts for points 2 and 3 on the
right hand front and rear of the TX7+ loose.
第八步 Step 8.
在工具箱中取出七块 TX7+底垫并将其置放于点 1、2和3。然后仔细将 TX7+置放
于地面。
Prepare 7 TX7+ floor pads (in the toolbox) and locate 3 floor pads
under points 1,2 and 3.
Then carefully put the TX7+ onto the ground.
此时上料机固定器(6、7)不能触碰地面,测试 TX7+轴之后方可安装。
At this stage the loader stabilisers (6 & 7) should not be touching the
ground and will be set after testing the TX7+ axes.

8. 外接设备 External services
8.1 冷却设备 Coolant Services
TX7+磨床设有三个冷却液入口和一个冷却液输出斜槽。三个冷却液入口位于冷却液
输出口(站立于机床前方时)的左手方(请参考下图)。
The TX7+ has three coolant inlets and one coolant output chute. These
three coolant inlets are located on the LH side of the machine coolant
outlet as observed when standing in front of the loader (please refer
the drawing below).

冷却液通过位于机床左手方(站立于上料机前方时)的一外圆为 165.1 毫米(6英

The coolant flows out through a circular 165.1mm (6”) OD coolant
outlet flange and located at the LH side of the machine as observed
when standing in front of the loader. The centre of the coolant outlet is
approximately 310mm from the floor.

标准 ANCA 冷却系统的干线电压由机床供应。控制信号和电源电压都是通过电器箱
一侧的一 16 路HTS 插头供电的。
The mains voltage for the standard ANCA coolant system is supplied by
the machine. Control signals and supply voltage are supplied via a
16way HTS plug located on the side of the electrical cabinet.
其他外接冷却系统需要一个单独的电源供应。
A separate power drop is required for other external systems.
控制信号需要通过位于电器箱一侧的密封管连线。(备有预先冲压好的孔。)
Control signal will need to be wired via glands which can be mounted
on the side of the electrical cabinet (pre-punched holes are available).
如果您选择了除 ANCA 标准系统以外的其他系统,请向您所在的 ANCA 分公司代
表咨询。客户必须安排整合非 ANCA 标准的系统。对于由其他生产商供应的设备,

If you select a system other than ANCA Standard System, please

8.2 灭火系统 Fire System
当使用油基冷却液,尤其是在进行无人班次的操作时,强烈建议使用自动灭火系
统。
An automatic fire extinguishing system is highly recommended when
using oil based coolants and especially in unmanned shift operation.
双重火警装置与紧急停止功能相互锁定。
Dual chain alarm interlocked with Emergency Stop on Fire alarm.
机床可向 ANCA TX7+标准灭火系统提供电力(110 伏特交流电单相 2 安培)。
Power (110VAC single phase at 2 AMPS) is available from the machine
for the ANCA TX7+ Standard fire systems.
如果您选择了除 ANCA 标准系统以外的其他系统,请向您的 ANCA 分公司代表咨

二氧化碳(CO2)灭火系统是一种利用固定喷嘴媒介配电网的工程系统。系统能够通
过转移支持燃烧的含氧空气以应对 A,B,C 险级的火灾。
The Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Fire Suppression System is an engineered
system utilizing a fixed nozzle agent distribution network. The system
will extinguish fires in Class A, B and C hazards by displacing the air
containing oxygen, which supports combustion.
系统可以通过自动系统操作的侦察和控制设备启动,并且在需要的状况下可以进行
本地和远程的人工操作。
The system can be triggered by detection and control equipment for
automatic system operation as well as provides local and remote
manual operation if needed.

热探测器自动探测到火苗后,二氧化碳灭火系统随即自动启动。热探测器是通过一

The Carbon Dioxide system shall be automatically operated upon
detection of a fire by the thermal detector. The thermal detector is
connected to the Fire Detection Control Panel via a flexible steel
conduit.

Manual operation of the system is possible via a manual lever operated
actuator, which is located near the operator door.

