Montageanleitung •Mounting instructions
Montieren Sie die Einspeisungen und
behandeln Sie die Kontaktflächen wie
im Kapitel „Stromschienen und Fest-
verbinder anbringen“.
Ziehen Sie die Befestigungsschrau-
ben für die Zuleitung bei der UEG 25
mit einem Anzugsmoment von 40 Nm
(M12) an und bei der UE 25 mit 5 Nm
(M6).
Setzen Sie die Abdeckkappen auf und
verschrauben Sie sie (G16 + G17).
SDie Anschlusskabel müssen
zugentlastet werden und dür-
fen die freie Durchfahrt der
Stromabnehmer und die Deh-
nung der Stromschiene nicht
behindern.
Streckeneinspeisung
HAchten Sie darauf, dass das
Stromschienenprofil an beiden
Seiten gleichmäßig übersteht,
bevor Sie das Teilstück an-
zeichnen.
Ziehen Sie das Isolierprofil vom Strom-
schienenprofil ab und trennen Sie es
an der gekennzeichneten Stelle.
Kürzen Sie die beiden Isolierprofile je
45 mm (G18) und entgraten Sie sie.
Schieben Sie die Einspeisung in das
Stromschienenprofil ein (G19).
Schieben Sie die Isolierprofile wieder
auf das Stromschienenprofil auf
(G19).
Folgen Sie nun den unter „Einspei-
sung als Festverbinder“ beschriebe-
nen Montageschritten.
Trennstellen
Mit Trennstellen wird die Stromschiene
elektrisch getrennt. Diese werden nach
Ihrer Zeichnung im Werk eingebaut, kön-
nen aber auch während der Montage ein-
gesetzt werden.
Ziehen Sie das Stromschienenprofil
aus dem Isolierprofil heraus und mar-
kieren Sie es an der gewünschten
Stelle.
Trennen Sie das Stromschienenprofil
an der markierten Stelle (G20).
Kürzen Sie beide Stromschienenpro-
file um je 15 mm und entgraten Sie
diese (G21).
SBei der AE-Stromschiene ist vor
der Montage die Edelstahl-
schleiffläche anzufasen.
Install the feed terminals and handle
the contact surfaces as described in
the chapter "Installation of conductor
rails and bolted joints".
In the case of UEG 25 tighten the
mounting screws for the feed line
with a tightening torque of 40 Nm
(M12) and in case of UE 25 with
5 Nm (M6).
Position the protection covers and
screw them down (G16 + G17).
SThe connection cables must
be strain-relieved and must
not hinder the free passage of
the collector trolleys and the
expansion of the conductor
rail.
Line feed terminal
HMake sure that the conductor
rail profile uniformly projects at
both sides before marking the
section.
Pull off the insulation profile from the
conductor rail profile and cut it at the
marked position.
Cut back both insulation profiles by 45
mm (G18) each and remove the burrs.
Push the feed terminal into the con-
ductor rail profile (G19).
Push the insulation profiles again on-
to the conductor rail profile (G19).
Now follow the mounting steps de-
scribed under "Feed terminal as bolt-
ed joint".
Conductor dead sections
The conductor rail is electrically separat-
ed by conductor dead sections. These
are factory-mounted according to your
drawing, but can also be inserted during
assembly.
Pull off the conductor rail profile from
the insulation profile and mark it at
the desired point.
Cut the conductor rail profile at the
marked point (G20).
Cut back both conductor rail profiles
by 15 mm each and remove the
burrs. (G21).
SAs for the AE-conductor rail, the
stainless steel contact surface is
to be bevelled before installation.
