Fighter Plane Construction Kit
First gather these
parts along with one
20mm bolt and one
small 6mm bolt.

Follow these step by step
instructions to build a
fighter plane model. Work
on a flat surface and lay
the parts as shown here.
BOLT SIZE GUIDE
USE 6mm NUTS FOR
ALL JOINTS UNLESS
DIRECTED OTHERWISE

Assemble them like
this to form the
control stick
assembly.
Now gather these
parts to make the
cockpit. Use four
12mm bolts.
Assemble them to the
control stick like this.
Use 12mm bolts
where shown.
Here is the view from
underneath.
Bend these flaps
inwards so they
curve around the
engine.

Now you need
another part A.
Join it over the back
of the cockpit with
four 6mm bolts.
Note that the bolts go
through the end two
holes of the cockpit.
Bolt on part I on each
side of the cockpit
using two 6mm bolts.
Now to make the
wings! You need six
parts C.

Use three 6mm bolts
to make the right
wing so it is 11 holes
long.
Bolt each wing onto
the brackets on the
fuselage using a
6mm bolt...
… using the curved
parts L on the
underside of the
plane.
Time to make the
seat, use these three
parts.

Bolt parts D and H
together with a 6mm
bolt then add part E.
Then bolt down inside
the cockpit (in the
middle hole of part L.
Here are the next
parts you will need.
Bolt them together
like this using six
6mm bolts.

Now make the left wing.
To join the wings you
will need two parts L.

Bolt to the back of
the plane with two
6mm bolts and one
12mm bolt.

Squeeze together the
end of the tail so the
metal bends a little.
Here are the parts
you need to make the
tail.
Bolt together parts D
+ I , and parts L + P
like this with 6mm
bolts.
These parts join to
bottom hole of part Q at
the back of the plane
using a 20mm bolt...
Here is the view from
the back of the plane,
use black washers M
in the middle.

At the back attach
part R (wheel) with a
20mm bolt and three
nuts.
Time to make the
front wheels, gather
these parts.
Bolt together like this
using a 20mm bolt &
two nuts on each side
of each wheel.
Join the wheels to the
wings on the 7th hole
from the wing tips.
These parts make the
propellers.

Bolt parts F and J
together with 6mm
bolts.
Attach each propeller
to part I with 20mm
bolts and 3 nuts.
Join the propellers to
the wings on the 8th
hole from the wing
tips.
These parts make the
engine and the guns.
First bolt on a 20mm
bolt like this...

Then attach parts K
and O each separated
by a nut.
Use parts I and M
with 20mm bolts to
make the guns.
Finally roll and up and slide in the cockpit shield
(B) and bolt in place with a 6mm bolt.
CONGRATULATIONS, YOU ARE FINISHED!
