Sehr geehrte Kundin, sehr geehrter Kunde,
herzlichen Dank, dass Sie sich für unsere Timer-Steckdose
AES1.2 mit Energiesparfunktion (ZeroWatt Technologie)
entschieden haben. Mit dieser Timer-Steckdose können
Sie angeschlossene Verbraucher (z.B. Heizlüfter, Bügel-
eisen, Kaffeemaschinen, Drucker, Kopierer und viele andere
Energieverbraucher) für einen voreingestellten Zeitabschnitt
einschalten und dadurch Standby-Stromkosten reduzieren.
Bitte lesen Sie die nachfolgende Bedienungsanleitung vor
der Inbetriebnahme aufmerksam durch. Wir wünschen Ihnen

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
 Vor Inbetriebnahme Bedienungsanleitung sorgfältig
lesen und Sicherheitshinweise beachten!
 Bei Beschädigung des Gehäuses oder der Netzkontakte,
die Timer-Steckdose nicht in Betrieb nehmen; wenden
Sie sich an den autorisierten Fachhandel!
 Die Timer-Steckdose darf nur in geschlossenen, trocke-

 Um Brandgefahr bzw. die Gefahr eines elektrischen
Schlages auszuschließen, ist die Timer-Steckdose vor
Feuchtigkeit, Regen und Hitze zu schützen!
 Die maximale Belastbarkeit dieser Timer-Steckdose be-
trägt 2500 Watt oder 10A
Achten Sie bei dem Anschluss von Geräten darauf, dass
dieser Wert nicht überschritten werden darf!
 Geräte ohne Kabelverbindung, die mechanische Bewe-
gungen oder Vibrationen ausführen, dürfen nicht direkt
an die Timer-Steckdose angeschlossen werden!
 Reinigungs- und Wartungsarbeiten nur bei gezogenem
Netzstecker durchführen!
 Timer-Steckdose nicht öffnen!
 Timer-Steckdose von Kindern fernhalten!
 Dieses Gerät ist nicht zur Verwendung durch Personen
(Kinder mit eingeschlossen bestimmt, welche einge-
schränkte körperliche, sensorische oder geistige Fähig-

INBETRIEBNAHME
Stecken Sie die Timer-Steckdose in eine geeignete Steck-
dose. Die Timer-Steckdose ist nun einsatzbereit, nimmt aber
noch keinen Strom aus der Steckdose auf. Schließen Sie nun
den Verbraucher an. Drücken Sie ca. 2 Sekunden die „START
– STOP“ Taste um den angeschlossenen Verbraucher für 15
Minuten zu aktivieren. Jedes weitere Drücken verdoppelt die
Betriebszeit bis maximal 8 Stunden. Es sind Betriebszeiten
von 15 Min., 30 Min., 1 Std., 2 Std., 4 Std. oder 8 Std. wählbar.
Die verbleibende Betriebszeit wird während des Betriebs
durch die jeweilige LED angezeigt. Die Zeit kann während
des Betriebes durch Drücken der „START – STOP“ Taste
jederzeit verändert werden. Wenn Sie den angeschlossenen
Verbraucher sofort abschalten möchten, wählen Sie die Ein-
stellung „8h“ und drücken sie die „START – STOP“ Taste ein
weiteres Mal. Danach oder sobald der Timer abgelaufen ist,
blinkt die „15min“ LED für ca. 10 Sekunden. Dann trennt sich
die Timer-Steckdose automatisch vom Netz und verbraucht
keinen Strom mehr. Es kann sowohl die Timer-Steckdose als
auch der Verbraucher dauerhaft in der Steckdose verbleiben.

Werfen Sie das Produkt keinesfalls in den normalen Haus-
müll. Entsorgen Sie es über einen zugelassenen Entsor-

Dear Customer,
thank you for deciding to buy the ANSMANN Countdown Mains
Timer with energy saving Zero Watt Technology. With this
intelligent mains timer you can switch on attached loads
(e.g. heaters, irons, coffee machines, printers, copiers and
many other devices) for a user selectable time period and
reduce the standby electricity costs for when they are not
being used. Please read the operating instructions carefully

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
 Please read the operating instructions carefully and
observe the safety instructions!
 Do not use the countdown mains timer if there are signs
of any damage to the housing or mains pins. Please
contact an authorised dealer!
 Keep the countdown mains timer in a dry place!
 In order to avoid the risk of fire and/or electric shock,
the countdown mains timer must be protected against

high humidity, water and heat!
 The maximum load of this mains timer is 2500 Watt or
10A. Make sure when you connect devices that this
value is not exceeded!
 Devices without mains cable connections that make
mechanical movements or vibrate should not be directly
connected to the countdown mains timer!
 Before cleaning the unit, disconnect it from the mains
and only use a dry cloth!
 Never attempt to open the countdown mains timer!
 Keep away from children‘s reach!
 The appliance is not to be used by children or persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities,
or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have
been given supervision or instruction!
 If the safety instructions are not followed, it may lead
to damage to the countdown mains timer and could
cause injury!
 Only plug the countdown mains timer into a correctly

