4 - 4˝ casters, 2 w/brake 1 - power cord assembly 1 - slotted screwdriver 2 - keys
4 - bolts 4 - screws 1 - rubber mallet 1 - chrome handle
4 - nuts 1 - rubbermat 1 - phillips screwdriver 2 - phillips head screws
1 - cord wrap with bracket (for cabinet models)

Position top stand assembly over bottom stand assembly, as
illustrated.
NOTE: Be sure cabling hole in corner of top and middle
shelves line up on top of each other.
Adjust top stand assembly up or down to desired height. Align
holes in all four legs, insert bolts and fasten with four kep nuts,
as illustrated.

Turn bottom stand assembly upside down on a smooth
surface. Push the four casters firmly into the caster
socket holes in bottom of each leg as illustrated.
IMPORTANT: Casters must be fully seated. Tap with
rubber mallet firmly to properly seat casters. Turn the
stand right side up.

Position cord wrap bracket over mounting holes in
end of table and secure with two small screws and
nuts. SEE DRAWING A.
Press 3-outlet power cord into “U” bracket mounted on table and wrap remaining
cord around cord bracket. For safety and neat appearance, secure cord plug to
cord with plug snap, place rubber mat on top shelf.
For models with a cabinet.
Press chrome recessed handle into
door and fasten with 2 phillips
head screws.