8.3 油雾分离系统 Mist Extraction System

(6英寸)外圆法兰面即用于此目的。一个单独的电源供应用于此装置。
Coolant mist within the machine can be drawn out using a filter mist
extraction system. A 150mm (6”) OD circular flange is provided for
this purpose. A separate power drop provides the power for this unit.
ANCA TX7+ 标准油雾分离器可使用机床电源(110 伏特交流电单相 1 安培)。
Power (110VAC single phase at 1 AMP) is available from the machine
for the ANCA TX7+ Standard mist extractor.

9. 供气系统 Air System
磨床和上料机需要 6巴(88 PSI)以上的供气。该压缩空气用于净化主轴,操纵弹
出式托架,气动触发器和气喷,自动砂轮转换器,上料机门和夹臂装置。入口装置
为一 3/8 英寸的倒钩。机床的空气入口设有一关闭阀门。
A minimum 6 BAR (87 PSI) air supply is required for the grinder and
loader. The air is used to air purge the spindle, manipulate the pop-up
steady, pneumatic actuator and air blast, automatic wheel changer,
loader door and grippers. The inlet fitting is a 3/8” Barb, a shutoff
valve is provided at the air inlet to the machine.
压缩空气质量 Compressed Air Quality
所有 ANCA 磨床刀具都设有一 5微米的过滤调节器,此过滤调节器含有自动排水功
能。除了磨床的气喷系统外,还同时使用了一只可将空气质量过滤至 0.01 微米的接
合过滤器。此过滤器亦含有自动排水装置。
Every ANCA machine tool is equipped with a 5 micron filter/regulator
which incorporates an automatic drain feature. A coalescing filter, that
filters the air quality to 0.01 micron, is also used in conjunction with
the air purging services on the machine tool. This filter also has an
automatic drain facility.
传输到两过滤调节器的压缩空气必须达到以下标准:
It is a pre-requisite that the compressed air, delivered to both the filter
regulators, complies with the following criteria:

Air must contain no gross liquid contaminants (no flow of oil or

The figures quoted in this document for air consumption use the
following format. A steady state air consumption rate (in cubic feet per
minute ‘CFM’) is given, along with expected consumption ‘spikes’.
These air consumption spikes are usually due to air blasting of the
collet. The spikes are specified in terms of:

(maximum expected duration in seconds)

This will allow a customer purchasing one of our machines to ensure
their air system can meet the demands of our machines.
注意所列出的数据是压力峰值状态的平均数值,也就是说压力峰值状态围绕规定数
据上下波动的最大值。此规定数据是由测量周期序列内每一阶段的实际流量后除以
总周期时间。
Note that the stated figures are the average for pressure spike
conditions. ie the maximum during a pressure spike condition may
exceed or drop below the stated figure. This figure stated is calculated
from measuring actual flow for each stage of a cycle sequence then
dividing by the total cycle time.
客户可将流动率乘以预计周期频率以确认供气要求。耗气高峰的预计频率已列明。
Customers can confirm pneumatic supply requirement by multiplying
the flow rates by the predicted cycle frequency. Expected frequency for
each spike is given.

10. TX7+机床电源要求 TX7+ Machine Power
Requirements
ANCA 磨床电力电缆的运行和终止应由客户方完成。
It is the customer’s responsibility to run and terminate the power cable
to the ANCA grinder.
TX7+要求三相电力和接地。应从右手边的电器箱顶部进入主隔离器。电器箱顶部入
口处设有一顶盖。
The TX7+ requires 3-phase power and earth. Access to the mains
isolator is from the top of the electrical cabinet on the right hand side.
There is a cover plate for access in the top of the electrical cabinet.

如果供电不能在以上误差范围内保持恒定,则必须安装变压器和/或功率调节器。
If the supply does not remain constant to the above tolerances a
transformer and/or a power conditioner must be installed.

切勿将机床主电力与任何产生噪音的设备(如电焊机等)的电力源相连接。
Do not connect this machine's main power to any power source that is
shared by noise generating equipment. (Welders etc.)

TX7+必须以铜接地棒接地,而不适宜使用金属电力导管。
The TX7+ must be earthed to the internal brass earth bar; metal
electrical conduit is not considered good earthing practice for the TX7+.

A metal plate is provided in the rear back right hand side of the
electrical cabinet for top entry of electrical power.