OPERATION
Plug the countdown mains timer into a suitable wall mains
socket (switched on). The countdown mains timer is ready
to use, but it is still without power to the mains output.
Connect the load. Press for approx. 2 seconds the “START
– STOP” push button to activate the connected load for 15
minutes. Each additional press doubles the operating time

up to 8 hours. There are operating times of 15 minutes, 30
minutes, 1 hour, 2 hours, 4 hours or 8 hours selectable. The
remaining operating time is indicated by the respective LED.
The time can be changed during operation by pressing the
“START-STOP” button at any time. If you want to switch off
the connected load instantly, select the “8h” and press the
“START-STOP” button one more time. At this point, or when
the timer expires naturally, the “15min” LED flashes for
approx. 10 seconds. Afterwards the countdown mains timer
disconnects itself automatically from the mains power and
consumes no more electricity. The countdown mains timer
can permanently remain in the wall outlet socket, (with the
electrical load connected or not), in complete safety.
THE ENVIRONMENT
Do not dispose of this timer in the normal household waste.
Please return it to your dealer or to your nearest recycling
centre or collection point.

merci d’avoir choisi l’économiseur d’énergie ANSMANN de la
technologie Zéro Watt. Avec ce coupe veille intelligent vous
pouvez décider de la durée de fonctionnement de vos appa-
reils (radiateurs, fer à repasser, machines à café, impriman-
tes, copieurs et pleins d’autres appareils..) en sélectionnant
un arrêt automatique qui les déconnecte complètement du
secteur. Merci de lire attentivement la notice avant utilisa-

CONSIGNES DE SECURITE
 Merci de lire attentivement les instructions avant uti-
lisation.
 Ne pas utiliser l’économiseur en cas de signes de dé-
fectuosités de l’appareil ou de la prise secteur. Veuillez
contacter un revendeur agrée.
 Garder l’économiseur dans un endroit sec !
 Afin d’éviter tout risque d’incendie ou de court circuit,
l’économiseur doit être protégé contre l’humidité, la

 Le maximum de puissance supporté par l’économiseur
est de 2500 Watt ou 10A. Bien s’assurer que cette va-
leur n’est pas dépassée.
 Les appareils sans câble de connexion ne doivent pas
pas être connectés directement sur l’économiseur
 Déconnecter l’économiseur avant de le nettoyer. Utiliser
un chiffon propre et sec.
 >Ne jamais essayer d’ouvrir l’appareil
 Ne pas laisser à la portée des enfants
 Si les consignes de sécurité ne sont pas respectées
cela peut entrainer des dommages sur l’appareil et
expose l’utilisateur à des accidents.
 Ne pas essayer de brancher l’économiseur sur une prise
non adaptée!

MODE D’EMPLOI
Brancher l’économiseur d’énergie dans une prise secteur.
L’économiseur est prêt à l’emploi mais pas encore opéra-
tionnel. Connecter votre appareil. Appuyer sur le bouton
“START – STOP” pendant environ 2 secondes pour activer
puis sélectionner le temps d’utilisation de votre appareil
: 15 minutes par défaut. Chaque pression supplémentaire
double le temps d’utilisation jusqu’à 8 heures max. Les
durées d’utilisation de votre appareil avant coupure totale
du secteur sont de 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 heure, 2
heures, 4 heures et 8 heures. Le temps restant d’utilisation

est affiché par LED. Le temps restant peut être modifié par
simple pression du bouton “START-STOP” et cela à n’importe
quel moment. Si vous souhaitez déconnecter votre appareil
instantanément, sélectionnez 8h et appuyer sur le bouton
“START-STOP” une fois de plus.
Une fois le temps d’utilisation choisi écoulé, la LED clignote
pendant environ 10 secondes. Ensuite l’économiseur se
déconnecte (et déconnecte votre appareil) automatique-
ment du secteur et ne consomme plus aucune électricité.
L’économiseur peut rester brancher en permanence sur le
secteur (avec ou sans appareil) sans aucun danger.
ENVIRONNEMENT
Ne pas jeter l’économiseur aux ordures ménagères. Veuillez
le rapporter à votre point de vente ou le deposer dans un
container prévu à sa collecte et son recyclage. Veuillez recy-
cler l’emballage pour la protection de l’environnement.

enchufes con temporizador AES1.2 y con función de ahorro
de energía (Tecnología Zero Watt). Con esta caja de enchu-
fes con temporizador usted puede encender los consumido-
res conectados (por ej. termoventilador, plancha, máquinas
de café, impresoras, copiadoras y muchos otros consumi-
dores de energía) para un periodo de tiempo programado
y de esta manera reducir los costes de energía del estado
Standby. Lea detenidamente las siguientes instrucciones
